“First time ordering here but we were all tired & no one wanted to cook & this was nearby. I was scared to order after reading some of these reviews. But we were all pleasantly surprised. Yes it’s standard Chinese fare but it was good. There was a lot of meat in every dish we ordered (Lo Mein, chicken chow Mein, pork fried rice, sweet & sour chicken) and it was perfectly cooked. I didn’t care for the fried wontons but everyone else liked them. Wonton soup had plenty of wontons and was yummy. Loved the sweet & sour chicken - very lightly fried so it wasn’t heavy & dull. We all voted we would go here again.“

“I’ve been a regular customer since the restaurant was in its original location on CT 111. The food is great and unlike most other Chinese restaurants the portions haven’t decreased, price although higher than before but not significantly. If you order online you can use a credit card if you wait until you get your order in person you will need cash. I travel 45 minutes to get my Chinese food from them because they are that good!“

“Not only is their food amazing but they couldn’t be nicer people. I ordered food on UberEats and the driver decided our dinner would make a good dinner for her and it never arrived. I drove down there and it was a few minutes after they closed. I explained what happened and without hesitation he made my order again. Best food and service around.“
“Living in Shelton for many years but first time here-very good Chinese food for a reasonable price-we had spring rolls wonton soup shrimp with lobster sauce and the triple seafood-all good. We did takeout. Will return.“

“Delicious Chinese food served by a friendly family. Take out only, but it's well worth getting off your couch to pick up.We are still trying everything, but the highlights so far are the General Tso and the orange chicken (order extra crispy) and the excellent wonton soup (they make their own stock every day). Dragon Garden III is a big step above other Chinese restaurants in the area. Do yourself a favor and go here!“

Definitely my favorite and a must grab. If you're in Milford, punch it in the GPS so you drive by this hidden gem. You'll miss out on something great!“

“The only place I eat food from the knowing Pete and Jason Jason since he was born, the food service has always completed in a timely fashion for me to pick up in between my shifts. The location is spot on convenient and the prices are averaged. Thank you again to peace and G Jason owner of Pizza Hut Chinese takeout on Derby Ave., New Haven, CT.“

“This restaurant has a very nostalgic vibe to it. Minimal decoration and it’s basically come in, eat, and leave. The menu is rather extensive and authentic. The egg roll and general Tsao chicken were amazing, very fresh, tenders and flavorful. The grill was great. The boneless ribs were disappointing and cold. They didn’t serve tea but I think you could buy it. The prices were reasonable. We order a lunch plate and it was $12.00 for a soup, egg roll, entree and choice of rice.the vegetable fried rice was just okay. The wonton broth was very good but the wonton dough was too thick. I do strongly recommend this place.“

“I was so happy I decided to try this spot! I really enjoyed my chicken with broccoli Combination platter. It came with pork fried rice and an egg roll. The rice was delicious. The chicken was tender and moist. The broccoli was cooked to the perfect texture. I usually have to add soy sauce to my rice. I didn’t have to add anything. This food was bursting with flavor. I also had the wonton soup. It was good the crispy noodles that come with it we’re good This made me want to try different things Next time I go oh yes, there will be a next time.
Staff was friendly, courteous and funny! They make you feel like old friends. See you soon.“

“I called in a order for pick up and they had it cooked and ready in no time. They were so nice when I got the food as well. I got home and the food was amazing which is no surprise because it always has been. If you are looking for some great Chinese food you have to come here“

“Im gonna be dead honest with yall, this is the best Chinese food on the planet. I don’t even care who’s cooking Chinese food in actual China. It’s not better than this place. This is one of those hidden gem places you bring a friend to. The crab rangoons are made with some kind of thin flaky crispy coating. It’s genuinely S tier. I feel like the cooks here actually take pride in their work and aren’t just doing it for money. It’s so damned good omg. The lady is hella rude sometimes but she could literally slap me in the face and I would still come here.“

“My daughter and I can’t stop eating!!
This is the best Chinese food I’ve ever had.
The veggies and other ingredients tasted so fresh! The char flavor of the Wok made everything taste unbelievably good.
Definitely a good way to get kids to eat their vegetables.
I recommend the beef lo mein and vegetable chow mein. You won’t be disappointed!“

“Beyond good and super FRESH. We looked for a good Chinese place for 3 years now that isn't extra greasy and questionable ingredients. This is it! Broccoli was very fresh, as was the chicken. Brown rice was chewy and delicious. Bonus points for online ordering.“

“Great food, friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere. Been here a number of times now and it's consistently great roast pork fried rice! Some places don't put enough vegetable or egg in, this restaurant hits the sweet spot in my opinion. I often take an extra order of it home. There's also a fountain and lots of plants in the eating area, gives a nice ambience.“

“My family and myself,++ some friends I have recommended United China since their children were babies. Only 1 times were the boneless ribs over cooked!! All I had to do is ASK not too much next time please and they were SO accommodating. Always friendly, and fast service. The WHOLE FAMILY works day in and out to support them selves even their PARENTS came in to help out. Though they don't give coupons or free.. when you spend $$40.. but prices have changed for everyone. About 17+ years of GREAT FAMILY SERVICE!! 👍😋“

“I read reviews about this place make me sceptical! Today I went with my husband and 3 little kids 7, 4 and 2! It's incredible! The restaurant is big! The food is yummy and delicious! The person in charge Jay is friendly and knowledgeable! Their ambience is cozy and the hotpot is not dangerous for little ones because is concealed inside not with an external pot that can spill! I've been so many hotpots in Asia this is my first time seeing such automatic hotpot lift up and drain out the soup! The pork bone soup is good not too salty! The shui mai is huge although is pricey for 4 pieces are $8! The buffet for hotpot for one is $29.99 that's worth it! The fish balls and xiao long bao are good! The steamed pork ribs are good! Those who gave negative reviews are inaccurate! I've little ones with me and I'll definitely will bring my kids there to eat again when we want to eat Chinese food! We love hotpot and dim sum! Jay told me this is first dim sum restaurant in Connecticut! We are glad we went there today! It was a wonderful experience and the staffs are so friendly and the food were made on time although we have to wait 18 mins for the xiao long bao to make the 2nd time! If you have many with you advise to order 2 right at away to avoid waiting! There are 2 giant vip rooms they are see through glass if you have big families or Friends this an awesome place to come and enjoy your meal. It'll really nice when kids are bigger that I don't need to watch them running around but is highly recommended place after I had been there myself!“

“I have to say of all the places I’ve had sweet n sour chicken this one had the best sauce. It’s thick enough to not pour off the chicken when either dipped or poured on top of. It actually sticks to the chicken. However it’s been hit or miss with the chicken in the same meal. Sometimes it’s good and sometimes way over cooked. The white rice isn’t pasty like little chopsticks is. It’s decent in comparison. They also have good donuts… I know not really gonna go to a Chinese food place for the donuts but… still a nice sweet treat.“

“Milford has some great longstanding Chinese takeout restaurants. Ming Feh has been the go-to for years. The staples are consistent and delicious. The family staff are always friendly and sometimes generous with a complimentary 2L Pepsi when ya spend a few dollars. The restaurant tables and chairs have been closed since Covid. Thank you Ming Feh for feeding this side of town“

Vegetables in the dish fresh. Food was amazing and not bland. Way better than the other places I have tried in Seymour. Don't believe the negative reviews. “This is hands down the best fast food Chinese restaurant in Bridgeport. My family and I have been loyal customers for almost 20 years. Their boneless chicken, broccoli with brown sauce, and tostones are unbeatable, and the portions you get for the price are unmatched. The staff also speaks Spanish, which is a plus. I highly recommend this spot!
The only downside is that they accept cash only, and the surrounding area can feel a bit sketchy, especially in the evenings/nights. There are often people hanging around outside the entrance, sometimes drinking, smoking, or asking for money. I suggest picking up your food before 8:00 P.M. and, for safety, recommend that women go with someone or have someone else pick up the food for them, especially at night.“
“Ordered a bunch of food the spring rolls and egg rolls were excellent fantastic fried dumplings really good lo mein orange chicken smells delicious but haven't gotten there yet delivery driver was courteous kind with a smile on his face the only downside is the lady who answers the phone doesn't speak very good English.other than that excellent place to go better Chinese food here than anywhere else in Bridgeport that delivers.....“

“My fiancé and I loyally order from here when we are craving Chinese food or sushi. Not only does the food always hit the spot, but their service is amazing. When I informed the woman working at the front of my gluten sensitivity, she took time to run through every ingredient and its contents and triple checked there would be no contamination (who knew imitation crab had gluten?). They took my sensitivity very seriously and I’m extremely grateful for that, as this service is rare.
Dietary restrictions: Very gluten-intolerant friendly“

“The best in the area, very good food it is always fresh and high-quality. This is the only place I will order Chinese food from. My only complaint is that they offer delivery but they don’t like to deliver lol They will try to make you pick up and tell you there is a long delivery time.“
“I arrived in Milford. Connecticut around 7:45 pm from New Jersey. I checked in to my hotel then arrived at Dumpling House around 8:30 and ordered Scallion Pancakes, Stir-fried Bok Choy and Mushrooms, and Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes. They all worked well with each other; The scrambled egg dish was surprisingly wonderful: perfectly-cooked scrambled eggs sauteed with fresh tomatoes till the maters release their juices. there was enough bok choy and eggs with tomatoes left over that I just mixed them with a free bowl of steamed brown rice that came with the bok choy dish, and it'll be my breakfast tomorrow“

“Stopped in on a whim because it's near the laundromat and I needed rice. I parked by the urgent care. Went in and ordered large rice and fried dumplings. He told me it'd be ten minutes. I sat and waited. Others came in and ordered, and it seems ten minutes is the standard time they tell everyone, lol. Anyway, it was a bit more than 10 mins wait. But still decent. The interior is lacking. There's a place to sit and eat if you want. Nothing inviting though. The staff was busy, so no conversation, but nothing negative to say. I would definitely come back and try something else, I'm just still a bit hesitant with Chinese restaurants.“

“I love ordering from here the food is delicious , very well prepared always !!My only problem is Delivery driver has to stop asking for tip it’s really rude the way he asks for it and it’s very unprofessional .! he needs to learn that maybe someone spent their last on the food and don’t have it to tip at that moment!.“
“We have been coming here for years since their daughter was a little girl. She used to sit at a table and do her homework while her hard working parents worked. The food is great, they are very efficient and we highly recommend this take-out place.“

“I've gotten food here a few times, it is my go to for chienses food. I literally tell everybody about it. I'm obsessed with the egg fried rice and I am consistently craving it. Add an egg roll and its perfect. Literally such a nice sweet place with great food.“
“Great place to have a vegan option of food.... Besides all the other food they cook. My favorite vegan dish is Bean Curd Schenzuan style with brown rice and a large order of plantain and two spring rolls comes to less than $20 and that meal last me for two dinner days I only eat once a day so $20 to eat beautifully tasty cooked food for 2days is a steal... I will continue to support them unless they raise pric3s too, high above my budget but I,have been eating there for 9-10 years and they are consistently fair and delicious... Hope that helps.“

“So far, so good. I'm very hesitant with Chinese restaurants. I've been sick twice in the past and it's something you can't forget. But I was in need of some white rice and it's so good and soft the way they make it. I got a large size and also a side of dumplings. The dumplings were really good. I always love the sauce. I need a container of that stuff. They were fried perfectly, the dough was a good consistency, the filling flavourful. I'm using the rice to make my own little sushi wraps later, the rice was soft and sticky, just like what i wanted. The lady at the register was nice, took my order with no problems. They have tap-to-pay also, which was a plus. Sign said minimum seven bucks to use card. The interior is I guess what you'd expect. Not the best, but not the worst I've seen. Street parking was easy for me today, mid-afternoon in a Saturday. I'd go back.“
