“Clean very clean great updates to the restaurant only problem is there's only about two people there that speak English so you're going to have to wait if your order is wrong other than that I highly recommend it for a quick meal or even just to stop and eat me and the misses go there and eat all the time“

“Overall, it was okay — not the best experience but still decent. I tried the French Onion Burger, and honestly, I wouldn’t order it again; the original ShackBurger is much better in flavor and balance. However, the milkshake was excellent — rich, creamy, and probably the highlight of the meal. The service was quick, and the restaurant was clean as always. Not my favorite Shake Shack visit, but still a solid spot for a good burger and a great shake.“

“Hands down BEST CFA in the area! Food always comes out hot, fast, and delicious! Staff is friendly and frequently see the owner’s presence in the restaurant.

Aside from the above, there are several things that set this CFA apart from the rest (Chicopee specifically):

1. I consistently see the owner, Colby passionate about their business and working to inspire their staff - including witnessing him train and provide orientation for the new staff where he maintains a genuine positive and upbeat attitude every time

2. This CFA frequently offers special events and/or rewards (Sunrise surprise, Bingo nights, Offers to try new items, etc)

3. They actually provide you with the number of sauces you request and never short you

4. Lunch/Dinner items can be ordered during breakfast

“I actually go to the location in East Hartford... but both locations are delicious. My buddies and I from work go here at least once a week. The dogs are amazing, as are the burgers. Everything is cooked on the flat top grill, and as such, the burgers are not the big fat variety. If you know that going in, they are perfect. The staff is always very engaging and fun, the food is consistent, and I think the prices are very fair. Give these guys a shot... from breakfast sandwiches to lunch food, I have never been disappointed.“

“I see a few negative comments. I have to say, I've been coming here since they opened. I always thought grilled burgers were better. I may have had a problem here and there but most times everything goes smooth. They have better everything. I remember when McDonald's got caught having dehydrated onions and soy in their all beef burgers. I always could taste that onion I hate them. But this burger king is good. I've seen the manager work right with the help. When they did make a mistake they quickly fixed it free. As far as mask's go. Well some people just don't like it. “Hi my name is Jorge Barco and I work at the Glastonbury location. I am scheduled to work today from 8-1. I will not make it due to being robbed for my phone wallet and car. Theyve since found the car, but it's been vandalized, broken windows and popped tires. I've tried calling the store and leaving a message I've also emailed Miguel Martinez and told him the situation. Parking: The parking can be iffy. They share the space with a Subway. The Starbucks moved across the street from lot but that space is occupied by a dispensary now“

“You can't easily eat out for less than $20 unless you're getting franchise fast food. This is the main exception I've found so far. You can get a plate of tasty Mediterranean chicken, rice, vegetables, and sauce for 10 dollars flat. It's pretty good quality too. Just make sure to bring cash, because they don't take card. That's llikely how they keep the price so low.“

“The new dining room is open to customers. They've removed the blue half circle bench and gone with country rustic. Butcher Block tables with black metal accents. The carpet is gone and tile in its place. Sight lines have been opened further.Drive through is quick. Ordering from the inside counter is the same. Meals come out quick & fast. The service team works well together and takes pride in their new surroundings, keeping them clean.“

I’ve been coming to this BK restaurant in Hartford, CT for years, and Steven consistently delivers incredible customer service! He’s always positive, polite, and delivers his famous “welcome to BK catch phrase” to every car at drive thru.

I get out of work late sometimes and will order food from BK at night usually around 11pm. My food is always served hot and fresh no matter what time I order my food!

I highly recommend Steven to be in one of the BK commercials, you won’t regret it. Steven consistently delivers outstanding customer service and says BK welcome phrases that are beyond memorable and famous in the Hartford county!

“A+ service. I greatly prefer this location to the Burger King in Silver Lane. Unlike the Silver Lane location, this Burger King's ice cream cone does not force you to eat a good amount of paper & adhesive due to it being irrevocably stuck to the cone. Nope, 100% of the paper peeled off easily when it was time to peel. They gave me exactly what I wanted in terms of sauce on my whopper. To top it off, my full order was instantly ready once I got to the window. Thanks!Edit: I need to mention something super important. My mobile data barely worked here. I had no internet for some time, which meant I couldn't make an order on the app. I don't know why this place has such bad reception, but make an order before you get here. My Google Maps didn't work either until I left the area.“
