“I don't like Asian cuisine, I probably eat it once or twice a year, if that, but this Chinese Restaurant is top-notch! Fresh authentic Chinese cooking that's as close as you can get without making it yourself. The fried rice is unlike any other take Chinese food I ever had. Definitely love going here when I can.And the service is great, friendly, and accommodating. They take care of their customers. The prices are a little up there, but it's definitely worth it for the food that you do get. Great portion sizes and good food. Win-win all around.“
“Always great food the owners are always so friendly and our orders are always correct hot and delicious. They always remember us as well definitely a staple in the southington community. The website says they take credit they do not . They also deliver and always do so promptly.“
“This is the first time my wife and I went to place, as soon as we entered we were greeted warmly by a very friendly gentleman. He was the only one there. He took our order and made our food fresh. I am Chinese and Cambodian. I grew up eating Chinese food all the time and my first job was in Chinese restaurant. So I know quality Chinese food. The food was AMAZING!!! I knew the fried rice was fresh because there was still some white rice in it but the flavor….. ? Chinese food has gone down hill and flavorless but not this place. Definitely going back to this place from now on. I live in Waterbury and the restaurant is definitely worth the drive. Amazing!! Food was still hot when I got home btw“
“Our neighbor was celebrating her birthday and I asked her where she would like to go for dinner. She chose this restaurant. Our kids were especially thrilled at her choice. It was very pretty inside, food was hot and the staff kept a close eye on any buffet dish that was running low. Of course the soft serve ice cream machine was a huge hit as well as the other desserts like the fresh fruit. Our neighbor especially loved the sweet and sour chicken and spare ribs on the stick. All in all a great experience and wonderful birthday celebration for her“
“My husband and I went for dinner for the first time last night and we were blown away! The food, service and martini's were the best we have had in years. The menu is extensive, prices are reasonable and our experience was perfect from start to finish. We cannot wait to go back - it's our new fav!!!“
“Chef Jiang in Farmington boasts an authentic menu that deviates from the usual Americanized Chinese fare. While I appreciate their commitment to regional Chinese cuisine, my experience fell a bit short of expectations. At first when we arrived they were mopping the floors and the cleaner smell overpowered our senses. We started with an array of dumplings, excited to dive into this cornerstone of Chinese dim sum. The vegetable fried dumplings were undeniably fresh, showcasing crisp wrappers and plump fillings. However, the flavor profile leaned too heavily on the sauce we dipped them in leaving them a bit one-dimensional. The shrimp and sticky rice shumai came across similarly, with the offering a punch of fishiness that overpowered. The highlight of our meal were the dumplings in chili sauce. Each bite burst with a satisfying heat, balanced by the richness of the filling. Again, the freshness of the dumplings shone through, but the flavor could have benefited from additional complexity. The soup dumplings mirrored the above sentiment.Ultimately, while Chef Jiang offers a refreshing departure from the familiar, the execution didn't quite match the ambition. The emphasis on freshness is commendable, but I yearned for more nuanced flavors in the fillings and sauces. We ended up stopping before delving further into the menu, as the portions were generous.Would I recommend Chef Jiang? It depends on your culinary compass. If you're an adventurous diner seeking authentic Chinese flavors, it's worth a try. However, if you crave Americanized Chinese food, you might leave wanting more“

“A very few and far between authentic asian restaurant here in CT. I have been to Xi'an on multiple occasions and I can truly say the food is AUTHENTIC. Not only is the food great but so is the service. The LiangPi noodles is a well know street food in Xi'an and they have successfully brought it here to my neighborhood. Upon the other dishes I have tried, my personal favorites are the cumin beef noodle, spicy sour lamb dumplings, as well as the pork sauce noodles. I highly recommend this place as this is now my go to food spot!“
“A MUST. I'm from out of state and every single time I visit I ask to go here. Consistently delicious. My go-to is general tso chicken. Never a 'weird' piece of meat, very crispy and generous portion. We've tried basically every appetizer on the menu, all 10/10. Our favorites are crab Rangoon, and the spring rolls. The cocktails are very tasty, the lemon drop especially. Some drinks are served in fun glasses like a tiki! Service is great, very friendly and attentive. Never have to wait too long but I also like that the food doesn't come out asap too. Would absolutely recommend this restaurant and will continue coming back!“
“Great sushi, great service, great price. Can't beat it (get the large sake?)Honestly love a lot of the sushi places. As long as the ingredients are fresh you really can't go bad with sushi and it was all fresh and delicious here. And I love that it looked family owned and operated, I like the more relaxed places like this, it makes it more comfortable. I'll definitely be back here again and again ♡♡“
