“What a magical experience! My group of 7 tucked away in a beautiful corner of the shop and enjoyed pot after pot of tea. The owners were so accommodating and advised us on different teas we might enjoy. Even though it's early in the am they give 100% to every order they take. It really makes my morning to see them. I will continue to go here to get my Dunkin. “I can’t say enough great things about this location. Every member of the staff is phenomenal, they always have a positive attitude even when slammed with customers. I work right across the street so coming here is extremely convenient but even if it wasn’t I would take the extra drive to come to this location“

“Went on a busy Mother’s Day in the morning. Quiet inside, but drive through line was slammed and every employee was handling it with positivity and ease. I am 8 months pregnant and ordered my food and drink with my husband and Ronnie at the register (I believe her to be a manager or something) was SO kind. Really made me feel special on my technically unofficial first Mother’s Day. My drink also was perfectly made by a shorter girl with short dark hair, and I usually am hard to please with my confusing orders! Overall fantastic experience, really made my chaotic morning less anxious! I used to work at a Starbucks too in NYC and this was definitely one of my best experiences location wise on queen street in southington! Thank you to an amazing team!!“

“This is one of best Starbucks I’ve have ever visited. This team is hustling to deliver orders, keeping folks moving through quickly in person and the drive through, while the shop is clean, open, friendly, fun music, and welcoming to families who are staying to eat/drink here inside. I mean it, this team is hustling behind the counter. They are even putting out small samples in the midst of everything. No long lines because folks are moving through quickly. Delicious coffee. Great service. This place knows what they are doing! Impressive.“

“I love this Dunkin Donuts. I havent had a bad order yet. But mostly the order taker in the morning (older woman I am so sorry I dont know your name). But her catch phrase is “enjoy your day”. Besides the great service she is the reason i stop here as opposed to the 5 other dunkins on the way and around my job! And check out the picture… its little touches like that. That turn this from a run of the mill fast food spot to a fine breakfast establishment.“

“I’m going to try to describe two employees at this site, who are the reason for this review and deserve recognition for their hard work. A bald gentleman, who I know is a manager, who is always very nice and very fast. The other is a gentleman that may be new, with thick glasses and neck tattoos, who is ALWAYS smiling, is extremely friendly and cheery. This place isn’t perfect, but I know when either of these two are working, my order will be fast, correct and my interaction will be pleasant. You are lucky to have these two at your site. Please recognize them.“

“One of the best McDonald's around in Connecticut. I doordash and there isn't any nearly as clean or nice with the service as this. Even when I want McDonald's I drive out of my way to this one. Also recently they had a menu item out and I bought it through the app. They made it up to me and were able to give me a mocha Carmel frappe. I highly recommend this one even if it is a 20 minute extra drive it's worth it“
