“Randomly stumbled upon Gaetanos in Westport yesterday when looking for a place to get sandwiches before my son’s baseball game. Having grown up in Belmont Little Italy for the first 22 years of my life I was skeptical about the “Arthur Ave style..” claim on the sign. Well I can tell you they delivered and then some! Was warmly greeted, handled samples of delicious cheeses and more. They were too skeptical when I said I grew up on Arthur Ave but once we started chatting they knew I wasn’t BSing. Saw familiar faces and reminisced about life on Arthur Ave. The owners are warm and kind - the real deal keeping it true to the Arthur Ave spirit. Dare I say they might even do it better!! I can’t say enough about the excellent food and service. If I ever find myself in Westport again I will certainly make a visit! Aside from my son’s team’s win, this nostalgic experience truly made my day and made me feel like I was back home in the Bronx when life was more simple. And yes, everything we ordered and sampled was delicious! No skin on the eggplant and bread from Addeo - doesn’t get any better!“

“Phenomenal pizza! I drove down from upstate ny & I have to tell you that was hands down the best pizza I have had since my childhood pizzeria in ct! I actually travel a lot and have had pizza all over ny & ct and I had to show restraint and save some for the family at home -nothing to me is better than true Italian made with love & from scratch pizza - true comfort food 😘 you simply have to try it for yourself and you will thank me for recommending this gem of a pizzeria! “Amazing place to grab a salad, smoothie, or a wrap! We ordered takeout and they waited to dress our salad and fill the wrap until we got there so that nothing had the chance to get soggy, such a simple but brilliant way to enhance our meal! They also sealed my smoothie so it was possible to keep it in a bag or fridge until you’re ready to drink it which would be perfect for someone taking this as food on the go.

The quality of the food was also superb, the chicken was really tender and the greens were super crunchy. You can just tell they use high quality ingredients which makes the idea of paying $13 for a salad worth the price tag.

“My Daughter graduated yesterday (Mother’s Day) from WCSU. To say that it was a very special day would be an understatement. I decided I wanted to enjoy the day as much as possible, I did not want to cook nor did I want to be rushed out of a restaurant because of the holiday. I wanted to enjoy my guests and my daughter’s achievement without time limits or oven timers. After seeing a friend’s post recommending DiBella’s Catering, I immediately went to the website to see what their catering menu offered. I was instantly interested and called Destiny to help me customize one of their packages to our needs. Not only was she knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions and offer suggestions, she helped me put together an incredible menu with as much enthusiasm as I had. When my son arrived to pick up our order, it was ready, fresh, beautifully presented and all set for transport. Everything was absolutely delicious from the salads to the cookies! Our guests LOVED everything and I had no problem giving them Destiny’s contact info for their future catering needs when asked. I know I will be calling her again myself. Thank you Destiny and DiBella’s for allowing me to enjoy one of the most special Mother’s Day ever. 🙏🎓🌟🥰“

“Brewport Brewing Company will most definitely see me again as the pizza was so delicious and the beer very good. I was with maybe 12 others so I managed to see quite a selection of pizzas, and taste some also. Our server Steve could not accommodate us anymore, he was very caring, made you want to come back to Brewport. I even met the owner and his son, they too were very welcoming. The thin crust, even a little dark made for great toppings, will see you again. Thank you for the lovely ambience also!“

“Would 100% recommend this place to everyone! We were looking for a relaxed & casual place to host a baby shower and the owner of crown pizza was able to accommodate all 20 of us. We decorated the inside with balloons, table covers, flowers, present table, etc. The employees & owner were so patient, accommodating, & SO kind! They didn’t make us feel rushed, helped us set up, & made sure we had everything we needed. We order pizza, salad, & sodas and it was all phenomenal!!! Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to have a small event/gathering & of course the food!!“

Except for today when I arrived at curbside and everyone else who arrived after me got their food first… I was waiting for 35 minutes… when typically it’s 5-10 min… based off the app, it says 5-10min.
