“This DD was disorganized - again. Orders were confused. Some people got the wrong orders. My 2 hot coffees came out separately between 2 other orders. Then I didn't know they were mine because one was in the mobile pick up spot. Not sure what the issue is, but I wish the manager would address it.“

“Not a big review guy, lol however experience only my own small business I felt compelled to just say that as someone who knows his way around a doughnut, these folks are legitimately a step above the rest. The atmosphere and friendliness, the unique ideas on an art form that seems what could possibly left to create? Well whatever it is these guys are for sure figuring it out. “This is our go-to Dunkin since we moved to EW in 2017. Friendly staff, good service, tasty baked goods and the coffee is consistently fresh brewed each time we visit. They finished up their Christmas Toy drive this week and are helping to support our Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) as well. I want to thank them for always being good neighbors to us in East Windsor!“

“The staff at *this* Dunkin’ Donuts on Elm St. are always smiling! I’ve been going here several times a week for almost a year now and I cannot say enough about how sweet and welcoming every drive-through employee is! The manager clearly does a great job at hiring passionate people to run the window. I know my coffee will always be right and my sandwich is always on point and I can depend on service always speedy! I wish they could take tips!! Keep up the great job!“

“There is no drive thru here so u have to get out in the heat or the cold ... Good news they make your drink on point. Plenty of parking and wheelchairs can fit thru the door no problem. Plus the staff is very friendly, they take pride in their job. Thank you Staff ?

“I’ve been to Dunkin’s all over the U.S. and this location is the best! I’ve never been to a Dunkin that was so consistent. Fresh bagels, toasted perfectly, and plenty of cream cheese. The staff are VERY friendly as well. You guys rock!! 10/10“

“Dunkin's is usually great. But ever since the main st one closed this one has been busy. Just don't go there in the afternoon. They'll forget parts of your order. Ordered through the app. Had to wait over 5 mins to get the other one made while being ignored by workers. And for $5 drinks they couldn't do them all the way.“

“My favorite dunks. Amazing customer service and always get my order right. Except the rude one that works morning shifts before 7am. I avoid her and go to the other dunks if it's morning and I can. In the afternoon this one is my favorite.“

“Awesome public pool to bring the kids. Pool ranges from toddler to adult. Plenty of spaces to park and areas to lay down a towel or a chair. Ice cream is an added bonus for cooling down. Public pool bathrooms, change rooms and showers is AWESOME“

“The workers are fast and efficient with getting everyone through the drive thru. Very friendly and polite. I love the inside. Its great for when I had to meet up with a realtor when I was selling my grandparents house. Plenty of space between tables and to walk without bumping into anyone.“

“This is probably the most consistently good Dunkin location I’ve been to. Might take a little longer on occasion but that’s usually because they’re taking their time to serve good food. The team seems to enjoy working together and it makes a difference.“

“I go to this Dunkin just about every morning and today my mobile order got messed up and they took care of me as it went to a different store location as a regular my business has been earned. occasionally my order may get messed up but they didn't have to do what they did today and give me my normal order when it went to a different store. “This is a great dunkin! If I'm in the area it's the one I like to stop at. 1 they make the bagel twist perfect!! It's not over toasted and hard like other places. It comes out soft and hot and you can taste the cheddar cheese instead of burnt bread! 2 I walk in and haven't placed my order yet and they already have my 2 bagel twist hot and ready to go! Now that's service!! I don't know the guys name who does it but he's good! The entire staff is pretty good.“

“Went thre drive though, they were very rude at the speaker, when I got to the window there was another person there that was actually nice. It took a bit to get my drink and I was th only one in line so I don't understand what the issue was. When I finally got my drink it was made wrong.“
