It's cute&clearly very popular during weekday lunch, on a pedestrian only street with potential but... of the 5 sandwiches 2 were very bland, the tuna wasn't warm or cheese melted, but one was good my son said, & one was the smallest pb&j my 6y had ever seen! My mom got the sweet potato bowl & it was small& disappointing in flavor. Slow for lunch due to the order ahead option we didn't know about...Parking: Google sent us to wrong front entrance, have to use entrance on pedestrian street“

“WOW, NGL I bought a tub of dill cream cheese to share with the family. Ended up wolfing it down with a spoon 3 minutes after purchase, turned my bowel movements to a Jackson Pollock. Was 100% worth every bite. You might want to judge me, and thats fine... but do it after you try that life changing cream cheese.“

I've never gotten bad food from them, ever(which is truly saying something because I go there and order from there quite often 10/10. “IMHO, this place is up there with one of the neatest "local bars" around. It has a nice feel, and is spacious, and is a very fun experience. I know this is so gauche, but the staff makes you feel like Friends! Even better; the food is good! The draft beer is cold and the Guinness is poured correctly. The Corned Beef Egg Rolls are a “must try” and the pretzel’s and burgers are very nice. What more can one hope for? Highly recommended to anyone in the surrounding towns and well worth a detour off I-91 on your ski trip or leaf peeping or wherever your travels might be.“
“The customer service is exceptional at Hot Table! I forgot to use my app for points recently and their assistant manager Sarah found my order the next day and made sure I got those points. All the workers are very friendly and attentive whenever I get food at Hot Table. I recommend Hot Table to all my friends and have gone there more than any other restaurant in the past year.“
“Don't let the unassuming plaza fool you. This is easily the best Thai spot in the Pioneer Valley. I ordered the country style pad thai with chicken, which I was happy to see on the menu. By the way, the menu was refreshingly short and sweet, consisting of just two pages with both standard Thai restaurant in America dishes and others which I had never seen before. The pad thai was flavorful and above all tasted fresh! The ground peanuts were fresh! The lime was fresh! The chicken was fresh! Biting into that chicken really floored me. It was still tender and tasted like chicken should. The pad thai wasn't too oily either. In some ways it was simple but the care was obvious. Usually I don't say much about restaurant service as I'm there for the food more than anything, but the staff were wonderful! It was such a pleasant change of pace to feel welcomed and looked after at a restaurant. I'm definitely looking forward to trying more of the menu.“
