“Had a really great lunch here today. We got the calamari fra Diablo appetizer, and I have to tell you, I’ve never had one like that before. It was excellent!! The salad dressing with little bit of lemon added was really good too. My business is opening literally a two minute walk away so I’m sure I will be eating here often. I smell your food all the time while trying to meditate!! lol. Yum!! The only thing I wish, is that you guys had a lunch menu. Anyway, I recommend it. “Cannot speak for other items of the menu because all I order is sushi but they are AMAZING. I have never been disappointed with the quality of the food I ordered ( I order at least twice a month). The fish is good quality, rice is always cooked on point, flavors are there, their homemade wasabi is good. I have nothing but great things to say. I have ordered over 25 times in the past two years I’ve lived here and never once my order was incorrect. I will be moving to a different state next month and won’t be missing anything but this place. Finding good sushi will be an adventure in my new town…“

“I wanted some hot soup and something spicy to flush out this cold I have, and was on my way home from school in Springfield to Enfield. I came across this restaurant on Google and had never been, so wanted to give it a try. I got the lunch special, with coconut soup, 2 spring rolls and the massaman curry. I asked if it was possible to get no mushrooms in the soup, and they happily accommodated! I also asked if my curry could be extra spicy, and was also told yes. I wish I took photos, but it smelled too good to wait because everything was absolutely delicious (with no mushrooms and the curry delightfully spicy!) and I even have a little left over for tonight 😊. Lunch special was a great deal for $13.90 and I will definitely be back!“

“We were in town for a convention. We were a group of 16. I worked with Chris to set up a menu for our group. He was amazing! He made all the right suggestions and the food was delicious. We had a 9 year old in the group and Chris made sure that he had exactly what he wanted. The evening was terrific. Service and food was superb. We would definitely go back if we are in town again. “After moving to the area, Nosh Café and Restaurant has quickly become one of my favorite places to enjoy brunch in Springfield. They offer a fantastic selection of vegetarian and vegan options which can sometimes be hard to find. Additionally, the atmosphere is both fun and relaxing with consistently friendly and welcoming staff. If you like to read or are looking for a new cookbook, Nosh has quite the selection of books available for purchase.

“We went for our Anniversary and it was perfect! We dined in the Tavern near the fireplace. The staff was so very attentive to our needs and friendly! The food was outstanding! “Been going here for over a decade, and Harvest remains the best breakfast/brunch/bakery in the area. They have fresh baked items in the bakery case daily that are priced reasonably, and their scones are THE BEST with great flavor and spot-on texture. Dining in, I always enjoy the Farmer's Benedict with a side of fresh baked sourdough toast. I prefer my eggs poached hard, and they gladly accommodate this request. On top of the most amazing food, the friendly staff, great service, and a cozy atmosphere makes every experience dining in a pleasure!“

“Food was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed my pork shank and my BF enjoyed the scrod. Service was just okay considering the restaurant was empty at 4:00pm. Once we got our food we didn't see her (server) until it was time to pay for the check. Thankfully, another server saw us trying to find her and he took care of what we needed. “Pho Van truly lives up to its reputation—this place serves some of the best pho I’ve had in a long time. The broth is incredibly rich and flavorful, clearly simmered for hours to develop that perfect depth. The noodles were soft but not soggy, and the meat—whether brisket, rare steak, or meatballs—was tender and delicious. Everything was served piping hot and with a generous portion of fresh herbs, lime, bean sprouts, and jalapeños on the side, just as it should be.

We also tried a few appetizers, and while they were solid, the pho is definitely the star of the show. If you're craving a comforting bowl of Vietnamese noodle soup, this is the place to go.

The only minor downside was that service was a bit slow, especially once we were seated—it took a little while before someone came to take our order, and refills were a touch delayed. That said, the staff was kind and polite, and once the food arrived, it more than made up for the wait.

The restaurant itself is clean, cozy, and laid-back—nothing too fancy, but it doesn’t need to be when the food speaks for itself. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous.

Overall, Pho Van is a must-visit for pho lovers. The flavors are spot-on, the ingredients are fresh, and while service could be a bit quicker, the food is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be back.“

“Absolutely loved it. We came up here from South Carolina and anytime we are near a diner we have to try it. We were not disappointed. The atmosphere is great, the service was great. She even got us our water even though it was self service because we didn’t know what to do and she didn’t make us feel stupid about it.

The food. OMG. I had the western omelette and loved it. There wasn’t a single bite that didn’t have the mixed in toppings, it was a big omelette, it tasted AMAZING.

10/10 recommend. We will definitely be coming back anytime we’re in the area for our trips. We may even have to try dinner!

“We are from Rhode Island and were in the area to visit Six Flags. Found Marks Restaurant using Google maps for breakfast near me. The food was excellent. The homemade bread was even better. Probably not a common comment, but my view of the kitchen from the register it’s a very clean and neat setup. “They have an AMAZING vegan menu!! Any time we are remotely close to Gold Chopsticks, we order. The Citrus Ribz and Triple Crown are so so good! The meat replacements are only tofu. “We were recommended to use La Fiorentina Pastry Shop from our Venue. To say we are thankful is an understatement. From start to finish Mauro was professional and such a delight! We brought our baby with us to the initial meeting and Mauro instantly provided our son with a happy little treat.

Mauro asked me all of the important questions regarding the wedding cake from the design, colors, flavors, and etc. It was very easy to finalize everything with him leading up the wedding day.

We received MANY compliments about the cake design and the taste! I even had one friend tell me how much she loves La Fiorentina and that she used to go there a lot when she lived in Springfield. So she was thrilled to know we used this bakery.
