“We stopped in for a late breakfast at Bobby’s Burger Palace, owned by Bobby Flay, at the Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino. It was very good. At first sight my burrito didn’t look like much laying dry on the plate, but when I opened it up I could see it was full of nice ingredients. It tasted great! And my hubs got the steel cut part and loved them. They had a little sweetness to them and just the right amount of cinnamon, cranberry and yogurt. I tasted it and really like it too. We would definitely go back here again. I also love Illy coffee so bonus! :)“

“Absolutely amazing food, i got the fish and chips but replaced fries with onion rings. I would reccomend this cafe to friends, family etc. The live band was amazing and the drinks were even better. I got a grapefruit martini that was a little too bitter. I didnt even complain about it, but the owner herself saw my face and immediately offered to replace the drink or add to it to my liking. The service was phenominal and the food was just as amazing. Whether you just want a drink or are hungry, its seriously one of the best places in the area.“

I walked into a warm welcome from the owner Margaret, who was also my server and she was such a sweet lady with a great personality. She was so friendly and great with all her customers and I sat there smiling the whole time. Buford's does not have a huge FB following with just over 1k followers but it is truly an Amazing Hidden 💎 Gem breakfast spot of Groton!❤️ I walked in the door ready to eat so I ordered and reviewed a couple popular menu items: 1. Western Omelet w/Home fries & wheat toast $13.00 💣 2. Buford's Big Breakfast w/pancakes $13.20 💣 The service and atmosphere of Buford's is very laid back, comfortable and when it comes to the food they don't disappoint! I started with the Western Omelet and I ate quite a bit of it because it was the bomb 💣 I knew that I couldn't finish all the food so I moved on to those fluffy delicious pancakes with two easy over eggs, Home fries, crispy bacon and sausage patty. It was all amazingly Dope and easily earned a bomb 💣 as well! I had an amazing experience at Buford's and I understand why the fans have shared great experiences dining there. “We visited here for the first time last night and we were not disappointed! The dining room is a bit dark, but it’s nice and tastefully decorated. Our server was Christina and she was great. Very friendly and personable. She was very genuine and not faking it for the job. The food was FANTASTIC! I ordered the famous Bisque Bomb, which was pricey, but worth every penny. My husband had a cup of bisque and the B&B tacos with shrimp, and he said both were very good. If you’re in the area this summer, give Ford’s Black and Blue a try. Great food and great staff.“

“We had a reservation for dinner on a Saturday night at 6 so no wait time to be seated. No issues finding parking, they have a small parking lot in front and in the back that is reserved for their customers and other shops in that building. Menu is upscale American overall everything was good. I was disappointed they were out of the mussels I was looking forward to trying those. Deviled were beautifully presented, hush puppies were delicious and the pan seared scallops were cooked perfectly.“

“We had the most wonderful experience with Langley’s for our small, intimate wedding reception. The customer service was great from start to finish. The event manager Brian was incredibly attentive and made sure every detail was taken care of, ensuring our day went smoothly. The food was fantastic and we received rave reviews from our guests. The team went above and beyond by setting up our decorations exactly as we envisioned, making the space look beautiful. They were also very accommodating and willing to work with us in case we needed to move our outdoor ceremony indoors, as well. We highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a place to hold your event.“

“A culinary delight! I took my family to Oyster Club on a Saturday evening after some shopping in Mystic and had a wonderful experience. The oyster happy hour was fantastic. As a raw oyster enthusiast, I was elated at the quality and price. I had a dozen oysters myself and had to stop myself from getting more- they were SO GOOD! The blackfish I had for dinner was excellent. The ramp hummus was a real highlight. For dessert, we had the maple ice cream which was the most delicious ice cream I have ever had. It was a real treat to come here. You can tell that the food is made with heart and served with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. I’ll definitely be back soon.“

“I can not begin to describe the amazing experience we just had at this place. we went for brunch today. the three of us decided to try the bloody specials they had.. all truly unique. one was Italian with meat and cheese. there was a seafood one with ceviche and shrimp cocktail and the last was one with 2 large pork bellies on the side.. amazing!! we ordered 3 different entrees so we could all share. the smoked salmon frittata. wow! smokey..light.. creamy.. so perfect. next were chicken and mushroom crepes. holy crap! unbelievable!! the last was a steak sandwich where the beef just fell apart! outstanding! my friend had asked about a menu item that had been previously on the menu that she loved and they went out of their way to make it for us!! our dessert was a mimosa with purple corn and cinnamon.. unlike anything I have ever had before! “Finally a Wood n Tap near me. Called to reserve a table, guy on phone said I had to go online but had no idea where. I said Open table? He had no clue but did apoligize. Cant do it on Open table but I did look on there website and was able to do it there. Came and it was very busy on a Tues and im so glad I made a reservation. Because we had a reservation we were seated right away. No wait at all. We ordered beef nachos to start and they were good. Then we ordered steaks, spinach/ artichoke flatbread, wings and a burger. I got the flatbread and it tasted just like the dip on bread but it was a tad burnt but I liked it. The steaks were on the smaller sidd and a little overcooked than Medium like requested but I didnt hear any complaints. The wings must of been good because my son didnt want to share which led to some table conflict but my daughter was able to steal one. Lol. The service was slow but expected with this much busyness but she got us everything we needed and she was pleasant. I did look for accessibility for a wheelchair and was able to find some tables in the back and some half booth/half tables that would work. The tables also look accessible being wide legged. Was happy to see that. So many restaurants miss the mark on that one. When I sat down the waitress moved my walker so it wouldn't be in the way. Was a nice evening, busy, tad loud but happy chatter. Id go again. You can go online and see what everydish looks like and you can also sign up for their rewards. So I signed up for a 5 dollar off, showed the code to the waitress and she never used it. Wasnt going to complain over 5 bucks with the busyness. Ill use it next time.“

“Black point pizza is always my go to when I want an absolutely amazing pizza. for me I have the cooks keep it in the oven a bit longer so it stands up when you pick it up to eat. the sauce is to die for also. if you like your pizza a little more firm just ask and the cooks are happy to make your food exactly as you like. minor the owner is a stand up guy and really did good with this recipe. the salads and his homemade balsamic dressing is the best I've had from anywhere. if you have not come out to black point you are really missing out.
