Dunkin' Donuts in West Hartford

“Today must be smile day as well, as national donut day. I came in to apply for a job but they informed me that other locations were hiring. As I sat to apply after receiving my butter pecan iced coffee and complimentary butternut donut, with a smile, great attitude, and observed customers leaving with smiles as well, as I enjoyed sitting down in the booth to enjoy my breakfast and applications. I'd definitely come back to this location. The ladies were outstandingly fabulous.“

“It wasn't busy until I was in line trying to decide what I wanted. I went with the whoopie donut. It was delicious! There was no confusion with My coffee request, which was awesome.I was there around 2 pm. There was a great crew of friendly workers.

Parking: It's in a strip mall next to other restaurants. I can see where it could be hard to find a parking space.“

“I've been going here for many years. It had some rough times during COVID but seems to have bounced back. The current owner and her husband have done an excellent job with some renovations and take pride in keeping it up. They still have an "All you can eat" pizza and wings night (at a great price) on Mondays and have added to Weds as well. Their wings are excellent and they offer a good variety of flavors to choose from. Only problem is that the service is very slow at this time and they automatically add the tip for this special. They also have entrees, grinders and craft beer. Great place to go!“

“This Dunkin' location is ideal because it is conveniently attached to a Baskin-Robbins. While you enjoy a cup of coffee, your children can choose from a variety of donuts, ice cream, or both. The only drawback is that there is no drive-through option.

“This place is organized but when a customer wave comes in it can be frustrating . Keep in mind this is a busy intersection and getting in and out of this location is easy. I came here in the midst of a customer wave and the manager was courteous but kept the line directed and moving at the same time. For a quick in and out for coffee or a short respite with coffee and bagel , this is a good place to try.“

“Hot and ready food, perfectly prepared iced coffees and friendly service from the two ladies working tonight. They were patient with our card problem and didn't hesitate to prepare hot food for us when we got out card in order. Thank you ladies.

“We ran in to grab a coffee and Bagel cheddar twist and the customer service was great. Received EXACTLY what we asked for, the coffees were perfect and the place was clean. The men working kept the line to a couple people. I watched as the people came in and one after the other they employees got them in and out. They were Working fast and knew what they were doing! Some people think u just order and go. It's not like that when u have to have the coffee freshly made hot to order and cook what it is we ask for. As well as keep the line down.
