“Coals makes pizza unlike any I've ever had. The pizza crust is about 2 millimeters thick and it's cooked on a grill (over coal I presume). It's different. Once you get used to it, and it's taken me a few visits, it's delightful.My kids love the wings which come in a few choices of flavors. “Having lived in the area my whole life I can't believe last week was the first time I ever ate here. The restaurant is bigger than it looks from the outside but is very cozy. The wait staff is friendly and the pizza we ordered was the best I've had in a very long time. My wife and I shared a large pie and had plenty to take home. “Everything was excellent and they were so accommodating to our party of 10. The pizza is quite good with only one tiny drawback - the bacon was crumble-style instead of strips. The secret to bacon pizza is the allow the fat/grease to cook into the pizza to add the heartiest part of the meat's flavor to the pie. The agrumi salad is super delicious. And they have non-alcoholic beer! A real plus.“

We also noticed another table of two patrons had only one pie arrive and then they had to another 10 minutes for their second pie. On a prior visit for take-out, my phoned-in order still wasn't ready after the 45 minutes that was suggested.... And it took another 15 minutes for my pies to be cooked. They seem to have a real issue with scheduling and timing - which is difficult to understand - they have a pizza oven and they're making pizza, they're not stabilizing the Leaning Tower of Pisa.I'm torn. Pies are great, but the waiting, er, grates.“
