“It is a very cozy place with a wonderful ambiance.

The food presentation was excellent, and the quality was impressive. We particularly enjoyed the Lasooni Gobi, which featured very fresh ingredients. The naan was exactly what I was looking for in terms of softness, and both the Mutter Paneer and Vegetable Tikka Masala were amazing. Additionally, the portion sizes were quite generous for the price.

I also appreciated the BYOB policy, as it was great to pair my own wine with the meal. While the restaurant is currently a perfect place for families and kids, I believe it could also be an ideal dating spot with a few small adjustments, such as playing soft instrumental music, placing candles on the tables, and dimming the lights further.

Regarding your promotions, I enjoyed the BOGO offer but would love to see more vegetarian options included. Adding Dosa to the menu would also be a great addition.

“The staff work very, very hard to provide a good experience. The food is very fresh and qualitative. No cutting corners with these dishes. It is not takeout cheap and it shouldn’t be because you get what you pay for. There are many Indian restaurants in Fairfield County. Some of them are very good indeed, and this is one of the best.“

“My husband and I had an incredible dining experience here. We ordered the lamb Rogan Josh, chicken Chettinad, and the meat sampler, and everything was absolutely amazing. The chicken kebabs were unbelievably tender and packed with flavor. Every dish was perfectly cooked and so satisfying. For dessert, we had the gulab jamun — so, so good and the perfect way to end the meal. On top of the amazing food and drinks, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. We can’t wait to go back!“

“The chicken biryani (medium spice) is sublime. Love that there is an option to use organic chicken for only 3$ more. A lot of biryani uses dark meat and coromandel uses white meat/breast and it never feels heavy in the belly. In fact, I feel great eating this dish and their Dahl (medium spicy) is a flavorful delight as well. I would also recommend the saag paneer. Many places use so much cream and ghee. Coromandel goes light w these ingredients. Try the chicken biryani and if you enjoy spice, go for medium!“

“My family and I were driving back home and decided to make a pit stop at Marshalls in Norwalk CT. Two doors to the right is Vedas a small cozy 8-seater restaurant that offered Indian lunch specials. My wife and daughter had always associated Indian food to be spicy, but they were willing to try it out. So my wife ordered the butter chicken and my daughter the chicken tikka masala and butter naan. The hot meals came and after eating for a while, they said wow this is delicious, it is not spicy and has this nice blend of spices. Perfect! I ordered palak paneer with a bit of spice and the dish was so tasty. Whether your taste buds are into non spicy or spicy Indian dishes, check out Vedas and you’ll find their specials and prices are friendly for travelers.“

Also if u like spice: the extra spicy was legit SPICY my boyfriend had a psychedelic spice experience with it. Also got the mango chutney and papadums, bangers all.“
