“I have been living in East Windsor for the past 6 yrs and this is so far the best Chinese restaurant. Everything is fresh, even the fried chicken is always fresh, boneless spare ribs is delicious and you can tell the quality taste so good and fresh. Highly recommend. My son gets upset when I order from a different place.“

“Went with my daughter and we got to plates and two sodas. Paid over $50 for food that was ok but not great. The service was fast but its really more of a take out place. We dined in and it felt like we were eating in their back pantry. The table was so wobbly we decided to make a game of it to see who could eat without spilling. Would not go back again.“

“Every now and then I have a dining experience that moves me beyond words. I placed a a pickup order with New King Yen Too earlier this month. I arrived to retrieve my food and was so enraptured by the atmosphere of the restaurant that I asked, “Would it be permissible if I ate here?” I was granted this honor and allowed to choose my own table. Typically, a meal like this might last ten to fifteen minutes, but on this day I sat and savored my meal for hours, ordering additional food. Another culture’s story gradually unfolded with each new exotic dish that was prepared. As the night wore on and the smell of rare spices filled the air, I questioned this reality, finally giving in just as one would whilst riding a wild horse. Euphoria rose and receded in waves until my mortal attachments began to fall away. One singular thing remained: my love for Lorraine.

That morning I watched the sun rise. Sitting on the roof of my car, the rays of a new day carried with them an assurance I could not ignore and I knew, without a doubt, I was a changed man.

“The food and service are always outstanding! Today, I couldn’t decide on Kung Pao Chicken or General Tso’s Chicken, ( I love them both). The nice gentleman said “Go with Kung Pao Chicken”, he knows I like it spicy. Always eat in there once or twice a month with my mom. The dining area is no frills, but they definitely give good service, delicious food and large portions. Highly recommended!“

“When living in South Windsor for years we used to always get our Chinese from SunSun. We always got delivery.I remember, delivery always used to get there quickly food was hot. Food was always excellent! I was recently driving by and was thinking about dinner. I said that's where sun ☀️ is. I stopped for takeout. Typical 15 minute wait. I must admit. They still have the best Chinese food around. If you haven't tried them I highly recommend. Also I couldn't believe the operation. They're so busy they have which appears to be a couple of college kids working the front taking orders. Excellent service all the way around! The only downfall I could see or actually feel. I hadn't ordered from them for a while, but having had them yesterday it's obvious that was a giant mistake and there was good reason I ordered it every week for years. The food is amazing, the people are incredible, never again will I let a bit of phone anxiety get between me and my favorite fried wontons. So if you're reading this, do yourself a favor and put down the doordash and call Double Dragon because it is perfection delivered right to your door that nothing else could ever dream to compete with.“

“I have been here a number of times and they have yet to disappoint me. This is solid, tasty take-out Chinese food, yet there are a few booths if you wish to dine in. Food is always prepared in a timely manner. They have great crab rangoon, beef satay, and I love their fried rice. I also have been ordering the peanut chicken lunch special, which is fried cutlet with peanut butter, don't knock it until you try it ;)“
