“I love going to this subway simply cause I used to manage it when I was 17 Years old. Well I was in there the other night and ordered a sandwich. Unfortunately when I went to pay my card was not working due to a fraudulent charge . The girl told me it was OK and that she'd use her sub bucks to pay for it. I was a little embarrassed but very grateful she helped me out instead of throwing it out and sending me on my way. So tonight I repayed her with 20 bucks. She seemed very grateful for that . Terry if your reading this give her a raise lol i think her name is Rebecca . People like her are worth their weight in gold and are a complete asset to your company.I'm glad you still have awesome employees at this location!! I will never stop going to this location!“

“I've been to other Jersey Mike's locations, but I feel like at the Southington location the service was the best! I was actually greeted when I walked in, which was nice. “Our sandwiches were delicious! Tonight the man working was helping a woman before us, she waited until the last second to complain about how the worker made her sandwich and she said “Your manager will be hearing from me” when he said “do you want me to remake it?” she said “no. let me pay so I can leave.”The man working tonight at this store on 5/23/24 was very kind to us, was attentive and made our sandwiches perfectly. He did not deserve to be treated like this by the previous customer. I hope he does not get reprimanded for it. Thank you!“

“Got off on Exit 17 cause of an hour long traffic jam on an already bad day. Decided I’ll stop in for some food real quick. The gentleman that was working got up from his seat immediately and was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. It was quick and efficient, my sub ended up tasting great (way better than most of the other subways), and the friendly staff really turned my day around. Thank you guys!“

Kid-friendliness: We have a 3 year daughter and she was more than able to order what she wanted with the staff the lady behind the counter had a younger daughter herself so the conversation was endless of course, but all in all it was EASY to bring my daughter there and I'm so thankful for that!
Parking: Subway is located in a plaza with a decent size parking lot.“

“Nice worker, also its close to my apartment and work... Also the protein bowls i been getting and the subs which is my favorite is the FRANKS RED HOT BUFFALO CHICKEN SUB AND PROTEIN BOWL is the best.... I recommend they keep the franks red hot buffalo chicken on the menu permanently... The protein bowl is great cause u can get everything without bread... So u wont have soggy food when u put it in the refrigerator...“
