“I stopped in today as I needed a little pick me up to get me warm and back home. I spoke with the most lovely person that made me the best latte I’ve had in a while. I can not recommend the Honey vanilla latte…. Their specialty the website mentioned. I will not hesitate to stop again if I’m in the area. Thank you from the big guy from Pa!!“

“This is a great Starbucks and staff is friendly and food is always good. However I saw something 2 days ago that I feel needs to be corrected. A girl who was handling the window , taking money was also making sandwiches and she was touching the sandwich with her hands. First the person who is handling money and touching that speaker to take orders SHOULD NOT be making sandwich’s and touching with her bare hands.. Whoever is dealing with food should be wearing gloves. The staff should wear gloves. That’s my only complaint and I hope management see this and correct it.“

“Went through the drive-thru today and the girl at the window working this afternoon was just so nice and pleasant that I wanted to leave a review. It isn’t very common you see people pleasant and nice in the drive-thru these days! I didn’t catch her name, but just wanted to give a 5 stars for service! Being kind goes a long way! My iced coffee & has browns were just as I like it too.“

“I typically go to the Smryna location but stopped by today to get my sister a drink before prom dress shopping, and Joey (I think that’s what his tag said) was AMAZING! So kind, funny, and in a quick interaction had me leaving so happy! 10/10 for him!! Will definitely return if they have amazing team members like him!!“

Starbucks is the number #1 place to go in Middletown for coffees, teas, lattes, espressos, cappuccinos, juice, and all things beverage-related. “This Dunkin is potentially the only Dunkin on the Globe that gets your order correct the vast majority of the time and when they don't they will correct the error. Most Dunkins you order something a specific way, say Iced Chai Latte with almond milk and extra pumps of chia, and they will ignore it and give you dairy and charge you but not actually give you more syrup. THIS dunkin though actually reads their orders and delivers on them and they are so friendly too. They brought me back to dunkin after several years of exclusive Starbucks drinking BECAUSE they actually care to get the orders right.“
