“The bartenders there serve people that are obviously visibly drunk and falling off their stools! When I brought it up to the bartender, she said I misread the situation and it was none of my business! So, I went to the manager and she repeated pretty much the same statement like it was scripted because it continuously happens! I wonder if the owners are aware of these actions because honestly the bartender and manager should be fired for those kind of attitudes as it's illegal to serve visibly impaired patrons at a bar! Sad! 🤔😔 I actually have to add, it's a shame that the staff isn't the best, because the concept is great, the events are fun and our group which usually numbers 10 to 15 people enjoy hanging out there for the events and the food which is reasonable and pretty good! 💝😎👍“

“Bartending is top notch! Five stars for the bartenders Derek and Paul. They serve me at the bar everytime I go which is about two weekends a month. Farmstead and crab tots are amazing! . I will say though the service of the staff has declined in the last year or so as far as the food running goes..They seemed to be short staffed now, and it takes a lot longer to get my food or I have to go up to the counter to get my food, when I used to be served. I feel like there are a lot more cover charges than there used to be so it doesn’t make sense that there’s less staff. Music is good as far as dj and bands go, and I love the brand logo so much that I’ve always wanted and looked for merch for me to purchase because I love this bar. Some hoodies or tshirts for sale would be dope!“

“I've been stopping into this place occasionally since it opened. A good atmosphere for alternative entertainment as well as local talent. The only downside is that parking is very limited, and if you are not careful, you could be towed.
I'm glad they added the food truck and outdoor seating.“

“Named as one of the top dive bars in the country, Murph's is a bit less ragged and run down and a step up from some of the dives I've been in. It's clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious. You can immediately tell that this is a neighborhood bar, where the locals are all familiar with one another. There is ample space for pool, and the 360 degree wrap-around bar is a great touch. We only came in for beer, and I can report back that the draft beer is quite cold!“

Shortly after, the delightful Katie became our server, her pleasant demeanor immediately putting us at ease and smoothly starting our culinary journey. The menu boasted a tempting array of options, and we eagerly chose the kale Caesar, cornbread, and brisket mac and cheese to begin. Oh my goodness – each starter was an absolute revelation! For our main courses, my wife savored the delicate lamb gnocchi, while I thoroughly enjoyed the perfectly cooked salmon. Neither dish disappointed; they were both executed flawlessly. “I was invited by a friend on a Tuesday evening, and there was a birthday party going on, so there wasn't any food being sold, don't really know if they still did? The birthday patry people provided the food and allowed everyone to have some, which was so nice. There was a DJ named DJ Cuzzin Pete who was jammin! It's hard to get guys to dance with you in Delaware. I don't know why? Pretty small place. There is a pool table and a nice sized dance floor. The mixed drinks were good.“

“This is the 2nd time we've come in as a large group for a work dinner. Even with 15+ people, the food and service was outstanding. Our server, Wayne, did a FANTASTIC job with all of our needs and requests, which can be a lot with such a large group. Not to mention he was super friendly. One particular Saturday she asked me to go with them so they could see if this would be a great place to hold their after party for the wedding. Only disappointment was there were small children running around the bar area. Not much supervision from the parents. Was not enjoying the loud music either. Why can’t restaurants play nice soft music? Other than that, it won’t stop us from returning.“
