My husband and I just got back from New Orleans and my husband was sad because he loved the food so I googled and found this place! The gumbo was literally better than we had down there 😍 SO GOOD. And everyone working when I picked up (one was the owners daughter) were so passionate about how they make everything from scratch and kept giving me samples of everything and telling me their story. It’s a WONDERFUL locally owned place that should be protected at all costs. Cannot recommend enough!“

While the menu may appear to be limited, they all the homestyle favorites. There are vegetarian options. My favorite appetizer is on the menu, Fried Burssel Sprouts.

The portions are family style. Don't expect to finish what you order.

“Had a lovely dinner with the family, early on a Sunday evening.
Our first time at Kid Shelleen's. It was much bigger than it appears at first. We had our two granddaughters with us, one is very vocal and not great at getting food into her mouth. We were conveniently tucked into the back corner where we didn't bother any other patrons, thanks to the wonderful staff. So thankful for their kindness and attention.“

“We have been coming here for almost 10 years. The quality has been consistent and quantity is good. I’ve seen many places jacked up the prices after COVID, but this place has stay very reasonable prices.
Recently this restaurant renovated and added many more options on menu. It’s definitely a happy surprise. My new go to is the deluxe pho, and tofu pudding. The weekend special rice roll is also very good too! Will recommend others to try this place too.“

Online ordering and delivery is easy through the Slice App, although it costs a service fee of $1.99 and a delivery fee of $3.50, not to mention the default driver tip of 15%.

UPDATE: so our second time with Fresco Pizzeria was not as good. We ordered a cheese steak that had good flavor and plentiful meat, but the cheese was barely there and they didn't add the mayo I requested. Worse, the pizza was room temperature. Note for self: only order for ASAP delivery, and NOT in advance for a later delivery.“

Great service. Great food. Scallops were excellent. Crab cakes excellent. Halibut tasty. Mahi yummy. Fish n chips great execution. Would come back in a heartbeat.“
