“Lovely Ma and Pop place to get awesome Açaí bowls. The location has plenty of parking and is immaculate inside. The staff are professional and very courteous. They have a slew of options that are available and can add or remove toppings per your taste. Out of the all the Açaí bowl places that we have tried over Florida state this would be in our top 5. I got the Jungle Bowl and my partner got the Peanut Butter Cup bowl and they were delicious. Highly recommend for anyone that wants an Açaí bowl that is healthy and delicious.“

“Boba tea + healthy smoothie & drink spot all in one!!! Loved this combo!I was out this way over the weekend to visit the At Home store in OP. This boba shop was 10-15 mins away so I decided to give it a try.I love how much detail they put into the design of this shop. They have lil Asian snacks for purchase to try at the counter as well. I was eye balling some Ube cake but thought I didn't need to order more sugar, so I refrained from purchasing. (Still thinking about the cake)My Thai tea I was able to reduce the sugar by 25% so that was very nice! I also tried their brown sugar milk tea my partner in crime ordered, that was also good too! Another menu item that caught my eye, a pretty dragonfruit smoothie. I actually did try to order this one from their kiosk (to go) after my Thai tea but the only option is to order a large, and it was a few dollars more than most all other drinks. Since this would have been my second drink, I wanted to order a medium sized beverage verses another large beverage. I did order their medium pina colada smoothie instead (not pictured) to try. You can't alter the sweetness when ordering from the kiosk, but ordering in person at the counter, you can. I did love all of the drinks I tried here and the staff was very friendly! I wasn't a fan of the flavor of the boba but the consistency was good.I would come back to this shop and happily order more random drinks to try when out this way again. This shop is in a Publix strip mall so it is easy to find.“

“Love the food here and now love it even more thanks to the manager Brittany! I had an order for pick up that my husband picked up and didn’t check the order before leaving. Well he gets home and I’m missing half my order and one item I did receive was completely not what I ordered. I called and talked to Brittany the manager she said I can come pick up the correct order. Well I told her I didn’t live close by and she offered to drop it off to me when she got off work. I told her that was not necessary and it was so sweet of her considering she said she lives in Orange park and I on the Northside. I was able to come by to pick it up and again and got my entire order replaced plus upsized. Thanks Brittany“

“Grassroots is a great market that is focused on health and wellness. The line of products they carry are all very good quality and value. As a bonus to their store, they craft delicious smoothies and juices. I really enjoy stopping in for specialty products and grabbing a smoothie to go. It is nice to have small markets like this in the community because it makes it easier to access quality foods, beverages and supplements without having to drive all the way to Whole Foods or other stores that are similar. “I normally order the wraps (which is always fresh) with chips and get a cup of ice and sometimes a bottled drink but today I had the raspberry fuzion and I can honestly say that drink is one of my favorites very refreshing and delicious. Mr. Bill and his family is so welcoming and makes everyone feel like they’re family. They got my vote but they been had that with how friendly they are and always keep a smile on their face.“

“My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVE 7Brew!!! The staff here seems to change often but they are always the NICEST people EVER!! They always make our drinks correctly and their prices are terrific for their sized drinks. So much better than Starbucks! They built this location a month or two before we moved over to Riverside, and it may be a 30 minute drive but we make it every time ? It is SO worth it!!!“

“Visited one time during a CD release party/concert for our daughters college-aged band. The space itself was perfect for a small venue - including a bar space and then the entertainment space. The employees and patrons were all very friendly and helpful. Looks like it could be a decent place to hang out (for youngsters - not necessarily for a middle-aged dude like me). Did not try any food - can't comment.“

“I've heard of this place long before I got a chance to give it a try. Today was the day! Location wise, it's situated great for games or eats when you don't want the usual tailgate food (it's so close to the stadium you can walk there) however it's not really in an ideal spot for "foot traffic". I went around lunch time and it seems that this is the spot to eat at if your anywhere near here. There was a constant flow of people. The decor, smells, and vibes screamed Puerto Rico. The counter top has a warmer full of empanadas, all sorts, kinds I never even heard of. I ordered a beef empanada, the pork bites plate, and a sandwich for my husband. The empanada almost didn't make it home. I took a bite in the car and couldn't help taking another and another. There were 2 sauces given so I figured I should save a small piece so that I could use the sauce provided. One sauce was spicy (similar to a hot sauce) the other was like a mayo base with a pinkish color. Both were good, especially together. The pork bite plate was good. The pork itself was tasty and cooked really well. The outside was crunchy and the inside was moist. The rice wasn't bad but I expected more flavor. The salad was wilted by the time I got to it. I think it was the heat from the other food. It would probably be best to separate them when it's a to-go order. The Cubano sandwich was huge, like cover the plate huge and my husband said it was really good (mind you, it was on the cold side when he ate it and that was still his response). As far as payment goes, they do not accept cards, only venmo, cash app, or zelle. That could pose a issue for some, like older customers who may not use those and don't have cash available. I did have minor difficulty understanding the menu, Spanish is the first language of the establishment. The specials for the day were in Spanish without translation underneath. The menu does have translation so that's a plus. Now let's talk about the wait...that's what I took off stars for. I understand it was the lunch rush but I waited for some time just for take out. I also noticed many of the customers that opted to fine in waiting on there food as well. I would suggest definitely calling in your order, or wondering online if you don't want to wait. I saw so many other things I wanted to try on the menu. I most certainly will be back“

“This is my new spot lately. After my morning walks I treat myself to a protein shake/smoothie from JuiceBox! They just always taste better when I don't make it myself. :) I tried the green machine : Spinach, kale, raw oats, apple, avocado, chocolate protein $8.50 and was hooked. I've gotten the same shake all 3 times I've visited. It's 24 oz, super thick and creamy, and is the perfect breakfast. I ask for it to be made vegan instead of using whey protein. I have also visited the Deerwood location after printing copies one shopping center over at Fedex. The employees are friendly, and the shop is always nice and cool inside. This is a great juice/smoothie shop! I'm so lucky this is just a short walk away from where I live! I want to check out their juice menu and stop by midday to try something else soon.“

“We wanted to try a healthy breakfast. Went to a juice bar and it was a bust! Got out of there fast and found Kairos (which means Perfect Time) in Google Maps and decided to try it. This place is amazing. The ambiance is nice and the variety of healthy food is huge! Had almond butter toast with fruits - wow! My wife had a breakfast sandwich which looked and tasted really good. Unlike other juice bars with pre-made juices, here you can customize your freshly prepared juice. I requested a carrot and celery juice which was made to order on the spot! It was the really good! “I saw something online about this place. I pass by here all of the time and often wondered what this place was about. So, I finally took the time to stop in for some fruit pops, a cup of mango and four tacos. The mango cup was Devine and full of mango. I have not tried the fruit pops yet. I shared two of the four tacos with my husband. The tacos blew my socks off! It was not ground beef, I believe it was ground steak. I loved the limes, cilantro, & huge onions in the grilled tacos. I had a taste of the sauce and it was too hot for me, but Ernie ate all of the hot sauce. I think I will be a forever customer here. They are located on Old St. Augustine Road in Lakewood, not far from University Blvd. They're in a small strip mall. I highly recommend this place. PS: Very friendly people! They do accept debit/cc. “I come by here, but my time is always off due to my work schedule. I had my pedicure two doors down and afterwards I walked down to see if they were open and they were!!! The nice Hispanic man hooked me up with a wonderful blueberry cheesecake smoothie. It was about $7.00 or more. I will stop in when I can. Great place! Con-kind of quiet in there. No problem though.“
