“My family and I were here 2 weeks ago and were helped my Aiden (whos in training). A note for management: PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE WHEN HIS TRAINING PERIOD IS OVER! I won’t lie, we were alot. My little brother was asking for a bunch of samples, not once was Aiden annoyed or anything, he even helped my brother decide. My stepmom is a little bit hard to understand sometimes because of her accent but he made sure to get all of the orders right. I mean I cant say enough good things about him. We have too many favorite flavors to list, but I want to personally shout out to any of the monthly flavors that have been dark chocolate based; there is nothing better to cure a bad day than the chocolatiest of chocolates, and this is that! (I’m looking at you cosmic brownie and German chocolate cake!) Here is a roundup of all the locations our family of 5 has tried: Maitland 11/10 - Our favorite location. Always great service from Andy, the freshest waffle cones/bowls, and always has all the flavors in stock. Ample parking and seating indoors and nearby outdoors to suit your fancy. Consistently perfect! Ferncreek 9/10 - The ice cream is great, and the outdoor area is adorable. Parking is a little rough but it’s a historic area and understandable. Horizon West 10/10 - Stellar waffle cones/bowls, special products, and the best indoor seating. Winter Park 7/10 - A little cramped and no indoor seating, but when the weather is nice the outdoor area is cute! Special shout out for the oatmeal creme pie flavor only available here. Waffle bowls tend to be stale. Winter Garden 9/10 - Extremely friendly service and fresh waffle bowls, we just wish it was a standalone for easier access and less crowding. Hunter’s Creek 7/10 - Stale waffle cones and less than fresh ice cream, but we love the ample parking, wide variety, and proximity to our home away from home. Sanford 5/10 - The only disappointment we’ve had trying so many locations. Waffle cones so stale you can bend them like rubber, and the unfriendly coffee shop staff manning the ice cream counter unwilling to make fresh cones. Ice cream itself is stale and not at all on trend with the Kelly’s brand and stellar reputation. “Sold out” of multiple flavors, and one case has a broken light and door. Just seems like this location doesn’t get the same TLC as the rest.“

“I brought my granddaughter to Nan N Pops on Friday and she absolutely loved the Zack’s say cheesecake bubble waffle. She had a hard time trying to decide what to get from all the offerings. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. She enjoyed herself so much that she wants to make Nan N Pops our “Friday Girls Night Out” place to go. I have to admit the ice cream was the best I’ve ever tasted!“

“I highly recommend stopping by Twisty Treats in Longwood, Florida! The general manager, Sam, was absolutely amazing — she has such a beautiful personality and made my visit feel genuinely special. I came in around 1:00 p.m. when it was pretty quiet, and she suggested I try the Reese’s Twisty (which I’m so glad I did). She made it perfectly! You can tell she’s a hardworking, kind, and thoughtful person who truly cares about her customers.

“Waited for about 25 minutes, as evening line was around 20 people . Two people behind the ice cream counter worked tirelessly and efficiently to serve patrons as soon as possible. One staff member also added a bit of theatrics with creating and putting the ice cream in its cup. Very talented! My son had lemon ? cake, strawberries ? mixed with French vanilla ice cream. I had rainbow sprinkles and sweet cream ice cream, my daughter had strawberries with strawberry ice cream. All amazing, all delicious. Cashier was also pleasant, with a warm smile. The prices are normal local smoothie shop prices but , the smoothies taste better than most local smoothie shops ❤️🙂

“Haagen-Dazs has definitely been one of my favorite ice cream and dessert brands since I took my first bite, many years ago.
They are notoriously upscale, and therefore, not the cheapest menu among their competitors. Most of the time, I am willing to overlook that fact and splurge every once in awhile. Everyone needs the occasional treat.
I was delighted when, while scrolling through restaurants on a third-party delivery app, I landed on this Haagen-Dazs location that is not too far from my house, and therefore, a viable option while deciding which delectable dessert would be mine for the night.
Of course, with today's added fees for just about anything and everything, especially delivery, the cost for two milkshakes was far more than I had anticipated.
Nearly $30.
By the time I received the milkshakes, they were slightly melted, and one was the incorrect flavor.
I don't place faults on the shop alone, seeing as they are likely overwhelmed by the new demands for takeout orders and the limited number of staff to get every single item made to perfection.
However, I will say that after stopping by this location in person a few weeks later, I was impressed with their employees quickness and accuracy. Plus, my two milkshakes went from $30 down to about $18-ish.
My advice?
Cut the third-party companies out of your order and take your business into their location.
Oh yeah, and don't forget to try the "Belgian Chocolate Milkshake". It is simply the BEST.

Vegetarian options: There is not a vegetarian-friendly menu at Haagen-Dazs, but there are a couple flavors of sorbet that are vegan-friendly.

Dietary restrictions: They have several options for seekers of 'healthier' or 'less fattening' options.
Their newly released "HEAVEN" collection includes the following flavors: Sea Salt Caramel, Cold Brew Espresso Chip, Strawberry Waffle Cone, and Peanut Butter Chip. The collection is made with 1/2 the fat, 1/3 of the calories, and 25% less sugar than the regular flavors. They also contain no artificial sweeteners. At this time, I believe the "Heaven" Collection is only available in 14 oz. take-home containers.
They also have a collection called "DIVINE" which has 50% less fat and 25% less sugar.

Parking: Handicapped parking spots and plenty of spaces in the lot. It is located in a strip mall, so there are spots all around, although there are times when this area is busy.

Kid-friendliness: There are kids-size single scoops and plenty of sweet treats that your kids will be grateful for!

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking spots, ramps on the sidewalk, no stairs, easy to access in a wheelchair or crutches.“
