“We’ve always ordered food to go from Totoya but we’ve never ate inside the restaurant until today, and the food, atmosphere and service was all just such an INCREDIBLE experience.

The atmosphere was amazing and we thought it was such a cute place, the playlist/music they had going was some of our favorite songs all playing back to back, and Royce was hands down the best, BEST server in the history of any dining experience I’ve ever had.

Royce was so sweet, warm, welcoming, attentive, such a fun and delightful person to chat with and really made us excited about our food, and just phenomenal customer service in every way possible; we can’t say enough good things about him and he is by far what made our dine in experience exceptional! Next time we dine in we definitely want to see if we can be seated at one of his tables again lol.

We haven’t felt that warmly welcomed at a restaurant in so long and that experience alone will definitely have us dine in vs taking food to go from Totoya.

“The food at Sarku Japan is very good, especially if you're a fan of fresh hibachi-style dishes. The flavors are satisfying, and the portions are generous for the price. However, the location being inside Altamonte Mall is a bit of a drawback. You have to order from the food court and eat at the shared mall seating area, which can sometimes be crowded or lack the ambiance of a standalone restaurant. Despite this, the quality of the food makes it worth it, and it's a solid choice if you're at the mall and looking for a tasty meal.“

“I chose to come here for my birthday, because I like eating at Michelin Starred places for my birthday. I also like omakases. There seems to be more and more places all offering their own omakases, so they all start to run together, makes it hard to differentiate them. So instead of detailing every aspect of Natsu, I wanna just highlight what makes them different from everyone else.

Ambiance is so beautiful, peaceful, stoic. You enter this space, and you're in instant tranquility. A simple countertop with no view of the kitchen. Very comfortable high-top bar stools welcomed my behind. And a very nice card personally wishing me a happy birthday also welcomed me. A very nice touch. Super classy.

The service was also stellar. It wasn't the well-choreographed show that you see at two or three star places. But each person had their dedicated duties, and they did a really good job of making comfortable small talk with us. Very friendly folks.

Now for the food. The very good food. It was a very familiar setup. The light bites, the palate cleanser, the nigiri, and then the dessert.
This place doesn't have any of the big meat dishes like a seared duck or an A5 Wagyu, so if you're needing that, this place won't have that. I didn't need it, so I just sat back and enjoyed this mainly seafood inspired menu.

The light bite portion was nice. I got introduced to a small fish that I'd never eaten before. There was of course a dish that was the obligatory showered-in-truffles dish, but this one wasn't an upcharge, which was very appreciated. In fact, there were no upcharge opportunities at all that evening. Very appreciated.

As for the nigiri portion of the meal, I was actually very surprised that the literal slice of fish that was on the rice was a larger portion than other sushi places. I'm not kidding. The portion size was tangibly larger, which had it's advantages. A thicker slice gives you more of an appreciation for the texture of the seafood. I was actually blown away by this pleasant surprise.

We ended the meal with a special birthday candle in my dessert. So nice.

Overall, I couldn't have been more pleased with my birthday evening here. They set the mood, they treated me really nice, but not in a snooty way, and the food was varied, fresh, and delicious. I can't see myself not coming back. I love this place.“

“We have been going to Kobe Steakhouse for several years. Each time we go it has been a great experience. The food is wonderful and the staff are amazing. For the past 20 years we have requested Chef Fuji. He is so fun and really engages with everyone. Chef Fuji always gives us a 5 star experience! I can't leave a review without also mentioning a server who we almost always get, Kevin. He does such a wonderful job and always makes us laugh. Tonight was our sons 21st birthday and the staff, as always, made it a wonderful memory. I can't recommend Kobe Steakhouse enough.“

The food was top-tier. My colleagues ordered cold noodles but they weren't much of a fan, but I was.

“Dining here was an absolute core memory. From start to finish, the service and food were top notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and nice. They were also very knowledgable about each dish that was brought out. You could tell they were like a family and had a lot of pride working there. The food was beautifully presented each time and the chef has such amazing twists on each dish. I really don’t know how he thought of this all!!!! Every single dish was absolutely delicious and special. And the dessert and specialty drinks?? Amazing. I have pictures so I can remember this forever but I’m not sharing because I truly believe this is something you need to experience for yourself. “Delicious sushi! I got the baller set which was very good and nice to try once, but I’ll probably just order from the regular menu in the future.

It is standing room only and doesn’t feel crowded tho the place is quite small.

The only thing I really didn’t care for was the 1 hour slot, I feel like it could be 1.5 hours and that might be better because it felt a bit rushed at the end when getting the last pieces, soup, and s’mores. I felt like I had to scarf my s’mores down quickly to get out on time.

“The food is great but because they have so many dishes that most people are not familiar with and have Japanese names, the restaurant should have the wait staff explain the menu or at least ask if the customer would like a run though of the menu. The staff were very nice if maybe a little inexperienced and did explain some of the more obscure dishes when asked. The only reason I gave the atmosphere 4 rather than 5 stars is for how dark the place is. I could not read the small print on the menu without my phone flashlight. Otherwise, the atmosphere is relaxed but upscale with a modern, clean aesthetic.“

“I ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and they were delicious, not too spicy, but fresh and served hot. My wife wasn’t too hungry so she only ordered sides. The hibachi tofu and the grilled vegetable were also very good though. Would come here again!“

“We went to TORI TORI for the first time last weekend. The food and drinks were amazing, but I can’t give the restaurant more than 4 stars. The way the place works is a bit different: you find your own seat, then go to the bar to order both your food and drinks. After that, you can either stay at the bar or go back to your table. We tried the blue crab dip, crab croquette, crab rice, scallop crudo, beef skewers, tomato skewers, scallion and cheese pepper skewers ~ all of them were delicious. The drinks were also really good. They have food runners who bring the food to you, but you still have to go order everything yourself at the bar. The mix of self-service and table service was interesting, but I didn’t love having to wait in line to order and still being expected to tip over 20% (which we did). The bartenders (ours was Thanathep) were very busy, which made sense since it was a Sunday night. I really enjoyed the food and drinks, but because of the service style, I’d give it 4 stars.“

“I recently visited this ramen spot and was thoroughly impressed! As a fan of bold flavors, I tried both the Tantan Ramen and the Spicy Miso Ramen and they did not disappoint. The Tantan was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice and nuttiness. The ground meat and sesame flavors were spot on, making every bite super satisfying. The Spicy Miso was equally amazing deep, umami-packed broth with a kick that warms you up without overwhelming the palate. The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the toppings were fresh and generous. “Boku Sushi Maitland is my new favorite sushi place. I tried two rolls, Drama Queen and Foxy Lady. My husband had the Beef Wagyu. Our friend had the curry and EVERYTHING was delicious!!! Even the miso soup was very tasty and fresh. Ben our server was informative, personable and attentive. We spoke with Miller, he gave us more interesting information about the restaurant and asked about us and where we were from. Highly recommend!! Loved the food and the eperience!!!“

“Unique! I wish there were more like it actually, but I'm glad to have found this gem. I give 4 stars because of the missing miso soup... Overall a 5-star place (although I've only been through the drive-thru, never inside) and just one menu item lacking is picky, I'll admit. But it's miso soup, so simple, so classic, how can you not have miso soup?! It's like a burger restaurant not having fries. Please bring back miso!“
