I asked the cashier can I try a sample of the rice and beans and the djion djion rice and the owner brought it out from the back and both of them were absolutely delicious! The plate was overflowing, completely full of goodness. The French fries are lacking but the conch and shrimp makes up for it in abundance. The food is cooked fresh and put out there and you have a menu selection of different Rices and meats and vegetables a plate that's less than $6 I don't know how they do it... And it taste great... You will get a choice of rice a meat and a side of vegetable and a drink for less than $6..... And large portions BTW...
Typically when I order there I can split my plate for noon and afternoon meals... Again.... This is $6!!!!!!“

A good spot to visit, the service was good and the staff are very friendly. The place was very clean. Though i went for a birthday party. There was a gentleman offering chicken soup. “I called last Tuesday evening to get information about catering for an event this past Sunday. I spoke with Tasha. I must say she came across so kind and caring. I gave her my proposed menu, number of expected guests and the time that I would need the food. Tasha kindly helped me with refining the menu and I placed the order. I went to the restaurant Wednesday to pay for my catering. Although Tasha was off that day she had left details of my order with her coworkers which facilitated any easy payment. Later I had to add a few more people and without any problems Tasha again facilitated my additions and advised that I could just pay for the added meals on Sunday when I picked up my original order. Sunday arrives and I arrive a few minutes early for my pick-up. I had to wait a few minutes for my food because they were still making everything fresh and hot. Again the young lady helping me could not have been more helpful. My food was delicious and plenteous. All of my guest raved about how much food and how good it was. Most of my guest were not used to West Indian cuisine. They LOVED everything. To illustrate that they all took plates home with them. Thanks to Coconutz the event was an overwhelming success. Special thanks to Tasha and the entire crew for all of your help. I highly recommend this quality establishment. The price is great for the quality and quantity of food.
