“Super kind employees and the food was cooked all the way and yummy. A lot of times places don't cook the fries all the way. But this location did. And there wasn't much of a wait at all. We do wish they'd let you see the menu before asking you to order though.“

“This location is good, but just want to say, one of your employees just tried to start a fight with me at the gas pump while in Firehouse uniform. I pumped gas, and then had to go inside and wait in line for my receipt, when i get back to my car, she is mad and questioning me on why my car was at the pump. Kicking up a fuss and threatening over nothing. Probably not the best public image, since she was in uniform and either going to or leaving work. She sucks, but your location is great!“

“Always fast and friendly service. I'm a regular customer , breakfast most every morning. Really enjoy a great cup of coffee with a sausage, egg and cheese. Num-Num!“

“Thank you Star for your Excellent service! We've been to other Taco Bell and have never seen it as clean as this Taco Bell in Bartow, the food quality was perfect and was greeted as we walked in. Staff was awesome!! We got our food in no time thank you Star again for your excellent service.

“Young lady at the counter was pleasant and helpful. Both of the ladies were friendly and polite. Food tasted good and being in the middle of nowhere essentially, and at a truck stop, given this experience, I'd stop here again on my way to my pick up/delivery again. Thanks!

“FYI, this is a fast food operation, not fine dining. I got what I was hoping for and more. I went on Sunday the 10th of November 2024. The staff were very efficient and friendly and made sure that I got what I wanted so I would be a happy customer. It was my first visit to a Checkers and I’m not local, so I’m sure I sounded totally bizarre to the staff when I worked through my order. They were great with me anyway. And not just the cashier, the man who prepared my hotdog helped out as well and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. I really enjoyed my hotdog! Honestly, I wish I had ordered 2. But I almost died when I had the fries. What do they prepare them in? So good. If I am in the area again, I will definitely be visiting the fine people at Checkers in Bartow. I was happy to spend hard earned $ with such fine people and yummy food. Thanks everyone !“

“Well we ordered here and we got our food and fries were cold and I do not mean not warm, but I mean cold. Sometimes things like this happen, no big deal. Went into the store (I ordered through the drive thru) and one customer had to ask for an employee to take her order before anyone would help her. I asked for my fries to be replaced and they did cook a new batch for me. No salt was added but that was fine. My chicken nuggets were thrown into the bag I assume because when I got them out there were 4 at the bottom of the bag - again, sometimes these things happen. Not the best but not the worst.“

“Usually they are excellent! Ordered from them online and they never showed up. I also called and they didn't show up the second time that night after the mistake either. However, they did refund my money back quickly. I will order again obviously, because I do think they're very good. I'm going to chalk it up to one bad night at the Pizza Hut ?
