“Besides the girl implying I'm older than I am the people are nice there. Food is good like usual. Dual food lanes makes drive thru nice. The only flaw is if the person infront of you has a order taking longer than yours they bring you yours and then you are stuck 😅

“This location is good, but just want to say, one of your employees just tried to start a fight with me at the gas pump while in Firehouse uniform. I pumped gas, and then had to go inside and wait in line for my receipt, when i get back to my car, she is mad and questioning me on why my car was at the pump. Kicking up a fuss and threatening over nothing. Probably not the best public image, since she was in uniform and either going to or leaving work. She sucks, but your location is great!“

“The drive thru older gentleman that served us was so pleasant to hear and interact with. Give this man a raise and make him a trainer! He was so pleasant it was a breathe of fresh air to have great customer service in a drive thru. He didn't rush the order was very patient as we ordered as well.“

“Young lady at the counter was pleasant and helpful. Both of the ladies were friendly and polite. Food tasted good and being in the middle of nowhere essentially, and at a truck stop, given this experience, I'd stop here again on my way to my pick up/delivery again. Thanks!

Unprofessional sat there and looked at my husband sitting there for five minutes, trying to get a refill and kept walking by him. Need new management at this McDonald’s.not the first time we have come and the manger was nasty thanknyou Leah for making our day with your service very good you should find a better job 😘“

“FYI, this is a fast food operation, not fine dining. I got what I was hoping for and more. I went on Sunday the 10th of November 2024. The staff were very efficient and friendly and made sure that I got what I wanted so I would be a happy customer. It was my first visit to a Checkers and I’m not local, so I’m sure I sounded totally bizarre to the staff when I worked through my order. They were great with me anyway. And not just the cashier, the man who prepared my hotdog helped out as well and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. I really enjoyed my hotdog! Honestly, I wish I had ordered 2. But I almost died when I had the fries. What do they prepare them in? So good. If I am in the area again, I will definitely be visiting the fine people at Checkers in Bartow. I was happy to spend hard earned $ with such fine people and yummy food. Thanks everyone !“

“Usually they are excellent! Ordered from them online and they never showed up. I also called and they didn't show up the second time that night after the mistake either. However, they did refund my money back quickly. I will order again obviously, because I do think they're very good. I'm going to chalk it up to one bad night at the Pizza Hut ?
