“I'd like to start by thanking the very nice people that work at the Clearwater Mall location. I think they do a fine job. Moving on to the actual food, I feel Five Guys has become too expensive. Regardless of how good the food might be at times, the quality isn't consistent enough to justify the high price. And even if it is consistent enough, I still can't understand the high price. My wife and I will get a burger fries and shake each and it'll be well over $40. At that price we have options that we enjoy significantly more than a couple of burgers at Five Guys. End of an era for us.“

“Okay, they have officially redeemed themselves! The last time I came in, I was disappointed because the food just wasn’t hitting the same as it did with the previous owners.
Today, I was in the area and decided to give them another shot with my daughter—and I’m glad I did. This time, the food tasted like the old owners never left. Redemption arc complete. 😂
My only complaint: somebody PLEASE get the lady behind the counter some help! She was taking orders, cooking the food, and basically running a one-woman lunch-time Olympics. Somehow, she handled it like a champ.
Seriously, leave that woman on the grill—she knows exactly what she’s doing. Just give her a teammate before she starts answering the phone with one hand and flipping burgers with the other. 😂“

“Raising Cane’s is easily one of my favorite places to eat. The chicken is always fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly, and the Cane’s sauce is amazing. The fries, Texas toast, and sweet tea are all consistently great, and the food always tastes fresh.

The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the service is usually fast and efficient. Every time I go, I know exactly what to expect, and they never disappoint.

The food isn’t the healthiest option out there, but it’s definitely worth it as a treat once in a while. Overall, Raising Cane’s does a fantastic job with quality, consistency, and customer service. Highly recommended!“

As soon as we got home, there were few items that were missing and we were so sad. So we decided to call the store about it. Luckily the crews were very nice enough and very professional. You can tell they’re doing their best, even during busy rushes, and they keep a positive attitude while serving everyone as quickly as possible. “I was getting my car serviced at a nearby dealership, so I walked over for some breakfast. I crave the cinnamon raisin biscuits every time I see the sign. Not only was the place spotless and probably one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I’ve ever been in, but the service was outstanding. The lady behind the counter taking orders was the sweetest thing. She was so sweet and even brought my food out to me even when she had some customers in her line, which I did not expect. The food was so fresh and their new iced coffee is 10/10! I was checked on my multiple people to make sure everything tasted great. I used to go to Hardee’s with my dad on Saturday mornings to get the cinnamon raisin biscuits and they tests just the same now as they did then. Great way to start my Friday morning!“

The manager greets everyone and you can see him doing everything - he leads by example - that’s probably why the Staff is excellent. Can’t say enough good about this place.
