“their site is easy to navigate. they are quick to call if there's an issue. they are quick with turnaround. a dear friend's husband passed away a few days ago. they had to do the funeral this week or wait till after Easter. they chose to bury him sooner than later. since I couldn't be there in person. They're a few states away. I wanted to send a beautiful plant. desperate to find someone who could deliver on such short notice I turned to Google. Heaven Scent was a few down on the list, but I'm so glad I found them. I ordered, the plant I wanted was out of stock. they called to discuss my options. it was an easy process and they were patient with me as I decided which to choose. the plant was delivered today. it is more stunning than I could have imagined. it looks healthy and bright. thank you ladies!“

“Absolutely amazing yogurt. Especially the pineapple with vanilla and sprinkles on top. However, I must say it was not very pleasant to watch the cashier handle the money and then proceed to restock the spoons with no gloves on. Then proceed to wipe his nose with the top of his hand while holding a handful of spoons in that same hand.“

“The selection of homemade ice cream is amazing, so many flavors to choose from, and everything we tried was delicious.
The inside was really nice and clean, which made it a great spot to sit and enjoy. Service was also super fast, even with people coming in and out, and there was plenty of seating so it never felt crowded.

“Situated within the Waterside Shops in Naples, this establishment is a standard Haagen Daz Ice Cream Store, albeit slightly smaller in size.
The attendant was kind and amiable.
There are numerous options available, ranging from shakes to ice cream, sorbets, and beyond.
I particularly enjoy their Mango flavor.
It is an excellent location to visit after shopping or dining for a revitalizing dessert.“

“The cashier helped me pick what I wanted. I got a coffee with ice cream in it and it was amazing. My picky eater of a kid got something and ate it all, there is greek yogurt as a healthy option and bubble tea and more. Pretty place, would recommend!!“

“I was there last week with my friend. We came in at midnight because our DoorDash order was never picked up. So we drove to get the cookies instead. Teresa was working, and that sweet angel of a woman gave us a six pack for free for the inconvenience. That woman deserves the world, and I hope her pillow is cold every night. Give that woman a raise.“
