““Papa John’s always delivers on flavor with their fresh, delicious pizzas. The crust is perfect, and the toppings are high quality, making it a favorite for pizza night.

However, I had a bit of an issue with my recent pickup order—it was delayed, which was a little frustrating. That said, the staff was polite and ensured the pizza was hot and fresh when I got it.

Overall, great pizza, but I hope they can improve the timing for pickup orders!”“

“A great experience from start to finish….once I got there. Do not recommend calling in your order, you are routed to a call center (God knows where.). Go in person, the woman at the Lakewood Ranch Blvd location is bright and friendly, and a great salesperson I might add…I believe her name is Michelle. She deserves a raise, very knowledgeable about current promotions and I took all of her recommendations! At her suggestion, I ordered the Grandpapa pizza, it was so delicious! Keep doing what you’re doing at this location because you’re doing it right, A+!“
