““Papa John’s always delivers on flavor with their fresh, delicious pizzas. The crust is perfect, and the toppings are high quality, making it a favorite for pizza night.

However, I had a bit of an issue with my recent pickup order—it was delayed, which was a little frustrating. That said, the staff was polite and ensured the pizza was hot and fresh when I got it.

Overall, great pizza, but I hope they can improve the timing for pickup orders!”“

“I am here to commend general manager Jacob at the Lakewood ranch shop. I was a very frustrated and mad customer because I spent a substantial amount of money on food and tip for the driver...over $110.00.. the driver showed up minus a pizza...I called and the lady called out what I ordered and knew that my box was still there...she then says he just pulled up and can bring it back to you. I love 5 min away..I was going to be cool...well 5 min turned into 20 and I called back and said my food is now cold...I would like my refund.. there was some frustration in the call and then I was directed to Jacob... Jacob caught the 2nd half of the wrath after I had already called 30 min ago.. long story..I went up there returned the food...Jacob realized I paid a lot and tipped...he returned my money and redid my order...you can say it's a win on both sides..but in reality PAPAJOHN just kept my business because of Jacob...we eat there often so my refund doesn't amount to what I will be spending in the future with them.... thank you Jacob...my apologies for being a little irate!“

I placed an order on the app and when I sent my husband to pick up the order.. our order never went to the store so it was never being made nor did they have proof that we placed an order.. they made the experience better then we expected! Our kids and us appreciate them so much! Thank you!!“

“Really happy with my order tonight, my pizza was piping hot, with lots of cheese & ingredients, everything was delivered quickly & following delivery instructions. The price was better than some of the other pizza places and I got pizza that wasn't missing cheese, meats & veggies or swimming in tons of grease(like my last awful experiences with pizza hut I had no ingredients on my pizza it was literally just dough & dominos was over an hour late was swimming in grease & had horrid customer service, So thank you PAPA JOHN'S well done, I wish the dough was a tiny bit crisper but overall I am very happy with my pizza & service tonight.“
