“this is the best Starbucks in the area! staff is so nice, the dining area and kitchen are always so clean, and the drinks always taste better here! baristas Julia and Anna are the best and they deserve a raise! everyone should come to this Starbucks instead of the others nearby 😛“

“A HUGE shout out to Skylar at Drive thru tonite on 11/13 at the Starbucks st 7386 52nd Place East on SR 70 near I-75. My husband & I left work from downtown Bradenton,trying to find a Starbucks that had red cups left. After calling several Starbucks, I called this Starbucks location & Skylar answered. I told him I could not find any red cups as they were gone in several other locations. Skylar said he had just a few left & he saved two cups for Jim & I! Skylar was so kind & thoughtful to do this for us! He has a great personality at the drive-thru & very helpful.
SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKYLAR!! WE APPRECIATE YOU!! We WILL be back to get our coffee at this Starbucks!!

“Super friendly staff even when busy. I always ask the cashier to just give me their favorite drink and it's always a lovely surprise. Today I had a Matcha with Brown Sugar and Caramel and it tasted just like a Boba-Tea! I Love coming to this location, everyone is awesome and very talkative.“

“Purchased at Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso at another Starbucks location on 64 near I-75 and drank it when almost home. It was awful, very, very bitter. I stopped at this Starbucks close to home and the one I usually go to and asked if the could add something to make it taste better otherwise it was a waste of $8. The manager Analisha said, we will make you another one instead. She stated they likely used regular shots instead of blonde shots and could tell by looking at the color of the drink. Great recovery customer service to this young lady! Thank you Analisha ( spelling?).“

“I really enjoy coming to this Starbucks! The drinks are consistently good, and the staff are always friendly and upbeat, which makes for a nice experience. The only drawback is the drive-thru — the parking lot is pretty cramped and can get crowded, so it sometimes feels a bit tight maneuvering through.

Overall, it’s a great spot for coffee, but if you’re in a rush, be prepared for a little wait if the drive-thru is busy.“

“I put in a mobile order on the app thinking this was the correct location. Unfortunately it wasn't, but Shen was really kind and went out of his way to make our drinks right then and there. Shen was even thinking about the other store and had me call them to let them know that I was unable to make it and was having them made here. This store really knows how to take care of their customers. I really appreciate their efforts and I will be back soon.“
