“Starbucks in itself is always a pleasant place to visit. The staff here are really nice. The employee who worked around 6PM is always professional and nice. She completed my order every day. Only give her kudos bc she had excellent customer service compared to the one I had visited closer to the Gulf in Bradenton. There are businesses weekly, and the last thing you want to experience is someone who hates their job. I am so thankful for the amazing staff at this location ?“

“Super friendly staff even when busy. I always ask the cashier to just give me their favorite drink and it's always a lovely surprise. Today I had a Matcha with Brown Sugar and Caramel and it tasted just like a Boba-Tea! I Love coming to this location, everyone is awesome and very talkative.“

“We went to another Starbucks- no red holiday cups! So, we called this one and they quickly picked up and joyfully said they had aplenty! We arrived on my son’s birthday and they celebrated him with cheer. BUT- then something amazing happened. One of the baristas- Asia, gave my younger son a pup cup with sprinkles and made his day. “I just went to this Starbucks for some pre-work coffee & the lady working the drive thru window was SUCH a pleasure. She really made my day brighter with how happy & kind she was. The world would be a happier place if all service industry workers had her spirit!! Didn’t catch her name but she was working 11/24 at 12:10 PM.“

“I really enjoy coming to this Starbucks! The drinks are consistently good, and the staff are always friendly and upbeat, which makes for a nice experience. The only drawback is the drive-thru — the parking lot is pretty cramped and can get crowded, so it sometimes feels a bit tight maneuvering through.

Overall, it’s a great spot for coffee, but if you’re in a rush, be prepared for a little wait if the drive-thru is busy.“
