“Everything was delicious! We haven't been in a while so decided to stop in on a rainy Sunday evening and we're very happy we did. We weren't real hungry so we decided on a few appetizers which were great. We had the Potstickers, Duck Wings and Cajun Corn. We also tried a couple of local beers which we had never had before and really enjoyed. We sat at the bar, the bartender was very helpful and super friendly. I'm sorry but I don't remember her name.“

“I have a great time with my friends every time I come to this establishment you can count on a great atmosphere and whether you sit at the bar or are seated at a table the servers and bartenders are very nice and consistent. I would recommend Wednesday nights for the bottomless boneless wings or Thursdays for the bottomless bone in wings“

“My first visit time to this Cheesecake Factory was fantastic! The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous—super pretty and impeccably clean. The atmosphere felt upscale yet welcoming, and the attention to detail in the decor really made the experience special. “A wonderful experience enhanced by Zoey who was an outstanding frontline ambassador for expected service and care. I ventured away from my usual Thai Bowl and tried the Big Italy with crispy chicken and spaghetti squash. Dang…was it good! Portions were sufficient, well-prepared and proudly served. This selection might just become my favorite at Cali’s. Granted, the staff consists of young adults who are, in the least, committed to going to work to earn their pay. Their attitude is encouraging. Some of the comments posted may not be fair. One has to allow opportunity for on-the-spot redress of an actual or perceived wrong (the menu is self-explanatory or can be clarified by simply asking). “I’ve been going to the Brunchery since I was a kid and now I take my own kids there if that tells you how good this place is. The potatoes are amazing but so is almost everything else on the menu. The staff has always been super friendly and accommodating. It’s my kids’ favorite place to eat so I take them every chance I get!“

“Food is excellent and the prices are very fair. The "ode to a wedge" salad is highly recommended as is the chicken and waffles. My one issue with this restaurant is that the main courses come out too fast. I specifically asked the waiter to slow it down this time, but it didn't happen. We're only half way through our salad and the main courses are arriving. The tables are too small to contain all the dishes. Other than that really like this restaurant.“

“Good place to go either for a short time, or a night out.Sometimes it's a bit of a wait for a beer to be brought to your chair, but other than that...all good. Will return DEFINATELY.

Vegetarian options: All of the restaurants in food court are good. Some healthy, some.. not so much. But still good,...none the less.The restaurant upstairs the food is all good. Buffett.. or pay per plate. Great food, plentiful size portions & wide selection to choose from.Definately recommend all of the eating establishments.Bring your appetite.“

“I’m from Tampa. Spent my entire life here. I have made it my buisness to know the little “hole in wall” local places. This is exactly that. I used to come here all the time years ago. It’s been quite some time so when I moved back to this area I was eager to find out if this place survived the pandemic. Thank god it did. The cafe con leche is buttery and creamy. The Cuban toast is crunchy and soft on the inside. The food is awesome and authentic. The service is informal but I don’t mind that at all. The prices I believe are the best part. This isn’t the place that will run you 20$ for a coffee and sandwich. Ive been coming here for years and will continue to for as long as I can. I recommend“

“I was so impressed by Todd, your front desk associate. He was always very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He addressed each and every issue/question I had immediately and was always receptive, attentive, and very courteous. He even remembered my name after just one time talking to him. I usually don't write reviews, but I was so impressed by his customer service skills that I had to make a review. No days exceptional customer service is hard to find if not non-existent. “I stayed at the Embassy Suites Hotel this week for a few days on a business trip.

I was dealing with severe jet lag, so discovering the onsite restaurant was a lifesaver, especially since they also offer room service.

I tried their Ropa Vieja plate, and it was solid. The rice was great, the beans were flavorful, and the beef was incredibly tender. The sweet plantains added a nice contrast in flavor and balanced the dish perfectly!

While the menu prices are a bit on the high side, they’re pretty typical for a hotel restaurant. Considering the quality of the food and service, though, it definitely feels worth it.

Will I try their food again? Absolutely!“

“We love the Noodle Bar and eat there anytime we have out of town guest that want to go to the casino. On the weekend, there can be quite a long wait because there is minimal seating, but the service is good, the food is great and it comes out really quick. Highly recommend.
