“We’re from Florida, now living in Alabama. There are no Sonny’s BBQ here and we sure miss them. Last weekend we took an end of summer weekend trip to Pensacola. There was a Sonny’s across from our hotel room. Needless to say that’s where we ate dinner and boy did we enjoy it! The food was hot, fresh and just as delicious as we remembered. Our server was extremely friendly and I wish I could remember her name (this would have been on Sunday night, July 30. We were the party of five, three grandkids, my daughter and me). Well, Sonny’s had a big impact on my granddaughter for sure as you can tell by her picture and what she wrote on her “what I did this summer” page attached hereto. She can’t wait to come back to have the best ribs she ever tasted!“

“I have been going to Miguel’s since I was a kid and it’s always been my favorite Mexican in Pensacola! I would recommend it to anyone, that’s why I left a “would recommend” review. I don’t want the positive rating to do down, but I do think the owner/manager should be aware of their restaurant today. I’m in town this week so we decided to grab lunch at Miguel’s. The food was as amazing as I remember, but the service was not so great. To be fair, the restaurant was extremely busy and we only saw two servers working. I think they were trying to do the best they could to keep up. However, after our food was delivered, we didn’t see our server for at least 30 min. I then asked the other server for to go chips, boxes and a dessert and it seemed like we were being a nuisance. Our server made it to the table with our dessert about 20 minutes later and said they had been slammed with call in to go orders. We got our to go boxes and I asked again for chips. She quickly took the bill back to add $1.25 for chips. Here is my opinion: first, don’t leave your tables alone for that long without acknowledging them. Secondly, if you are that busy in the restaurant and can’t keep up, maybe let callers know you aren’t able to take to go orders at the moment. Lastly, I honestly don’t care about paying $1.25 for a bag of chips, but when your customers have been sitting for two hours and were never even offered a drink refill, maybe throw in the chips at no charge.“

“Where to begin. Your server Sam is phenomenal. She knows the menu and has no problem with helping my father choose something to his liking. My father is a bit rude at times and can every difficult, but that didn't stop Ms.Sam from being so nice, polite, and attentive to us. If I still had my restaurant open I would most definitely offer her a higher position. Her attitude under pressure is something you don't see to often. She kept a smile on her face. “Family visited back in February we waited about 25 minutes to be seated. We were seated waited about 25 minutes to ordered. We finally ordered one of the burgers came out undercooked. We sent it back the burger came back overcooked very overcooked. We sent it back a third time the waiter got the manger because he said he was disappointed. We decided to change to a Chicken Sandwich which wasn't available after we ordered it so we decided to do a Turkey Burger. We waited over an hour we decided to just let it be because everyone was done. I informed the manger and told her it was perfectly fine she apologized for the entire night and thanked us for our patience she asked if we would wait while she checked on things. She couldn't believe how long it was herself!!! We told her will take it to go she covered our ticket...HEAR WE ARE AGAIN TONIGHT!!!! We tried to place our order online but it wouldn't go through so we called it in. We asked for two turkey burgers w/cheese meal no sauce extra fries. We got our ordered and got half home and I checked the bag only one order. I said it was okay I'll eat fries and be good for the night. My husband called and she remember our ordered and apologized and asked us to come back it'll be ready. I was against it but he wasn't so we got there called back the order was ready. I double check the order to besure it was taken correctly she told us yes she'll besure it's no sauce and only one pattie. Which is why we didn't get both from the start of the order was double on one bun. We waited over 30 minutes I stop a manager who has as just walking out to ask her to inform them because they weren't answering the phone. A worker came out with bag apologizing and said he fixed it she didn't word it correctly. He gave me the bag and ask for a payment i was giving him my info while I checked the order and stop mid ways because it was still wrong it was supposed to be no sauce....WHAT A WASTE OF GAS & TIME!!!! I'M DONE WITH FAST FOOD UNLESS IT'S RABBIT FOOD 🥗... Revisited on 2/26/25..The Salad was wonderful❤️..We ordered Turkey Burger w/ Side salad, Cheese Burger Fries & Tavern Double w/Fries ..Every enjoyed the food the service was fast , food was hot & fresh the unlimited drinks and unlimited fries kept coming!!! BY THE WAY THEY DO $10 TUESDAYS YEAP ALL REGULAR SIDES ARE ENDLESS ❤️

She is ALWAYS friendly, polite, and prompt with the coffee refills! No better place for breakfast! My brother and I liked it so much that now we also eat breakfast with the family on Friday mornings. Weekly family reunions and Mike's great cooking. Can't get better!“

“Tonight my family and I stopped in for dinner. It was a little while before someone came by our table but when we did see a server we found that he was brought in because the bartender and 2 servers walked out right after we were seated. Aside from that we had phenomenal service and all the employees and the manager kept their cool even with the inconvenience they f the walk outs. “The food at Brickery's Grill was good. We had the bourbon chicken, one with rice and cabbage, the other one with rice noodles and squash. Very good and as expected. They put a big portion of all three in a container which basically meant you get two meals out of it. They could have put extra sauce on the chicken, so be sure to ask for it. It was well worth it. The best part is you had at least three vegetable choices....cabbage, green beans, or squash. A lot of places do not give you those options. I will definitely go back.“
