Isaiah is who helped me, and I tell you what..., he was fantastic! What an incredible Well spoken young man. I'm not sure of his title at work, but he looked as if he ran the entire show. Knowledgeable, patient, energetic, well spoken and seems to be an all around top notch human being. “I ordered on Slim Chickens on Door Dash and I received my food and I ordered 2 jars one brownie and other one is cheesecake. I received the brownie jar and I didn't receive the cheesecake jar. I called the Dasher to see if maybe she left it behind in the car and she said they never gave it to her. So I called the store and Kevin picked up the phone and he went to verify that we order the cheese cake jar and he said yes I see you ordered it and so he took he initiative and said he will deliver the jar himself to my location. “This was the first time I came to this location, and the first time with so.eone that needed accessible parking. We all k ow how good their food is, and how awesome their lemonade is but this time it was a little different. My relatives dietary needs are different than mine and I was able to get grilled chicken instead of breaded; fruits instead of fries, and their lemonade with sugar substitute. Made his day! Plenty of accessible parking, easy to use restrooms, and as always very courteous service. Glad I went!“

“I really wish you could get just the tenders because they are the star here. Hot, flavorful and a good size. Tried 3 different sauces (sweet chili, spicy magoo’s and bbq) the sweet chili was the clear winner. The spicy magoos is just your typical cane’s sauce with buffalo sauce mixed in and the bbq is just sweet baby ray’s. The fries are regular crinkle cut fries and they claim that they also give you Texas toast but it’s just a piece of toasted white American bread. Nothing Texas about it. So come for the fantastic tenders and then just eat as much of the normal stuff as you can. The 4 stars comes from just the incredibly nice staff and the tenders AND be sure to at least try their sweet watermelon tea, that was fantastic too.“

“My first time in this location and I was served by an extremely helpful person. Her name was Shnaydine. She explained all the options very clearly and I had a great meal.

This location was very clean and the food came reasonably quickly. Next time I am in Orlando this will be my go to Chik-Fil-A location.“

“I’m from Guatemala and I’d been visiting Orlando, from San Antonio, Tx. I took a rideshare just to have a little bit of that familiar taste of home. It did not let me down. “They canceled my order 05/11/2026 I used 900 in rewards and I can not connect with anyone to see if I'll get those back calling corporate. Usually this Orange blossom trail store is on point and food is hot. Never had a problem till now. I'm so disappointed 😞.
