“Went back 2 says after our first meal there. Oscar was our waiter. He was professional, courteous and attentive without hovering!! I'm not a big eater and the coconut shrimp were perfect for me. nice size shrimp, cooked just right and served with a Thai chili sauce. Another nice thing about this place is that it is a little out of the center of town and doesn't have quite the crowd and noise other places have. more relaxed and laid back. You cant go wrong.“

“Wonderful service, the food was incredible, and the view was unbeatable. We watched the sun set over the gulf while enjoying our starter (whipped feta and beets) and sipping our drinks. The valet service was great, although retrieving the car took some time. The wait staff were timely and attentive, they served with grace, and they knew the menu items well; our server described the dishes we asked about with lots of detail.“

“This place was great! I ordered takeout at the bar from Leah. Service was outstanding, food preparation was fast, and it was delicious. I got the hogfish and loaded fries. The fish was outstanding! Fries were excellent. Portion sizes are very generous. I ended up here because of a rough experience at a neighboring restaurant and I'm glad it happened. I'll definitely come by when I'm in town again.“

“What a walk down memory lane this is!!! We haven’t been to Bobby’s Bistro, or its more upscale sister restaurant the Beachcomber in years. Twenty years ago, these two restaurants were the absolute “It” place, the best in Tampa. Amazingly, the decor is exactly the same as 20 years ago but somehow doesn’t look dated at all. The food was fantastic. We met George, our server, who is a bit of a celebrity, and he was super nice and gave me a supersized shot! Glad to give this notable establishment a great review!“

“We stayed at the Hyatt Regency and had breakfast and dinner at Shor. The service was top notch and the food was excellent. The lobster mac n cheese was to die for. Dinner was pricey but with excellent food combined with excellent service and an outstanding view what else do you need?“
