“The young lady at the counter was very patient as I had my 7-year-old granddaughter with me and she could not make up her mind of what she wanted making suggestions to my granddaughter directly and did not make us feel like we were in imposition in any way and that we needed to hurry up“

“My only complaint is that there is only one elevator. I'll still give five stars because the front desk agents were both so nice, the price I paid for the accommodations was amazing and last but not least, our view was amazing during the night and day. I forgot to do a video of the bedroom. It's a nice size with a very comfortable bed.“

“This location is difficult to get to, very small and dangerous parking spots, mainly do to drivers that pass through Clermont, FL. That is the main reason I will not recommend this location, especially for families with small children, as this location is also near an extremely busy highway. However, their customers service is on point, we always get what we order, they are very patient and they provide us with lots of suggestions, (at least when we have visited this location.) We will continue to visit for their great customer service. But I will only recommend this location as a quick stop option for anyone.“
