My mom and I got caramel macchiatos and OMG! They tasted the way Starbucks used to. Perfect ratios and nice and hot. I wish I left a bigger tip, because wow, whoever you are, you're awesome!“
“While in vacation I got sick and needed the citrus, honey mint tea 🍵 and this location was minutes from my hotel. The barista was friendly and helpful. She made sure I scanned the app for points. My tea was delicious and hot! This location has a walk up window or you can use te drive through.“
“After a long overnight shift at the ER I was on my way to school with practically no sleep. I saw my favorite home Starbucks and decided it was worth being 5 mins late for. Well to top off the morning my card declined in the drive thru. I was only getting a coffee and was just about to cancel my order and the employee handed me my drink and told me not to worry about it. I haven't received this kind of compassion from somebody in a long time. I was about ready to just not go to class because it was becoming such a bad day and my anxiety was crazy. He insisted not to worry, didn't make me feel bad or anything..! Now Starbucks gets a lot of my dollars so it was just really nice to feel the love in return. I insisted I could take a minute to get out of line and find another card but he honestly was so sincere about not worrying about it. I about cried to school but I made it and I aced my test. It's truly the little things in life that make you or break you. I wish I got this kind mans name. (May 23rd at about 145pm)“
“We just had the best customer service experience through the driveway. I stopped coming to Starbucks for three months and today they win us back! We had the server Matthew, we were ordering three drinks. However, my husband wants to try something different. My husband asked, “Matthew what do you have new? Matthew was able to suggest a strong coffee with an extra shot of espresso. He was not rushing my husband and was so happy and we thought we were in Chick-fil-A.
