“Great first experience at this very romantic and expertly fashioned dining establishment! The staff is very friendly, and eager to meet (and exceed) your expectations. The menu selections are not only creative, but reasonably priced for such a location in Downtown Miami, with combos which include appetizers you can pair with any one of several entrées. The views of the bay from the main and private dining rooms are exceeded ONLY by the waterfront patio area that offers just enough privacy and comfort for its dining guests, while providing an expansive view of the bay.

“We had a great night with my sister at the lobby bar. They have their own signature cocktails which all of them are worth to try. Ismail’s bartending skills and his geniune personality made us feel like we’re spending time at home. Their italian cuisine offers a lot of delicious options such as homemade pasta which we had to the last bite. We also had to chance to meet with bar manager Loida who made sure we had the best time while we were at there. My compliments to them and to the chef!!“

“This is our second time at Bar Collins while staying at Loews hotel and each time our server was Tommy. Fast and attentive service and great conversation. We love stouts, bocks and dark beers so Tommy also recommended a nearby brewery that we should try. He also recommended good places around to try for lunch or dinner.

Can't wait to return to Loews next year for some smooth Guinness pours. :)“

Relatively modern amd spacious, its deceptive how big the the lounge is as it stretches all the way round the atrium view. Lots of seating to the left of where you enter if the buffet area is full which also ended up being quiet also

Stocked bar as well as dedicated champagne area. A single long row for the food. Salad, hot food and deserts served here and was replenished on a good cadence.“

“My best friend and I went to have a few small plates and drinks. The ambiance was good, a bit louder than the first time I went. We enjoyed the overall experience, the drinks were good and so was the food, but the server abandoned us after we were done with our meals and drinks. We had to get the attention of a food runner and tell him we wanted the check. Everything would have been perfect if we didn't have to wait so long to get the check and leave. It was very busy, and it was prime dinner time, but it shouldn't have taken so long. Overall a good restaurant, just extremely busy.“

“I was completely blown away with my experience. I took my mini poodle. Even though he had to shave her more than I ideally wanted, he left my dog looking like a beautiful princess. The owner works really fast and treated my pet kindly. You can literally sit and wait. (and you can even see them working on your pup if you really wanted to)“

“I live near Wynwood and everywhere I used to go has closed down so it was really nice to find this place. Definitely a new spot for me and the hubby! We went for a work outing and even that was a vibe. Great drinks, atmosphere, service, accommodations, restrooms, and most importantly MUSIC! The DJ was 🔥! They also have hookah, which was soooo good! Not a lot of food options so eat before if you're hungry. Happy turn up!

“We had the best time at Faena Miami Beach, and I want to give a special shout-out to Joshua Rodriguez. I was there with my best friend, who is eight months pregnant, and Joshua went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and had a great night. He even moved us to one of the best tables in the restaurant without knowing anything about us — not even that her husband is an NFL player.

The service was incredible, the atmosphere was beautiful, and it honestly turned into such a memorable evening. People like Joshua are what make a place truly special. Thank you for taking such great care of us and making the night one we’ll never forget!

“I was a guest at the Hilton property and utilized the Bentley Beach Club area of the beach. They honored our Hilton status and we were allowed two beach chairs and an umbrella daily, a great deal considering the cost. The beach is nice. Beautiful water when the seaweed isn't present. The Santorini restaurant delivers food and drinks to patrons of the beach club upon request. Service was great, no complaints.“

“If, like me, you've been travelling for 2 days and need somewhere comfortable to rest between flights, this is the way to go. I was quite apprehensive, because I had read numerous complaints on Reddit about the lounges being overcrowded and underserved. My experience was the opposite.

Initially, I attempted to use the lounge at D30, however there was a sign at the entrance stating that they were full and could not accommodate day pass holders. I then shuffled back to D15, with my fingers crossed that it wasn't full, luckily, it wasn't. Upon entering, the place was bustling with travellers, but there were end ugh seats to still have my pick from.

The serving areas were not crowded, and I could easily choose my breakfast options. I found the food a tad salty, however I have a low tolerance for salt. I spent just over 2 hours, and did not feel rushed.

Having used the lounges at LAX and MIA, I'd recommend them to everyone with long layovers and travel itineraries.“
