“What a sweet and pleasant place!Simone has excellent customer service! How refreshing to visit an establishment and want to come again without even sampling the food!I came in for breakfast after grabbing a coffee but I ended up getting the Brown Stew chicken with Rice and Peas and it was so delicious and filling.Definitely a must try if you are in the area.“
“The food was amazing!! We stopped by because the food smelt incredible and they did not disappoint! We got the jerk chicken (which came out fresh), jerk fried rice, plantains, corn, a beef patty (incredible), and jerk mac and cheese (which was so creamy and also came with their jerk chicken baked into the mix). Everyone was friendly and the food compared to the other spots in the mall was super affordable. Worth every penny! Highly recommend! ♡“
“First time here and everything was exceptional! Very welcoming and nice environment. Enjoyed the curry jerk chicken! It was truly a one of a kind experience. Definitely will be back! The owner was amazing?also everything is made to order, so the food was fresh! The lentil meatless soup is worth trying as well!“
“It's a little hard to find because it's not where you would expect a restaurant to be in warehouses, but it was definitely worth the scavenger hunt. I was expecting a long wait based on the reviews. However, my food started coming out faster than a McDonald's drive-through. The food was delicious, and the young lady gave excellent customer service, checking on us periodically. It's a little tight for indoor seating, but once everyone finds out about this hidden jewel, they will be forced to expand. I had the G spot for 2. There is plenty of food and it was a variety. I'm going to start inviting people to join me next time. Sorry no pictures, I ate it all.. lol“
“Food was delicious. Best cooked wings, wing sauces, and fries in the area. Good prices too! Very friendly staff! We met the owner and his family. This is a family run business and they have done a great job of building great atmosphere for those new to the area.“
“In town for a day and we were looking for a breakfast spot. Ended up seeing this place in the plaza with no wait time so we decided to have brunch. Yal! Brunch was a whole vibe! Good food, 90s R&B, mimosas, and great customer service. The oxtail and ackee was banging I just wish they put more ackee on the plate. The lamb chops were tender and flavorful. My mother-in-law had the chicken and waffles and that chicken was juicy and full of flavor. My 6 yr old had the avocado toast. Everything was good including the St. Patty's mimosas. We will definitely come back the next time we are in town.“
“One of the best Haitian food restaurants I have ever had. The meat is cooked so tender the rice hold a power punch of flavor and is so soft I can eat a bowl of that alone.I go here at least 3-4 times a month.Customer service is phenomenal and quick !This is a must try !“
“Wow! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Golden Krust and I have to say, their curried goat is an absolute standout. Located at 801 E Commercial Blvd in Oakland Park, FL, this restaurant offers an unforgettable culinary experience. The curried goat was perfectly seasoned, tender, and bursting with flavor. Each bite was a delightful blend of spices that left me craving more. The portion size was generous, and the presentation was impeccable. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience. If you're a fan of Caribbean cuisine or just looking to try something new, I highly recommend giving their curried goat a try. It's truly a dish worth raving about!“
“I love coming here to eat their famous oxtail always so fresh served with rice and peas. Also their j*** chicken is delicious. Love the owners as well always so welcoming. Wishing their business nothing but more success. Recommend coming here for some delicious Caribbean food“

“What a gem of a restaurant!!! If you’re in the area and on the look for some great food I highly recommend Liks to you then. The food was delicious, I forgot to take a picture but I ordered curry chicken which came with rice and beans, cabbage and plantains… it was absolutely delicious; the perfect blend of savory and a little spicy quick to it. Me and my mom shared the plate and we loved it. The ambiance is very pleasant just like the staff! We’ll be back for more! ✅?“
“12/30/23 8:30pm We arrived after the peek dinner rush and were able to get right in. Our Waiter was great. Clam Chowder and Appetizers were Great with generous portions. We had Octopus and bacon wrapper scallops. Great Garlic bread. Main entrees were spot on and again generous portions. We had Jambalaya and the lobster pasta. The seafood was fresh and cooked to perfection. Had Key lime pie for dessert and that completed a great dinner. Prices were very reasonable and the serving time was perfect with no delays between courses. Definetly worth the drive from the beach resort (14 mins) easy parking. Casual Fun atmosphere. Its a Keeper!“
“I'm lovin' it! The atmosphere is on point! Hospitality is awesome. The are very attentive. I love the flavors. I'm from Louisiana and currently live Texas. This homely feeling is what I've been missing. Who would of thought, that I would have gotten this in Miami. OMG! Man this is awesome. The music! It's everything! This place so loved.?“
“The food was well seasoned and marinated. Best jerk meats (chicken, pork, ribs) I've eaten in a long time. I've tried many jerk locations but this spot definitely got a rating of 11 out of 10... The festivals were good size and soft; the right texture & flavour. We visited Chef Tally from ?? and it was a great experience.“
“These guys were so awesome. Jean, chen, Lorenzo, and the other young Guy showed great customer service. I could tell the food was going to be good by how long the line was and it did not disappoint. I had the j*** chicken rice and peas with plantains. Definitely will be back for the wings!“
“Top Tier Restaurant and Lounge is awesome. Had lunch there the other day and it was excellent. The steam fish was excellent with rice and peas and bami. It was very good. Service is great and the owners are terrific. The best part is they offer evening events which offer a fun great atmosphere. Top Tier is a fitting name!!!!“
“If you’re looking for the best island food in town this is the spot. They offer so much variety, Best Jamaican food I’ve ever tried down south. They also offer catering definitely a must have at your next party event. I had the oxtail dinner and it was just amazing ? if I could leave more than 5 stars I would. “Holy cow!! Sacre Bleu! This is an outstanding Haitian restaurant. Truly the best out of the 4 I’ve tried here in Miami/ Fort Lauderdale. The food is fresh, delicious and full of flavor. I ordered the Griot, Diri rice, fried palintain, baked beef meat pies and fresh soursop juice. Everything was really incredible, down to the fried plaintain. I wil be back again and again. If you love Haitian Food this is certainly worth a visit. Also spectacular service! The lady who rang us up was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This is a wonderful spot.“
“LISTEN this not Dutchpot nor Donnas this real Authentic Jamaican food. Everything down to the sauce, gravy, cabbage, jerk chicken and rice was sooooo . Even the homemade lemonade, like it was just so refreshing. As if the food alone is not already bomb, the employees are so friendly and welcoming. The store is very clean and just homey. 10/10 recommend it. Trust me imma foodie go try it.“
“The jerk chicken sandwich was beyond delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly with the right amount of spices not too hot with a perfect amount of Coleslaw and the yummiest CoCo bread! So glad we finally have a Caribbean spot in Edgewater!“
“This is clearly one of the coolest place to eat in the region. Every time I come to this place I am deeply pleased. They manage their very high level service and the topmost level of cooking they serve. You are always happy with this restaurant.“
“We visited this place while on vacation from Toronto where we're pretty blessed with some of the best roti shops. Singh's was right up there with some of the best I've ever had. I had the goat roti, which if your familiar with, is hard to get it right. Singh's definitely got it right. The mix of spices was perfection.“
“This is the most amazing food! Classic hole on the wall restaurant I found by accident when visiting my girlfriend with amazing food and variety. Ms Chelly's is the friendliest person you will ever meet. I am used to high end places and almost didn't go Inside when I saw the place, but never judge a book by its cover! I am so glad I found this place.“
“On overlooked gem, the food was fresh and delicious. I had fried snapper, over-easy eggs (instead of grits) and toast and loved it. Make sure you have the homemade lemonade, it was refreshing and tasted like a perfected recipe. I loved this spots small mom & pop ambiance, and the service made me feel at home. Thank you for a great dining experience, Bahamian Pot.“
“Maaannnn..... Listen, I ordered the griot and I must say.... that was the closest to how my grandma makes griot. Food was fresh and on point. Only thing that was a concerning was the piklis... it wasn't that spicy and still in the fermented stage.“
“Gotta eat there. I drive 5 hours to eat here. Food is always good and service is top notch. Julia is very accommodating and willing to do what it takes to make you happy. I wanted crab and Callaloo there was none left she went to the store got everything to make it and had it ready for me later that day. Thanks again it was the bomb.“
“I really do love Donnas restaurant because the food is simply delicious. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food that will tickle your tastebuds the moment you enter, and have you coming back for more.... And how can I forget the staff. They are simple courteous people who are always willing to serve. If you really want some great Caribbean food with great service....Donnas is the place I recommend. I eat at University drive, N State Road 7, 12th.Street, and Coral Springs...Please don't judge me. I cook in my own kitchen...but Donnas is my favorite eat out option for all the good reasons I've suggested.“
“I took my nephew out for "breakfast" he chose Carribean and this was close to my house. The moment we stepped into the restaurant we could smell deliciousness! The manager was right there to greet us. My nephew inquired about every food item, the manager was more than happy to help, even giving us some samples. I do not like Caribbean yet I ordered the cabbage and rice and beans along with taking the chicken soup home. My nephew could not stop smiling and stating how good the food was. I tried his chicken curry and added the curry gravy to my rice, both were delicious and I now like curry! A lovely girl assisted us with getting their amazing rolls to take home. I, we will be back. PS I appreciated the cleanliness of the restaurant as well, big plus in my book!Vegetarian options: There is a acai dish with an assortment of vegetables, spicy but very tasty. There is salad, delicious, cabbage, vegetable platter, fish and soupsDietary restrictions: I can not eat meat, the rice and beans, cabbage and soup was perfect for me. My nephew eats meat.“
“Her trading work is done with a level of expertise that can only be learned with years of experience at the highest levels. I was blown away by the ingenuity and thoroughness of strategy. I went in knowing 0 about online trading but Mrs Anita walked me through every step of the process. I made $7000 in just five days of trading, Don’t just recommend, I highly recommend.“

“First time going to yellowtail Jamaican restaurant pass it almost everyday going home so I my daughter want something to eat so she say I should get her some food from yellowtail so I get her curry chicken and white rice and she love the food.“
“Destiny was amazing. She greeted us as we entered and was patient with us as we were ordering. All of the staff we encountered, friendly and courteous. We ordered the chicken and fries. My second favorite spot that is not in the Bahamas. If you are ever in town, check them out.“
“Was too glad when a fellow Virgin Islander told us about this place. We sure weren't disappointed. I'm still dreaming about that soursop juice. By far the best I've ever had. Food was so good that we ate here 2x during a 1 week trip. Great customer service as well. I enjoyed on day one a plate of mutton with peas and rice and baked macaroni and of course my soursop juice. Left there with a delicious lemon cake made from scratch. Next visit I had the saltfish with rice and spinach. My mother had oxtail for both visits along with passion fruit. This time I drank passion mixed with ginger beer. I saw pates, Johnny cake, fried chicken wings, vita malt, historical pictures and beautiful pics of home. It was comforting. We were not disappointed at all. Real food not dry fast food. Thank you for your service.“

They also do vegetarian dishes, I didn’t think the wait was long for appetizers we had the soup., and just lymed with my bff , other people were there enjoying a beer while they waited they did not seem stressed. Keep the good food coming Coconutz !“
“My dad and I came here to get some Panamanian food, and we were very happy with the "frituras." they even had bofe and cow foot soup. The ladies at the shop were super nice. Jasmine / Miss Bonne did an excellent job making us feel welcome and also suggesting some of the Trinidadian food. The "doubles" street food was very good. My favorite thing was the ginger pineapple juice ? it was on point a must-have. We will definitely be back for more. The prices were very reasonable. The music selection was also great. A hidden gem a must say. Make your way here and leave feeling like you were just in Panamá.“

“My family and I traveled to Miami for a mini vacation, we went to Ft. Lauderdale to visit and found this amazing restaurant. It’s call the “Peoples Choice” and it has amazing Jamaican cuisine. It’s a must to visit! When we visit again from Indianapolis, Indiana, we will definitely be back for an awesome meal. The owners we great people!“
“Very good service, good menu … not overly extensive. Food was very good quality all around. They know how to prepare home fries and their omelets are top-notch. She made the experience perfect. She brought out the food all at the same time and brought us anything we asked for. Would definitely come back to this place! The pasta and pizza are delicious! The breakfast menu is equally varied. I could have ordered at least 6 items on the menu. The service is great, prices are reasonable. The dining room and restrooms are clean and well maintained. Two thumbs up and 5 stars“
“Omggg !Listen to me !I’ve been looking for good tasty seafood for a while & buck up this restaurant and I promise you from the service , to the reasonable prices, to the taste of the food down to the bone ? wow this place is customer friendly, great service & AMAZING dishes . So much to choose from get here if you’re looking for a good fish in south Florida .“
“Let's talk about authentic. The atmosphere...is just like those chill spots back home in Jamaica. The food....the chicken..the pork.. the CONCH. Amazing. Well seasoned to the bone. No knock off oven jerk.. REAL outside.. on the grill Jerk. You won't regret it. Go Jerk...Keep it up. So far you have the BEST jerk in Miami“
“This can easily compete with all the other Jamaican restaurants for "Best J*** Chicken". It has a brilliant smokey flavor and is cooked to perfection. The owners here are very friendly. I also ordered their oxtail gravy with the rice which was perfect. I now have 3 great/ go-to jamaican restaurants in the area. I cant say it is the best, but it is certainly up there with Clives. It is easy to miss in a side plaza, and not in the best neighborhood. There is an abundance of other caribbean/jamaican restaurants in the area so competition must be tough. The owner told me they had been there 8 years.... which shocked me since there was no yelp reviews. This place is an undiscovered gem and i never see it too busy. Do yourself a favor and stop by if you are ever in the area.“
“I will start by saying I was so excited to eat that I forgot to take pictures, next time!Appetizer: Bahamian Cracked Conch and Caesar saladEntree: jerk chicken with rice & peas and plantain; brown stew chicken with rice & peas and collard greens with cornbreadDrink: regular freshly made lemonade and mango lemonadeEverything was good! I was really impressed with the rice & peas. You could really taste the coconut milk and it was so moist. Only the cornbread, I wasn't super impressed by - was a little on the dry side.“
“This place was nice and clean inside and the food taste good and fresh! Most of all was the service. I feel like customer service these days is hard to come around but here the service was on point! I will def be coming back with friends and family.“
“I loved this place and the employee that served us. She was polite, kind and had a smile that could melt the coldest ice cream. The flavors are decadent and have a sweetness that brings memories of your childhood with your cousins at your grandma's house. My favorite was the bun and cheese and i can't wait to get a full pint.“
“I was visiting from Toronto and went to Mandeville Country style restaurant. The food was very good. It was also nice that they have a bar on the restaurant as well. A good spot to visit, the service was good and the staff are very friendly. The place was very clean. Though i went for a birthday party. There was a gentleman offering chicken soup. My experience was great... Awesome spot to stop by“
“Love this place so far. I’ve ordered pick twice and my experience both times were great. I got the jerk pasta which was a bit on the spicy side, but delicious. The flavors stick to your tongue. I also ordered the fry chicken and that gravy (sauce) on the side makes the meal for me. Please support this restaurant. Trust me you won’t be disappointed.“
“I thoroughly enjoy my visits to this restaurant. It consistently offers a clean and inviting atmosphere, with the added perk of shorter waiting times compared to other places. The pricing and portion sizes are reasonable, striking a great balance. However, what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional customer service. From the warm smiles when you walk in to the genuine gratitude expressed when you leave, the staff goes above and beyond. I highly recommend paying them a visit, and don't forget, they're an excellent choice for catering needs as well!“
“Absolutely delicious, I highly recommend for anyone interested in this type of food. Coming from Puerto Rico, the Mofongo and the Empanadas were the best i’ve tried in the area. The service was excellent, a very efficient staff, owner was very friendly, and chef is very experienced. Definitely will be returning without a doubt.“
