“It’s without a doubt a super creative and delicious restaurant. Both the service and the food are spectacular, with a balanced and delicate fusion of ingredients. The place itself is calm and beautiful—truly a hidden gem in Miami with class and great taste.
You definitely need a reservation since it’s a small and popular spot.”

“I've been to this Italian restaurant before, and it never disappoints! This visit was just as fantastic as the last. We were lucky to have Michell (hope I'm spelling that right!) as our server. Even though she mentioned she recently started working at the restaurant, you'd never know it—her service was phenomenal, and her recommendations were spot on. Big thanks to Michell and the whole team for making it a special night.”

“If you're searching for a dining experience that embraces the essence of comfort and culinary delight, look no further than Bouchon. From the moment you step in, you're welcomed by the inviting aroma of freshly baked crusty bread that sets the tone for a memorable meal. Each warm slice has a perfect crust that beckons you to take a bite, and it beautifully complements the delicious dishes that follow.
Speaking of deliciousness, the cauliflower soup is nothing short of a revelation. Silky smooth and richly flavored, it strikes the perfect balance between creamy and light, making it a delightful start to your dining experience. It’s a dish that showcases the care and attention to detail that defines Bouchon. Amazing escargots and deviled eggs are out of chain
Then comes the quiche, and it’s simply amazing. Flaky, buttery pastry encases a rich and satisfying filling that’s loaded with flavors. Whether you choose the classic Lorraine or one of the seasonal varieties, each forkful is an invitation to indulge in pure goodness.
And let’s not forget the sorbet an absolutely refreshing finish to your meal. It’s light, vibrant, and bursting with the essence of fresh fruit, leaving you with a lingering sweetness that dances on your palate.
Overall, Bouchon is a gem that shines through its thoughtfully crafted dishes. Every plate tells a story, inviting you back for more. If you haven’t yet experienced this culinary haven, make it a priority you won’t regret it!”

“It was amazing! Nico was a great server and every exceeded expectations”
“We’ve hosted multiple work and personal events here and love it. Finally, taking the time to write a long-time-coming review because they went above and beyond expectations, even beyond their usual excellent service. We were planning on hosting a wedding welcome cocktail outdoor at the brewery. The weather turned for the worse and Nick and Kelly quickly arranged for us to use Threefold Cafe instead. We were able to have a beautiful, intimate, private event at the cafe. The bride and groom could not have been happier and the out-of-town guests had an amazing time. The beer and wine selection was perfect. Food was delicious. Staff was attentive and warm. I could not recommend them more 10/10.”

“This restaurant is a gem in the heart of Coral Gables. 5 stars is not enough for this restaurant. 💗
All the people who works there are wonderful Everything I ate was an explosion of flavors.
I don't usually drink alcohol, but I convinced myself to have a cocktail (I told them I didn't want to taste too much alcohol). They really impressed me.
I want to especially thank Adri and her husband; they were attentive from start to finish.
P.S. Their baby is the happiest and most delicious baby I've ever met.”
“My husband found this little gem and we went for brunch on our first day in Coral Gables. We struck gold! Not only was our server, Monica, a treat but so was the food. We went with two of her recommendations. The il piu italiano avo toast and mega mushroom omelette…so good!! I went back the next morning because I really wanted to try the don’t be a (lemon) tart French toast…another hit. And my server, Rashad, was another gem! I enjoyed the food, atmosphere and workers at Threefold, and would highly recommend you check this place out.”

“AMAZING real Italian food made by a guy actually from Italy. From the outside it doesn't look like anything, bit inside it is quite stylish and cozy. A great place for a date. Get a bottle of wine and dine in a relaxed European fashion. Really, the food is remarkable. Brought several people with me when I went back and they truly enjoyed it. My mom is from Rome so I'm not easily impressed with most Italian places. The star pizzas are special and totally delicious too! Note that because this place is run by actual Europeans service can be slow by American standards, but they were kind. Updated from previous review on 2025-05-23”
“Let's start at the bar. We enjoyed a great Happy Hour with excellent specials and amazing service from Jenny. Honestly, great cocktails and even better service. Then Marcos took care of us at the table and absolutely everything was perfect. Still our go to place for excellent food and amazing service. This place is 10/10.”
“Food is always delicious here. Ordered 3 times already and it is great! Such an explosion of flavors 😋”
“Fun fact, this location used to be a pizza place called Pizza Rev pre-COVID. They abruptly closed which made me super sad because they had delicious and cheap gluten free pizza and I used to go all the time.
So I was overjoyed to discover this place, they have gluten free AND vegan options and they were DELICIOUS. My husband had the vegan make-your-own with jalapeños and I had a sausage ricotta gluten free, forgot the name one. Both pizzas were a 10/10.
They have some outdoor seating which was nice. Good ambiance from what I could tell inside.
My only complaint - it would be nice if they had a fake meat option for my husband. Overall, I liked their pizzas more than the Detroit style pizza place in Midtown.
Vegetarian options: Vegan cheese and veggie toppings. However, there is no fake meat option.
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free and vegan”

“Just came from touring the University of Miami and Pure Vida was recommended to us by our student tour guide. The dining space is cool and inviting. The food was fresh and delicious with quality ingredients. Jenni is the best!”

“Wonderful surprise! The celebration at Levant was marked by excellent service, very testy food with a slightly different twist and an atmosphere that was pleasant. I look forward to returning!.”
“The food is incredible! Homemade pasta with well made traditional Italian sauces. The branzino is delicious too! This is a hidden gem in the Gables and a must try for anyone who hasn’t already. Will definitely be back.”

“Mint Beirut is a gem! The food is absolutely amazing—authentic Lebanese flavors that instantly made it my favorite spot. The owner was incredibly kind and even let me try their Kibe and lentils, which were beyond delicious! The portions are generous, and everything we ordered was fantastic. I’m already craving more and can’t wait to come back. Thank you.”
“I have been loving pita sandwiches at The Last Carrot since 2002!!! 20 years now! Fresh, healthy and delicious 🤩”
“Nice spot to kill some time while my son ran an errand. Good cortado made with fresh fragrant roast. Almond butter toast was good, but I’d request more almond butter and less honey next time. Acid jazz music was at a reasonable level allowing conversation. There are plugs near some of the tables. Furniture is metal & hardwood- no plush couch style seating FWIW. Fresh beans are $18-$23 / 12oz. bag.”
“We had an absolutely amazing dinner here. Unassuming, intimate restaurant that easily accommodated our party of five. I asked for the vegan box listed on the menu, but was told they did not have all the ingredients to make the usual dishes, so the chef Kevin created a menu just for me. He was so creative, inventive, and excited about every dish he brought out of the kitchen, and each one was more delicious than the last. I am technically pescatarian, so a few of the dishes had fish sauce, but he would have easily accommodated me with a vegan or vegetarian menu as well. It was honestly one of the most incredible dining experiences I have ever had. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Miami/ Coral Gables area.”
“We hosted a large party at Osumi in Coral Gables, and it was the perfect spot! The location is great, and the decor is beautiful. The service was fantastic—friendly and attentive to our group. The sushi was delicious, and the cocktails are a must-try! Everyone had a great time. Highly recommend for any gathering!”

“Absolutely incredible—I don’t even know where to start! I came in Friday for lunch with two colleagues, and we were all blown away. The service, the food, and even the prices are unmatched—almost too good to be true.
I ordered the Black Tonkatsu, which was marvelous. The egg was perfectly soft and yolky, just how I love it. I also tried the gyoza (good, though nothing special), but the spicy mayo onigiri was remarkable. One bite and I felt transported back to a chilly Friday night in a little alleyway in Japan—pure nostalgia. This food is authentic, and it shows.
They even offer shaved ice! Sadly, I didn’t have the space (or time) to try it this visit, but there will definitely be a next time, and I’ll be saving room.
The vibe and aesthetic of the restaurant are small, cozy, and authentically Japanese. Service was just as outstanding—Marco was fantastic and made the experience even better.
Can’t recommend this place enough!”
“Fugato is truly a hidden gem and, in my opinion, the best restaurant in Miami right now. Every detail — from the ambiance to the incredible service and outstanding food — is simply flawless. The flavors are authentic and unforgettable, and the passion behind every dish is evident. If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience, Fugato is an absolute must-visit!”
“I’ve been getting recommendations on eating here and was craving it for quite sometime… WOW! Today I couldn’t resist and ordered via uber eats, I was a bit concerned because Uber eats sometimes messes up the orders by not delivering the right food, forgetting something or by the temperature of the food not being the adequate to eat it… well that was not the case. The food was not only delicious but conveniently delivered to eat immediately. I loved the taste, the presentation and the combination of flavors. My highest recommendation to eat at Picadiyo, even though I didn’t go to the local, I’ve heard they have a great atmosphere and space there!”
“Sunset, Salt, and Swagger: Dining at NOMA Beach at Redfish
.
CORAL GABLES, FL - Golden hour in Coral Gables does its best work at NOMA Beach at Redfish, where the bay turns to liquid bronze and the rooftop draws a good-looking crowd nursing tall-stemmed spritzes. Set inside Matheson Hammock Park—the only true waterfront dining address in the Gables—this modern, coastal-Italian outpost feels purpose-built for date nights, proposals, and the kind of unbothered weeknight that slides into a second bottle. The setting is the flex: a coral-stone landmark, palm-ringed beach, and a rooftop patio with wide-open views of Biscayne Bay.
.
Linen, leather sandals, a whisper of salt, and a soundtrack that gets warmer as the sun drops. Staff skew friendly and on-the-ball— regulars call out attentive service and event pros who run the rooftop like a private club—though, like many Miami hot tickets, peak hours can stretch patience.
.
Chef-owner Donatella Arpaia steers the menu toward glossy Mediterranean comfort with seafood first in line. Start with the Hanging Board — prosciutto di Parma, Marcona almonds, fig jam, cheeses and honey—hung tableside like jewelry; it’s theater and appetite-builder in one. The fritto misto (semolina-crusted calamari and shrimp with avocado aioli) is a crisply addictive second act. Prices are Miami-prime but transparent: $42 for that board, $40 for the fritto, $35 for Donatella’s award-winning meatballs, and salads spanning $25–$37.
.
Those meatballs are a house signature, swaddled in slow-braised ragù—comfort food dressed for a night out. On the lighter side, the Stone Fruit Caprese layers grilled peaches and burrata with basil and prosciutto, a sun-kissed detour that eats like a South Florida postcard. For mains, branzino with lemon-caper butter and gigante beans is the clean, confident order; pasta traditionalists go for rigatoni tossed in a broken-meatball ragù.
.
Cocktails are where the rooftop gets chatty. The program leans seasonal and agave-curious, with a deep bench of tequilas and mezcals, while the bar keeps crowd-pleasers in rotation—Aperol spritz at sundown, a cucumber-gin number when the humidity bites, and a notably silky espresso martini when the night asks for punctuation.
.
As for damage: the experience at $31–$50 per person before tax and tip; Miami’s tourism board lists it at “$$$ ($31–$45).” Given the postcard real estate and the coastal-Italian polish, that’s in line with the neighborhood — and mercifully south of sticker shock for a special-occasion table.
.
Housekeeping for the planners: reservations are wise, the rooftop hosts recurring happenings (think winemaker dinners and themed evenings), Sunset Wednesday–Friday Happy Hour on the outdoor bar is a savvy play for oysters and cocktails with that cinematic sky.
.
The verdict? NOMA Beach at Redfish is Miami distilled: spectacular water, dressed-up comfort food, and a bar that understands the assignment. Come for the posture, stay for the plates—especially that branzino, the fritto, and the meatballs—and embrace the occasional Miami hiccup as the cost of admission to a front-row seat on Biscayne Bay. It's salt-sprayed, sun-dappled, a touch high-maintenance, and unapologetically fun.”

“Famed and revered French chef @pascal.oudin.35 opened Pascals on Ponce ( @pascalsonponce ) 22 years ago and has been delighting customers and publishers ( @foodandwine @esquire_magazine @gourmet.magazine to name a few) since it’s inception. We were not the exception 😉 Behold, Nos Plats Choisis! We began by warming the palate and gastric sac with the #lobster #bisque and the #porcini #mushroom and #foiegras #soup with #infused #whitetruffle #oil (I’m not sure which was better so I finished them both 🤤) —check out that slow pour of the captivating crustacean soup 🦞— Next, we tried the seared #hudsonvalley #duck #foiegras with #appletatin #candiedginger and duck gastrique (it tasted as fanciful and majestic as it sounds) For entres: the #australian #lambrack in a #jus #dagneau cocked to medium and for myself the #local #blackgrouper with #celeryroot and #eggplant #caviar 🥳🥰 for dessert we tried the perfectly executed #grandmarnier #souffle with Orange #sabayon, excellent!”
“Great food! They are really accurate and reliable when catering food, even for large group. Food is delicious and reasonably priced.”

“Eze Bistro
366 Miracle Mile
Coral Gables, FL 33134
This bakery and bistro used to be called, “Tartine” but it has been renamed, “Eze”, after a seaside commune in the department of Alpes-Maritimes in the Provence-Alpes-Cote d’ Azur region on the French Riviera.
I was looking for a sweet treat to buy for my family when I strolled by this establishment and decided to walk into it. I saw 6 large chocolate chip cookies on display and asked to buy all of them. My mom and son polished off the cookies really quickly so I only got to eat one. They declared that those were the best chocolate chip cookies they had ever eaten and described them as “silky smooth and chocolatey”! I came back another time and someone else had discovered how good those cookies were since they were all sold out. I now know to go earlier in the day to buy those cookies rather than to go by in the afternoon.
They have other delicious goods like cinnamon rolls, butter croissants, almond croissants, cinnamon rolls, bread pudding, cream puffs, creme brûlée and chocolate mousse cake.
For Thanksgiving 2024, I ordered cream puffs topped with chocolate for my family. Marwan, the nice Moroccan-French owner, took my order and ensured that I could collect those sweet treats the day before Thanksgiving since they would be closed for Thanksgiving. Wow! The chocolate-topped cream puffs were absolutely delicious! Thanks, Marwan! I will be back to get more of your delicious desserts! I need to find out what savory food you serve as well.”
“Such amazing food!!! Highly highly recommended!! Great prices!! Usually GF food is so over priced because of course it’s expensive as we all know. But their prices are amazing. Packed full of delicious food. Brisket was so tender and moist. Fruit was so fresh. I don’t do reviews very often, but this one had to be done. Cause it’s so good to find a place for celiac friendly food that tastes amazing. Crepes packed full!”
“☕🥪🧊🎶When attending the launch party for Davies’ new novel, the café truly delivered—from the warm pre-reception to the well-catered and smoothly run afterparty. The staff was attentive, the spread was great, and the price point was fair and filling. My only feedback? It would be great to have fountain sodas—a few of us were definitely craving those Coke Zero refills to keep the pages turning. Also worth noting: they host live music, which is a nice touch, though it can get a bit loud depending on where you’re seated.”
“I usually visit my regular coffee shop, but it was closed the other day, so I decided to stop by here instead. I’m so glad I did! I received the best service I've ever had. The barista, Natalie, was incredibly sweet and made an amazing cup of coffee. The whole experience was fantastic. Ever since I first visited this café, it’s become my go-to spot for studying. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the space is perfect for focusing. It’s quickly become one of my favorite places to spend time. Highly recommend !”
“Stopped in this morning to grab breakfast for myself and my family while visiting the area before our cruise, and I’m so glad I did! I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly welcome from the owner. The menu had a great selection of simple yet delicious breakfast options and fresh baked goods. I had the Morning Meditation juice and the Western omelette—both were reasonably priced and perfectly portioned. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. It was the perfect way to start the morning!”

We made a reservation for 2 at 3pm and our server was amazing, so courteous, and gave us great suggestions for appetizers and desserts. I always come back to where I was happy so I will be definitely coming back to La Pata Gorda!”

“They serve breakfast all day and we went around 11am. We ordered the French toast. It is one slice only and is served in a pool of syrup. Delicious. We also had a side of the bacon. That also is one slice. It is served in a strip but it is a thick slice so they also cut the slice into smaller pieces. We also had the scrambled eggs and a side of the tallow taters. Do not miss out on those. The absolute best potatoes I have ever had. Served with a sauce that may be a base of roasted red pepper. I’m not sure, but it was outstanding. I also had a gables cafe crème but I asked for it hot. The place is extremely small and the service was not attentive but when I could get their attention they were knowledgeable and helpful. We sat “at the bar” which is really a window. It allowed us to sit right away but know that if you pick this spot there will people standing very close for comfort behind you waiting for a table. They may even have a restless toddler. All worth it, just saying pack some patience if that kind of thing bothers you. Cannot wait to go back and try the duck eggs!”

Even though she mentioned she recently started working at the restaurant, you'd never know it—her service was phenomenal, and her recommendations were spot on.
