Of other special note the Hush Puppies are the best I have ever tasted and I have eaten my fair share over the years. This is a food truck like business so do not let that dissuade you from driving there for some of the best southern seafood you will ever find.”

“Ms. Dorathy has always overseen this place and it's been great for years but, not so much anymore. I think she's not able to anymore. it's a bit sad because those working there really need to consider cleaning it up inside and out. Clean the tables and bar after customers leave and the next come in. Serve COLD beer. Used to be a great place to go to, something changed.”

“we discovered this small chain of Mexican restaurants about a year ago, this one is no different than the other one we dined at: Great Food at Reasonable Prices, Excellent Service, Excellent Atmosphere. I just wish they would expand to up north were i live (Michigan)”

“Absolutely addicted to the Kitchen Sink drinks. I’ve basically cut out soda, and certainly lost a little weight too. The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond to help you.”

“The boat ride was wonderful. The park ranger who piloted our tour obviously loves the river and cares for the abundant plant and animal life there. Very informative and interesting. We saw lots of wildlife including birds, alligators, and manatees.”

“Let me tell you guys about Tiffany and her crew at Dairy Queen. They are everything. Great hot fresh food. I always get my bang for my buck. The place is always clean inside and out. The service is top tier. Tiffany is the most nicest, friendliest and courteous manager. Not just with us but with everyone that walks in. Most times I eat in but when I do use the drive thru the service is just as fast and friendly. Everyone is great especially Tiffany. Keep up the awesome work.”

“Called over a week in advance. Asked about a party if 28, was told they could do it. Had a party at 6pm. Please come at 6:30. Called day before to confirm.. alls well. My mother shows up and the dissary started . We were to be in bar area and they told my mom they were putting us in the open. (This was a family memorial dinner) We were out in bar area (room) we ordered drinks. It was over 30 minutes before we got drinks. We were there over an hour and finally put in our order.1 hour later we were told that they didn't have enough steaks for our orders . 2 hours .. no food !! We left!! Now you have 28 people who will never step foot in this establishment again .. if you couldnt accommodate, you had plenty of chances to tell me. The waitress was used and abused they didn't have enough help and waitress said they said they didn't expect this much business .. bs! 1 group of 20 and one of 28... Plus others there eating .. poor planning on managers part.”

“I’m surprised at a few negative reviews for this place because it’s fantastic. Also, I’ve noticed those reviews said that meat was bad, guys go vegan. Everything I’ve ordered was delicious. I tried hibachi veggies, teriyaki veggies, salmon and all soups. Great, great prices. Love the location and atmosphere too. My favorite place to stop by if I don’t have time to cook. I just moved to the area and already a regular at this restaurant. Low key awesome all around.”

“I frequent this place at least once a week. Most of the workers are in high school. That being said they stay busy and manage to keep everything moving really well. All of them of very friendly and make sure the orders are right.”
