“Tonight, we were greeted by Ian. A long-time bartender. He hasn't seen us since last season. He remembers our name and drinks. He is fantastic and always makes us feel right at home. Nice to see him again! We started our meal with Blue Point Oysters! Fantastic! Hubby had the Wahoo and Tater Tots. It was on Catch if the day special! He said it was delicious! I had a Philly cheese quesadilla. Really good! I also had Cauliflower Au Gratin, delicious! The Wine and Alcolhol selection is subpurb! Music was pleasant , good sound! “Really happy to have found The Bent Prop. It's a little off the main highway, but is easy access. We were made to feel welcome, seated and served promptly and then given time to relax and enjoy cocktails, appetizer, dinner and dessert at our own pace without feeling rushed. Drinks and food were all very good and reasonably priced (especially during Happy Hour) for the quality, even got to thank the chef for his work. Our server was awesome as well. Will definitely have The Bent Prop on our list of go-to places.“

“We stopped here as a spur of the moment lunch decision on our drive to Key West - it had good reviews and who doesn't love a tiki bar? It was a great decision - lots of variety and great portions and prices! We tried the fried lobster tail sandwich - made with local lobster - and figured it may be a greasy mess - but not so! It was pretty light and soooo tasty! We wolfed down our sandwiches and left contented :) it's a super cute place inside a big tiki hut and on a canal so you have a lovely view to boot. Service was friendly though a little slow - but that may just be the laid back Keys lifestyle we Angelenos aren't used to lol“

“Still a fabulous place, even better than the last time I was here. The entire staff was spot on. Was served our dinner so quickly. The food was REALLY good: fish dip, grouper sandwich,black grouper plate and key lime pie. They pay close attention to minute details. Our server was so accommodating. Be back again soon.“
