“I ordered takeout from Pubbelly Sushi for a friend of mine, and honestly, it reminded me why this place never misses. She always craves the Big Eye Tuna Roll, and for good reason the combination of the tuna with salmon on top and that crispy rice just hits every time. The textures alone make it worth ordering again and again.

I also ordered the Korean chicken wings, and wow those were amazing. The flavor was perfectly balanced enough seasoning and sauce to be super satisfying without feeling overly heavy. It had a nice kick to it too, just the right amount of spice to keep things interesting and leave you feeling satisfied, not stuffed.

For myself, I went with the Dragon Roll, which is my all time favorite here and always consistent. The only thing I wish I had done differently was adding extra spicy mayo (or that special mayo) to the Big Eye Tuna Roll it would’ve taken it to the next level.

Overall, everything was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. Pubbelly Sushi is one of those places you can rely on whether you’re dining in or taking food to go.“

I got to the Homestead store and of course my order was not there. Well I called back and explained and asked what coul I do . IO was like let me speak to my Manager. Well Nick the manager was just as kind and cancelled my order. They made a very long and difficult day have a great ending. I promise Nick & IO we will visit them at the Sunset store. “I've been meaning to try Sushi Corner after reading many reviews about how tasty and affordable this restaurant is, finding all these reviews to be completely true! This hole in the wall gem of West Kendall is well worth your time to try! I came in with my boyfriend last night to their small no frills location and was immediately greeted by our server who was very attentive throughout our whole meal. It's true that they do serve everything using plastic ware which to me doesn't matter at all. I care about the quality of food and the food is definitely top notch! My boyfriend and I decided to order various menu items to share. I started with a hot bowl of Miso Soup $2 which was good; loved the portion which I felt was more than most places. Next we had the Rainbow Roll $10 (California roll topped w/various fish) which was glaringly fresh and came out beautifully. The Sexy Roll $10 (fish tempura, avocado, cilantro, jalapeño, rolled w/soy paper, tempura flakes, eel sauce, spicy mayo) was by far my favorite just because of all the incredible flavors in it. The Florida Roll $9 (spicy conch, cucumber, masago) definitely surprised me with its spice level and amount of conch within it. Lastly, we ordered the Sushi Corner Fried Rice $8 (chicken, shrimp, vegetables, and masago) which ultimately surprised me in portion and tastiness. The fried rice isn't over done with soy sauce so it remains tasting light though its also savory because of a smoky flavor. So tasty! Can't wait to try your other roles and highly recommend to anyone in the area as I think they also deliver!“

“Had a great experience eating sushi at sushi maki. My server Jay was really sweet and attentive. I received my food right away. They have a nice outdoor patio to eat. It’s small and cozy. I tried a new item from the menu. I can’t recall the name of it. It was a dragon roll topped with scorched salmon. It was DELICIOUS and AMAZING!!“

“We are regulars here for over a decade and a staff is always great along with the food. Place is always very clean, but every once in a while they play like some club music in the background which I could do without but other than that I have no complaints. I love the place“

“Hidden gem in the Crossings area of Kendall Lakes. We came here from Colombian food but saw this nice restaurant and had Peruvian/Japanese cuisine.

The seafood was delicious. We have had lots of Lomos but this lomo a caballo was one of the best we have had in south Florida. Price and service was very nice as well.“
