“We celebrated our 2 year anniversary here and it didn't disappoint. Jose was our server and he was absolutely outstanding--made great recommendations and was attentive but didn't hover. We ordered the Maine lobster tacos and Maine lobster bisque--they split the bisque for us and it was delicious and creamy. For dinner I had the ahi tuna and my boyfriend had the filet mignon medium rare enhanced with scallops, truly incredible. As sides, we got the scalloped potatoes (a gift from our server and the chef, thank you!), the broccolini, and the crab fried rice. Everything was so delicious and well-paced. While we've come here without and specific celebrations, we're extremely appreciative of Eddie V's for making this visit extra special.“

Even on a busy day like Easter, the service was impeccable. (The servers even found time to cater to the baby we had in tow!) The prime rib was simply the best I've ever had and the other traditionally themed dishes were delicious: lamb, beef wellington, escargot. I would recommend this restaurant, particularly for those who appreciate true DINING. Basque in the sounds of the live piano played at volumes that define background and allow for conversation. Our server, Maxwell, for our first visit was incredibly knowledgeable about the different cuts of steak and provided excellent wine recommendations as well. He anticipated our every need and was very personable & polite. The Australian Waygu filet was the absolute best steak I have ever tasted and is now my first choice when available. Pair this with the Darioush Cabernet for an unforgettable experience. The chef prepares the steak perfectly to temperature which is not as common as it should be. “We tried council oak for dinner one night and was very pleased. The atmosphere is great and the service is so friendly and attentive. It was quite busy when we went but the food came out hot and quick. We ordered iceberg salads, calamari, baked potato, garlic herb fries, creamed spinach, Brussels sprouts, filet mignon, and salmon. Everything was excellent and the prices were just right. The bacon chunks in the wedge were to die for. The steak was cooked just right at medium rare. We didn’t get dessert because there wasn’t a big option. Other than that excellent steakhouse.“

“Food was excellent Vibe was great You would never know this place was so good From the outside it looks like a dumpy place It's really nice inside and the food is authentic My only complaint is it's a bit pricey at $38 a person that doesn't include drink or dessert At The Knife they used to give you a bottle Of wine or a drink with diner which made it really worth it In total our bill was $109. I had a glass of wine I think that's expensive Overall it was a great experience. I would come again hopefully they add the drink and dessert to the buffet“

“Our server Jeffery was very attentive and helpful. He was patient and helped us to figure out what we wanted to eat. He check on our table several times throughout our meal. He fully explained how to use the electronic hand held pay machine. The food was wonderful, the bread was great, the meal was appropriately timed so we didn't have to rush through our appetizers. “7 years later this place is still bustling with activity on a Friday night. With very popular outside bar seating and patio seating overlooking the parking lot may be the best ambiance in town it is still outside on a beautiful night in South Florida in March. We were able to secure a table outside as the Manager / Host James was very nice & we chatted about the place & their new Italian place next door H2O. Once the table was ready our server Elise took great care of us all night making recommendations on the menu, sides ETC. We were not starving so we decided to split the 16-ounce NY Strip with a Loaded Baked Potato & fresh cut fries. A generous pour on a glass of house wines were appreciated. The bread was a crusty sourdough that was truly top shelf. Butter along with Olive oil was offered. The Steak arrived timely, and it was absolutely perfect. A nice char with solid seasonings cooked to perfection. The Baked potato was good, but the fresh cut fries were the winner of the 2 sides. There was a steak sauce presented on the side, take note this steak DID NOT NEED any sauce in fact it would take away from its goodness. No coffee but we did try the homemade Lava Cake with Ice cream that really was outstanding as well. The owner Dave stopped by to make sure that everything was going well, and we promised to give his Italian place next door a try in the future. Really impressed as it was on par with price points high end places in the area but certainly delivered on all aspects.“
