“Always fresh and delicious, Spartan Gyros is a great go to for lunch or dinner! Nice portions of grilled chicken skewers, delicious lemon potatoes and a slide Greek salad which is super addictive for a salad! (I actually crave the dressing!) They also have delicious beef skewers, rice and pita options. Friendly staff and a great rewards program, it’s a no brainer for a healthy meal anytime you want Greek!“
“Our wedding was Sunday, 10-06. We had family and friends flying in, all ethnicities that you could think of. This was going to be a dance celebration with a lot of drinks so I wanted the food to taste great and be filling! But it was better than I could have expected. People are still talking about the great flavor of our food! It was so good that the buffet had to shut down because most people were already on their 3rd plates with no intention to stop!? For that reason, we were fortunate to have a little left over for another family dinner the very next day and even when sober, the flavor was even more incredible! For dinner we had, Jamaican Rice and Peas, Haitian Mac Au Gratin, Chicken Creole, and Sweet Glazed Salmon. My husband and I are not Haitian or Jamaican but we love what would hit the spot!! On top of that, Broward Catering also gave me and my husband a side of Filet Mignon and Churrasco. Caitlin was helpful and Suzana was beyond helpful and gave me great pointers, as this was my first time catering to 142 ppl. I couldn’t thank Broward Catering enough and wish them the best with their new ownership of Lavan Venue. Totally was worth it!“

“Douglas K Catering did my wedding in March 2024. Food for 65 people. We did a buffet of about 6 small plate items, and 1 one main dish, all in chafing dishes. It was delicious and more affordable than any other caterer I found. The staff was great, both in ordering everything, and in delivering to the event venue and staffing it with 2 very professional servers. We were so happy with everything they did! And the chicken and waffles dish was the Best!!“
“We ordered our Passover dinner from Adam and joes. They are so amazing. the food was all delicious. The brisket, chicken, soup, carrot soufflé etc were all great. They included everything we needed for the Seder including wine, a box of matzoh and all the fixings for the Seder plate. They even surprised us with an apple cake. They delivered the food on Friday afternoon and shortly after I got a call asking how many people I was having at my Seder because they didn’t think I’d have enough matzoh balls. A little while later someone knocked on the door to deliver more soup and matzoh balls. Who does that??? Adam and joes does. Thank you for making Passover so easy and delicious.“

“Essence Caterers organized the food and drinks services for my wedding and I had an excellent experience. The tasting for the selection of the menu was very well conducted and we were able to add and change menu items without problem. With my wife we were organizing the wedding from out of state and ended up hiring through Essence Caterers the rental of tables, chairs, silverware, etc. They took charge and set up everything perfectly. The bar service was also very good. I would work again with them for events based on the excellent quality and variety, the service, and above all their organizing abilities and willingness to help make any event a success. I think that for all this we got a great deal!! Paul and Josie were excellent! Thank you!!“

Dietary restrictions: They didn’t really have noted gluten free options on menu, but they accommodated so well. The cheesy hash was gluten free, and delicious. They even cleaned the grill for me. I bet if you gave 24 hours notice they would have gluten free bread or tortilla for you. I brought my own.

“Let me start by saying, I should've written this back in December 2024. But I'm there every week - so much to say. 1) If you want a traditional butcher, who knows how to clean, cut and recommend meat, then save your peace of mind and money. Ditch the rest and go the Doris. 2) I'm from Europe and gave up on finding a good butcher.....then I found Doris. I needed a lamb shoulder for Christmas. They cut, trimmed and gave me the best lamb roast I've ever had the luck to find. But it wasn't luck. They'll even tell you how to cook it. I went back got whole, leg and thing, split chicken breasts. Then I graduated to the freshly made Italian sausages, clams, and other sundry items. I genuinely enjoy shopping there. Yes, the queues for meat can be long. But that's only because those who know, go to Doris and the staff are very nice, professional and knowledgeable. For value, quality, exceptional customer service and a restaurant quality finish to all your meals, I cant find another store than bests them. I've stopped buying supermarket meat fish, baked goods and fruit/veg. For what I pay in publix and the rest of them, the quality just isn't there. Eat clean, eat healthy - go to Doris and stay out of the Dr's office. 10/10“

I met with Brad, and he made me feel so confident and relaxed during our first meeting that I knew everything would be under control. I didn't have any stress planning this wedding with Brad and everything seemed simple. As the days got closer, I met with Billy who would be in charge day of the wedding. My guests complimented how amazing Billy was and how quick he was to put water on any fire that would appear during the wedding day. Everyone was EXTREMELY happy with the service and of course the food. If I can do over my wedding again, I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you to Brad, Stacey, and Billy, for making my day just as magical as I ever thought. “Who better than Garcia's? The answer is simple - nobody!!! Their stellar cooking is only beat by their stellar service. It's family owned and operated, and it's by far, our only option when it comes to Cuban foods and paellas. It should be you go-to too!!! I can't recommend them enough.
