“We stayed at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa for 2 nights - we had 3 meals at Council Oak. Once in the dining room and twice at the bar. All I can say is WOW. The food was excellent and the service was the best I have seen in years anywhere... Everyone was attentive.. Smiling.. Made us feel like they were there for us! My wife and I are still taking about it. Great Job!!“

“After a long day, this was the perfect place the relax with some fine food.
My waitress was amazing! I tipped around 30% because she was worth it. I'm not a heavy steak eater, but the next time I'm in the mood, this will be the place.

“I was able to do the private dinner experience for my husband's 40th birthday and it was perfect how they had everything set up! “Went on August 6, 2025. The food is in the $30's -$50 range per plate. A few more than that. I had the Italian seafood special with shrimps, scallops,mushrooms and a fish fillet over linguine. It was amazing including my caesar salad so good. Cozy environment with a live pianist playing. Very busy place so be prepared to wait.“

“Came to Rick’s for a bachelorette party. My server Phoebe was soo sweet and attentive. She suggested getting the pornstar martini. I got the filet mignon and it was easily one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in Miami“

“Restaurant was very busy. Served salad and bread before appetizer. Told appetizer would take a little while after they gave us our salad. Seemed like they were trying to rush us out of our seats so they could refill them. Appetizer should come before any part of the meal. That's what the word means. So cancelled the appetizer. Steaks were excellent.“

““ Went in around happy hour for girls night on Thursday, ordered a Mojito. It did not have any mint or enough alcohol. It seemed watered down. The bartender dicey that night seemed upset as we told our waiter we didn’t like the drinks. Felt super uncomfortable. They had a full bar only one person making drinks for the whole restaurant. Happy hour menu was great however, no complaints on the food at all. Flat bread & bang bang shrimp was out of this world. But the service and quality control was easily overlooked, 2 stars.“

“A cozy, intimate restaurant with a lot of charm. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I appreciated the little touches, like complimentary sparkling water and freshly baked bread. The entrees were flavorful and perfectly portioned. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. A wonderful place for a romantic evening or a quiet celebration.“

“This was a unexpected pleasant surprise! I booked 2 days before valentines and in between tried to contact the restaurant without luck. We arrived about 8 minutes late yet they had our table of 7 waiting for us in a very cozy corner. In addition, they had a band that aligned with our age group so everyone sang along. Best of all surprises was the food was absolutely spectacular. Although, it was a set menu and price, the food was high quality and cooked to perfection. Needless to say, we will return.“

“Never disappoints. Food is consistently delicious no matter which location I have eaten at. My favorites are the filet and New York strip steak. My favorite side is their yam with butter and cinnamon. Salad is always fresh and served cool. Bread is served warm.“

“The ribeye steak I had at the restaurant was absolutely fantastic. Cooked to perfection, it was tender, juicy, and packed with rich, savory flavor. The marbling of fat throughout the steak added just the right amount of tenderness, and it was seasoned simply yet wonderfully, allowing the natural flavors to shine. The outside had a nice sear, and the inside was perfectly medium-rare, just the way I like it.
The service was top-notch as well. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, offering great recommendations, and checking in at just the right times. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting, adding to the overall dining experience. It's definitely a memorable meal!“

“We are visiting the area from the UK. Had the most wonderful meal. Steaks were perfectly seasoned, juicy and gorgeous. We both went for the $55 three course set menu, but upgraded one steak to a filet and both had the superb wedge salad. Really good to be able to amend the courses like that. Very attentive staff and the atmosphere in there was nice and subdued. Had a smashing glass of Benton Lane Pinot Noir whilst my wife had a Sauvignon Blanc. Our first time in a Ruth's Chris but will defo be back again. Talking of again, why not reopen back in London“

“This was our 2nd time but our friends first time visiting. We were a party of 4. The food will always be amazing here. Our server was a little delayed with things and the dip. Which was amazing was pretty warm/cold by the time it got to our table. We were hungry so we ate but we are not the type to complain to mangers as we all work in some type of service industry. Drinks took long to come out. But overall we LOVE Firebirds. Despite the service we would definitely come back. The food is always amazing“
