“Driving home from Tampa, stopped here for a bite. Decided to go inside to order... They were busy as it just turned over into lunch time but the crew seemed to be on their game. I could tell one of the women was a manager and she was in fast pace mode working hand in hand with her crew to get every order filled... Then we had a very sweet cashier. Can't remember her name but she was a young African American lady with vibrant beautiful fiery red hair and she took our order and never stopped smiling even though it was chaotic in there (lunch rush)... We frequently stop there when traveling nearby.. we will be back! Thanks team!

“My dog who passed away in March loved their strawberry shortcake. We did end of life photos in strawberry shortcake theme and even bought on from there. He passed a week later. When we told the people what we were doing they gave us an extra side of whip cream just for his end of life photos. I have these amazing photos to cherish forever“

“We were staying at the Holiday Inn nearby and wanted something close and quick. We ordered mozzarella sticks, baklava cheesecake, gyro, shrimp n fries, and fish and fries. Everything was DELICIOUS! “Arrived at 5 pm. Before the rush! Ordering was simple. Chicken sandwich was great! Fries were really neat! Never had seen this kind before: cut like a waffle!! People started coming in with small children. The play room got busy! Double drive thru lanes with two attendends in reflective vests helping people place orders in the lanes. It all appeared to go smoothly with lots of people enjoying their food. I'd definitely come back again if I lived around here!“

“I love Arbys because their app allows you to order and grab your food instead of checking in and still waiting. No one wants to order ahead to wait in a line. The app is also a great value with weekly coupons. I love the Buffalo sliders and the Gyro. I do wish they had better tasting sides. It’s always clean at this location and waits are minimal even if you order at the restaurant.“

“My chicken tenders were very crisp and enjoyable. We were served inside and the cutie who took my order was very helpful. He even added extra sauce to my son’s order because my baby loves ranch. Also, please ask about ice volume, filling up the cup with ice ensures that the tea is less than ideal for flavor and volume. “Last year for my small business Christmas party I want to Firehouse Subs for catering. The price was amazing. But when we set up that evening we noticed that the order was flipped, mostly veggie sandwiches and very little meat, it was ordered the other way. My husband ran to Public and got meat and Firehouse Subs refunded my money and offered to remake the order, which I declined. This year, I tried them again. It was PERFECT!! Everyone ate everything and the price, again, amazing. Thank you Firehouse Subs, we look forward to next year!!“

“To the lady on the line who overheard my husband place my order and worked absolute MAGIC, thank you. I wish I knew your name. Per my request, my husband asked for a crazy amount of mushrooms to be added to my steak and cheese sandwich. He told the gentleman taking the order that his wife was very pregnant (I am, at 37 weeks) and needed ALL of the mushrooms. Most of the time, it’s just a few scattered mushrooms anytime I’ve asked anywhere else, which is honestly what I expected. This wonderful lady who made my sandwich DELIVERED. She ever so thoufhtfully listened and generously obliged and I cannot thank her enough. Here’s why - this is my 4th and last baby and the hardest pregnancy I’ve had by far. I was diagnosed early on with Hyperemesis Gravidarum, which is INSANE nausea (and the bodily functions that accompany it) throughout the duration of my pregnancy - not just the first trimester like most women. It’s been the longest, hardest thing I’ve ever done. I’ve been hospitalized, dehydrated, and barely making it through. With that, I’ve had NO pregnancy cravings. I was robbed of that joy this time around. I’ve only had aversions this whole time and then just foods I could tolerate, usually meal replacement shakes. For whatever reason today, I wanted this sandwich with those mushrooms and I was so hopeful it was done right. It was done PERFECTLY. And then she gave me extra pickle spears! And the pickles here are my favorite pickles of all the sub shops! Ma’am - I wish I knew your name. I hope you get to read this and know it’s you that made the end of this journey a bit more bearable for me. I’m actually looking forward to eating tonight instead of dreading it, so thank you. Truly.“

“One of the Best designed taco bells i have ever attended. Very customer friendly. Staff courteous. Location is close to school. During our visit the store got inundated by 30+ students. Staff was prepared and met both food needs as well as a couple rowdy incidents with expedient and appropriate verbal response. Thumbs up to the staff.“

“Came for a late night snack, was the only car in the drive through. whoever the girl running the drive-thru was made this the best taco bell experience I've ever had. Typically, I hold taco bell as one of the worst-service fast food chains where I try to limit my human interaction as much as possible, but this specific location and employee definitely improved my view. Considering she is working the night shift on a Monday morning, her positive attitude and politeness was a happy surprise. Even though I tried to order an item only on the mobile app, she was very polite and informed me that's why I couldn't find it on the menu (duh!). The gentleman who handed us our food was also very quick, the entire experience lasted probably four minutes of my time, with two of those minutes being taken up by my indecisiveness with ordering. 10/10 Taco Bell!“
