“Stopped to eat breakfast on our way from Fort Lauderdale to Winter Haven for our daughter’s volleyball state finals. Service was great, food came out fast and it was delicious. Biscuits are amazing!! And our waitress Liza was so welcoming & funny. Great find!“

“The food was only second to the service! I had the biscuits and gravy while my wife and friend both had the eggs Benedict. Both meals were amazing! We also had the onion rings for an appetizer and they were delicious. The service was absolutely phenomenal! Sophia took great care of us with kindness, positivity, and knowledge. We will definitely be back!“

“If you are gonna eat, don’t take it to go. It gets SOGGY QUICK and turns into a waste of money 😭 even on a 5 minute drive back to where i was. The store is cute. The strawberries were fresh.“

“Richard at the Cashier and Mike at the tables, what a combination. These 2 Gentlemen are Gems. Good old fashion customer service. The food was absolutely perfect. The entire restaurant, bathrooms, dining tables, beverage station and floors we super clean. Now this place definitely sets the standard. “I lived in Lake Wales for over twenty years and I love Al’s Place the friendliest bar in town, remind me of the old tv show “Cheers “ when everyone knows your name. The beer is cold, the food delicious and they give you plenty. On your first trip there you will get initiated with the yardstick and become a member of the family group. My son and daughter got me back in Pennsylvania as I age to see that I have proper care, but promise me every so often the would bring me back to Lake Wales to visit all my old friend. Looking forward to February at when they celebrate the the holiday Mardi Gras and have a great time with all my old friends…..It’s a pleasure…Thank You.“

“You may think a restaurant within a community can't be as good as outside, but this is one of the best restaurants in the entire area. Nice atmosphere and everything is always tasty.Waitstaff is nice, but can be all over the place. We've had long waits without menus, not removing ingredients when asked, food delivered to wrong tables, etc.No blender at the bar, so don't expect any tropical drinks.“

“Great food!!! And our server was so nice. This is definitely a hidden gem and will be our breakfast spot when we come for vacay. I dropped my necklace and they called me like 3 times to let me know so they can ship it I'm so appreciative.“

“We were promptly seated and graciously allowed to enter a cozy circular booth with our server Izzy pulling the table out, so we didn't have to scoot into the booth. How thoughtful!!!! It was Prime Rib night at Ovation, and we both ordered medium rare. with loaded baked potatoes. Our prime ribs were absolutely delicious and the most scrumptious medium rare that one could ask for. Our service by Izzy was great. He is a true delight and asset to Ovation. Dinner out at Ovation was wonderful. Great food. Great service.“

“We went for the all you can eat fish fry on Friday. It was amazing. The fish was very light and breaded to perfection. The french fries were also very tasty if you’re looking for somewhere to go on a Friday night in Lake Wales, you can’t go wrong with fish fry Fridays“
