“We 3 are Buffalonians, Joe is Buffalo transplant from Vermont, now all seasonal residents in LakeView of Largo. We planned a visit to Buffalo Charlie’s, turns out Art was recognized by the owner cooking our meal from Buffalo baseball teams he ran back in the day! Small world indeed! On top of that food was Great reminiscent of back home! Bologna, Beef and Chicken top notch, Gennie beer too! We’ll be back!“

“My girlfriend and I were in town yesterday and today and after finding this place, we decided to try it on Saturday. Our server was Ashley and she was extremely nice and made sure we were taken care of. The food was so delicious that we decided to go again the next day before leaving. Ashley was our server again and she remembered us! She was just wonderful both days. The food was equally as good, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll be thinking about the food and atmosphere even though I live a couple of hours away“

“We got to Frenchy's about 3:30 Friday after spending the day at Dunedin Street Market and Honeymoon Island. We worked up an appetite. Miranda was our waitress. She recommended lots of fan favorites and personal suggestions. Having read reviews, we had definite ideas of what to order. Husband ordered the super grouper sandwich, daughter ordered chicken sandwich. Both were very large pieces of meat, and they both loved their choices. I got the ceviche nachos and we all shared the crab fries, which is a favorite. We all enjoyed our meals, along with our delicious drinks. The girls got passion fruit refreshers and I got a kiwi coconut margarita, YUM!! There was so much on the menu that looked good, we'll be back to try more!“

Bartender couldn't get nothing right the other day, kept messing up orders, kept ask same questions about everyones order..and then today I went back I asked about who was the bartender, a snotty customer in the bar said well. You can go do another bar!!... so I did ... And I won't go back. Whoever the bartender was last night was high on something. She couldn't get nobody's orders right? And there were people hanging out there and never seen before that where high on something and it wasn't alcohol!!“

“This is a fun little café across the street from the beach. Our food was good. Our server was fantastic. Definitely a great place to visit while you're walking the beachwalk. My pictures didn't turn out well, but it was an amazing sunset!“

“(Continuation from previously started comment) The very nice lady bartender asked a couple of people after I explained everything to her but nobody lived in Clearwater. At this point I started crying because I had no idea how I was going to get home. A few minutes later Jim (bartender/manager on duty) approached me and asked me my address. He said, "I'm getting you an Uber. Nobody has done something this nice for me forever. He found out how long for the ride and offered me a drink while I waited. Thank you sooo much Jim. As soon as I can get a car, I will definitely be patronizing Jack Willies Bar. The world needs more people like you!!!!“

“Sophia was our server on 7/30/25 around 3:30 PM, and she was an absolute joy! She went out of her way to make our kids feel special, and her kind, caring attitude truly turned our day around after a disappointing experience at Eskpades. I understand both spots may be under the same management, and that’s fine—my previous review was simply to bring attention to how guests were being treated there.

This review, however, is to highlight the stellar service we received from Sophia at Doks. She completely redeemed our experience at Club Wyndham. The food was great, the drinks were even better, and the overall atmosphere has kept us coming back daily since Friday the 25th. They even bring food and drinks right to the pool!

Sophia’s service stood out so much that we felt compelled to write this. She’s a true asset to your team—thank you, Sophia!“

“I come here maybe 2 times a month. Yesterday was the first time I ordered a pizza. With pepperoni and jalapeño. It was the best pizza I ever eaten. Better than all the pizza places. Bartenders are beautiful, kind, very friendly. So impressed that my bill was $30 . So since the Bartenders are the best, my tip was more than the cost of my bill. “If I knew I was going to be the first to review Current I would have definitely taken more photos. In general the Opal Sol hotel is AMAZING! Not a bad view in the entire property. We decided to grab some lunch at the pool bar Current. We started with the tuna tower whiz was AMAZING! We then had the grilled chicken Caesar salad which unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired. It was bland, the chicken was dry and just completely underwhelming. However, the salad experience was quickly forgotten when we bit into some of the most scrumptious slice of Ultimo Pizza! Seriously this was one of the best pizzas we ever had, it was thin, and cooked to PERFECTION!

Service came with a smile even though it was quite busy. Overall atmosphere was amazing! Will definitely come back, please fix your Caesar salad!“

But I asked him to see if it would be ok with a manager since my friends bailed on me. I wouldn’t be chatting. Just crabbing. Lolol. He got the all clear. And kept me stocked. All the staff would walk by and wish me a happy birthday. And Smiley chatted with me throughout my meal so I didn’t feel so alone. And on top of everything else. They also blessed with with a ginormous piece of chocolate cake. And here I was thinking. I wasn’t going to get cake for my birthday.
