“We 3 are Buffalonians, Joe is Buffalo transplant from Vermont, now all seasonal residents in LakeView of Largo. We planned a visit to Buffalo Charlie’s, turns out Art was recognized by the owner cooking our meal from Buffalo baseball teams he ran back in the day! Small world indeed! On top of that food was Great reminiscent of back home! Bologna, Beef and Chicken top notch, Gennie beer too! We’ll be back!“

“My girlfriend and I were in town yesterday and today and after finding this place, we decided to try it on Saturday. Our server was Ashley and she was extremely nice and made sure we were taken care of. The food was so delicious that we decided to go again the next day before leaving. Ashley was our server again and she remembered us! She was just wonderful both days. The food was equally as good, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll be thinking about the food and atmosphere even though I live a couple of hours away“

“The place, the atmosphere, and the staff were all great. Free parking is definitely a bonus too. I ordered the grouper sandwich with fries. Everything was really good, even the fries, which are usually pretty mediocre in most places. The only real letdown was the bun. It’s that regular cheap plastic-style bun, and it just ruins an otherwise great sandwich. I’m not saying they need to bake fancy buns in-house, but there are plenty of better options out there that would make a big difference. Taking off one star for that.“

“We had the pretzel to start and the seafood feast with mac and cheese — SO GOOD. The crab was amazing, and the shrimp really were as easy to peel as they say. “(Continuation from previously started comment) The very nice lady bartender asked a couple of people after I explained everything to her but nobody lived in Clearwater. At this point I started crying because I had no idea how I was going to get home. A few minutes later Jim (bartender/manager on duty) approached me and asked me my address. He said, "I'm getting you an Uber. Nobody has done something this nice for me forever. He found out how long for the ride and offered me a drink while I waited. Thank you sooo much Jim. As soon as I can get a car, I will definitely be patronizing Jack Willies Bar. The world needs more people like you!!!!“

“Weekend place to be! I’ve brought my family and friends in numerous occasions and we always have a blast. Kelli behind the bar is always attentive and friendly. The live music is a nice touch and the food is always good. Also a great place to watch football on the weekends, you can’t beat their specials. Highly recommend“

“Sure it's a hole in the wall, but fantastic food coming out of that kitchen. The Cinco de Mayo food (Birra tacos and Mexican street corn)the chef made was on point and I would have drank the consume as a soup by itself. Staff is friendly, and service was prompt. Will definitely be stopping in again for food and drinks.“

“Just arrived here from Chicago, stopped at this pool side bar and luckily we had our waitress Monica taking care of us and let me tell you she was the nicest , soft spoken and knowledgeable girl around. Not pushy and very approachable she made us feel very comfortable. We really recommend this bar and her attitude. You should try to mahi mahi for tacos . The garlic sauce is to die for .“

We had the pleasure of getting Mrs. Tanoy S. as our waitress, she explained everything, and was super helpful with anything we needed, or whatever questions we had. We visited today on a Saturday, and they had a decent amount of other patrons in there, and yet the food order didn’t take long to get from order to eating. Food was great and for the price it was fair, no complaints. I suggest giving the brats and tots a go if you are looking for something for lunch. Also, the little sliders were excellent as well.“

“I looked forward to lounging in the bed to wind down each evening of our stay...lots of pillows and a mattress so close to the comfort of mine at home that I slept just as good as at home (as long as I blocked out the random noises with ear plugs, also about like home ;) ) Easy access to the building, nice pool area, small arcade room, decent hot breakfast. One morning the breakfast was basically out of food for the last half hour or more so we settled for a waffle but the other morning we were there, they had the most amazing biscuits along with eggs, yogurt , bread, cereal and the waffles. We had a suite with pull out couch and they had plentiful bedding for that in the closet which some hotels don't have. The shower and toilet part of the bath could use a facelift due to some rust and dirty-looking spots, but they were just worn and, as I said, I will overlook those for the comfy bed.“

The deals are great and everything was perfect from the service to the atmosphere to the food!! The kids had a great time playing in the arcade! Perfect spot near the beach! “we are visiting from Indiana and went here with friends. prior to going that night, I messaged them to see if they were dog friendly. to my surprise we got a message back about 1 min. latter. "yes". wow, from the naniger.That never happens. This place is really nice, very spacious and the layout is very good. Doesn't matter where you sit, large TV's everywhere. Inside and outside seating. If this place were on the beach you'd have standing room only. Sort of a locals place, probably little know but its still walking distance fron the beach. The waitress were very attentive but not bothersome, friendly and treat you like family. The food was great. they have a good variety of food but it's not overwhelming like so.e places. I think you'll be happy. If we had this place where I live.... believe me, it would be packed. The manager actually cares about his customers and what you think. Bottom line..... If I lived here, this would be my "go-to" place to brink some beer, eat some food and watch sports. unfortunately the wife and I have to go back to Indiana“

It’s my 50th birthday and no one took the time to celebrate this milestone with me. So I came out to dine alone. I got there 5 minutes after last call for all you can eat crab was called. But I asked him to see if it would be ok with a manager since my friends bailed on me. I wouldn’t be chatting. Just crabbing. Lolol. He got the all clear. And kept me stocked. All the staff would walk by and wish me a happy birthday. And Smiley chatted with me throughout my meal so I didn’t feel so alone. And on top of everything else. They also blessed with with a ginormous piece of chocolate cake. And here I was thinking. I wasn’t going to get cake for my birthday. Thank you Thirsty Marlin for helping this midcenturian celebrate having made it to the top of the hill. And again. Thank you Smiley for bringing a smile to my face when there was none. “From the moment I approached Toucan's ~ Ecaterina was the most pleasant personality. From greeting ~ to small talk ~ to friends ~ Where I am from, about my passions, and more. Inside it is a cool atmosphere (Cold A/C and Sports Bar Family Theme). The Food was served exactly as I hoped. Great Portions, Freshly Cooked by Arty in my case. While I have now had many great pasta's, steaks, burgers, shrimp & Chicken never to disappoint ~ The Onion Rings are best on the beach! Inside Danielle was behind the bar serving amazing Adult Beverages. Also inside Angel was hustling around the tables among other servers. At their outside attached full service bar is a friendly area with Stephan greeting new people both local and visiting. Some stay for a few minutes, while others stay all evening. Often the workers from other beach establishments pop in to clear their heads (or cloud them after a long shift). I Love Toucans, and the People There...
