“A True Hidden Gem in St. Augustine The Collage exceeded all our expectations. We’ve visited St. Augustine many times, but this was our first time discovering this incredible restaurant, and what a find! We were celebrating our 21st anniversary and stumbled upon The Collage online. Thinking it would be quiet on a Wednesday night, we didn’t make a reservation. Despite being fully booked, Megan, the restaurant manager, went out of her way to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. Our server, Franco, was warm, attentive, and very knowledgeable. The food was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We began with the beef carpaccio and watermelon salad; both beautifully prepared. For our main course, we each had the 8oz filet topped with gorgonzola sauce, and every bite was mouthwatering. Between courses, we were treated to a refreshing raspberry sorbet to cleanse our palates—a lovely touch. For dessert, we shared a warm pound cake with raspberry coulis and fresh whipped cream, paired with perfectly made espressos. The ambiance was quaint, cozy, and romantic,ideal for a special occasion like ours. We especially loved that the menu changes regularly, offering something new to look forward to each time. “We came here for a late breakfast on a Monday. I had the carne asada hash. The sauce on it was mildly spicy, the potatoes were country style fried cubes, the carne asada was thin cut morsels and the egg was cooked to order over medium. My husband had a biscuit and fried egg. He said the biscuit was tasty and hot and the egg was good. No ice tea, no decaf coffee, big disappointment for me. Counter high chair stools only. Very limited seating. The staff were very nice, welcoming and efficient“

“I was on vacation when I saw this restaurant in St. Augustine FL. I saw the menu and said I have to go in and get something! I am a grilled cheese connoisseur and I make some good ones myself but oh my gosh, the grilled Mac and Cheese I had with I can't remember what kind of meat was AMAZING! So was the tomato soup! This amazing 70's music was playing inside and I was dancing waiting for my take out. It was so cool inside! They asked for my name and I told them. Little did I know when I came back in a few days later where we ate inside that time, that the man who waited on me 2 days before would remember me and call me by name! Holy cow! That was so cool! He said it was because I was dancing. I'm a dancer with 5 trophies so yeah, I was dancing to that good music but to remember me like that! If you love grilled Mac and Cheese or just grilled cheese in general and you love tomato soup, you have to eat here! I promise you will not be disappointed at all! “Early Valentine's Day dinner! The appetizer was a charcuterie board with a thoughtful selection of meats and cheeses. We spurged for the Tomahawk steak - cooked to a perfect medium rare- and it was incredible! The seafood dish was the best we've ever had with the star being the Blue Crab ravioli( chef exclusive to the weekend). Dessert was Chocolate Expresso mouse. 5 ☆ experience from start to finish.“

“This place appears child friendly but I went last night with my hubby for a date. Best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had in my life. Ceviche app was also chef’s kiss. My husband had the Chicken and Hoecakes dish. Again, 🤯! The desert was okay but everything else including staff were phenomenal. Atmosphere was nice, dim lighting surrounds you in raw architecture with an intimate feel. Drinks were also incredibly good. If you’re on the fence, get off it and go!“

“I have gone to Ned’s for several years, nearly every week. I would truly consider it the crown jewel of restaurants in St. Augustine. There’s something for everyone, and the portions are huge. You often see the same friendly faces week after week, and the service is absolutely world class. Any time anyone is looking for a recommendation, Ned’s is the place to go. My family and I consider it our go-to and almost a second home when you want the home style cooking, without the necessity to do your own dishes. Sunday bunch, a weekday lunch, or dinner over the weekend. This is the place to go!“

“While visiting the area, stopped in for lunch based on the other reviews here. I was looking for something less “touristy” and was not disappointed. We were brought to a table immediately. It was a little loud- they were playing hard rock and metal which I loved (though not sure my older parents were thrilled.)
The staff were very friendly and attentive.
We all ordered the FT Burger. Generally, I don’t have bacon, onions or sauce on my burgers but decided to try it as-is (also has Havarti cheese and pickle slices.) it came cooked exactly medium rare as ordered.
This was one of the tastiest burgers I have ever had, without exaggeration, and I’ve had some amazing ones. The natural-cut fries were great as well.
If I’m ever in the area again I would definitely come back.“

“Visited The Raintree Restaurant to celebrate my 40th Birthday. We were looking for somewhere that had a romantic feel, variety of food options, and great service. The Raintree offered that and more. Tim was a great waiter; very attentive and precise. We will definitely drive 3 hours to eat there again.“

“Had a late lunch there on Tuesday, into the evening and I got to say the server working that side was amazing. She appeared to be everywhere. She was professional and funny. Her sense of humor is gold and truly the reason I will be back. My wife and I live about 3 mins away. It boggles my mind why we didn't come here before. But now that we know, we'll be back each Tuesday and asking for Catie. I suggest anyone else new to the restaurant do the same. You won't be disappointed. “Dear Garth and Lisa...Stratton Blvd location totally hit it out of the park tonight. Add a white tablecloth and it could have been fine dining. It has been a month since going to this location. Addie at register had great smile and greeted us warmly. Simon served us and took care of us on the floor and told us Robert cooked our food. It was the best chopped steak dinner I ever had...My husband Will had a 10 pc shrimp 🍤 😋 dinner and I believe they were bigger and better than ever. Nick stopped at our table like a trusted friend and Ari delivered a Turtle Sundae 🍨 that was amazing...gratitude really turned around our day. “The guy at the Italian deli next door said this place was great so we walked over while we waited for our catering order from the deli. We were immediately greeted and ordered saki which arrived quickly. Then the sushi chef gave us a free appetizer of tuna tataki that was amazing! “My husband and I frequently go to the Hardee's located on Mid Rivers Mall Dr & Mexico Rd, St. Peter's, Mo. We LOVE this location. The staff is always friendly. The store is always clean. And the breakfast is awesome. They all deserve a raise. I would have gone through your website to express this, it keeps wanting to pull up Tennessee locations, even though I state where I live. And when I actually find the correct location, it won't let me actually select it. Your app sucks as well, when it comes to ordering things. Orders won't go through, and when they show up, it's an hour later, which is setting your stores up for failure and pissed off people (customers and employees alike).“

“The grand opening of the Texas Roadhouse in St. Augustine was a bustling affair, with diners pouring in non-stop. The managers and staff were well-prepared and eager to serve. As I arrived, I noticed the addition of a To Go walk-up window, a fantastic concept that I'll surely use in the future. Our dining experience was delightful, thanks to our server Taylor. She was incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable, making our time there enjoyable. Despite my son running late, she remained patient as I held the table for an extended period. While waiting, I couldn't help but notice Nay, one of the servers, who stood out from the rest. She was not only efficient and diligent but also showed compassion and care. I watched in awe as she communicated with an elderly couple using sign language, engaging them in full conversations. The couple looked so happy and appreciative of Nay's genuine personality, and I was equally impressed. I made sure to inform Nay's manager, Chase, of my observations. The staff's genuine desire to make the dining experience enjoyable is what will bring me back in the near future.“

“Dined there last evening July 13,2023. There were 4 of us and the meal was very good. We were very impressed with the service provided to us by Lindsey. She and one other lady were the only ones waiting tables. Lindsey went way above her duties to handle customers. I hope that the manager of this Applebee's appreciate this worker who went out of her way to provide excellent service and that the cooperate office acknowledges good employees.“

“I ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich, and told them I wanted the chicken fried. The waiter rang it up as grilled though. They remade the ENTIRE meal ON THE HOUSE just so the chicken could be grilled. They even gave me a free milkshake! Also plenty of hospitality with both the waiter and the cook coming to ask me if the food was okay. Great service. 5 stars!“
