“We dined for Mothers Day and our server was a very kind man named Jordan. He was the best server we’ve ever had. My sons burger came out with mayo on it and he didn’t want to complain but after I brought it up to Jordan he was very kind and understanding. My mother shared that my brother had been recently diagnosed with brain cancer and Jordan was so empathetic and kind to her. We absolutely loved him and he is what keeps this place going. The food was remarkable and I even ordered a cheese steak with extra mushrooms but asked for mushrooms and even that was no problem. Jordan was so calm and kind and overly accommodating. We wished we could have service like this everywhere we go. We haven’t been to Ruby Tuesday’s in many many years but Jordan made this visit special and memorable. We will be back and will make sure to call and see if he is working as I will only be giving my tips to him! He made a wonderful experience superb. Thank you Jordan for being amazing and kind! We will be back to see you! If I had to give stars for this place I’d have to pull each and everyone from the sky. That is how amazing this experience was.“

“Had the Cajun blackened salmon. They forgot to blacken it. Took home the cinnamon swirls that were apparently fried in the same oil as the onion rings. The restaurant entrance is grungy and is in bad need of cleaning. The service however was excellent.“

“My wife and I met two friends there for happy hour and had a great time eating and talking. All of the food and service was great. Food was fairly priced and cooked perfectly and the service was the best. All of the mixed cocktails were great tasting too. I would highly recommend Ruth’s Chris for happy hour or dinner.“

“Celebrated our wedding anniversary at Libby’s and this was the first time for my wife. We found the LWR location to be convenient, great atmosphere, with a broad menu! Portions were bordering on excessive! But we powered through some absolutely delicious food! The staff ensured we were well taken care! Carlos especially was outstanding and made sure we had a memorable and tasty anniversary dinner! “My husband and I recently had the pleasure if dining at Sophie’s, in Saks Fifth Avenue in Sarasota. What an amazing experience. The decor both inside and outside so chic. We had Matty as our waitress. She was spot on with top notch service and a wonderful personality. We started with a bread basket of assorted toppings, delicious. He had the Tai chicken. Well prepared and perfect with seasoning. I had on of the best burger ever. Cooked and seasoned perfectly at medium rare with tasty fries. The manager checked on us several times, a nice touch you don’t see anymore. If you happen to be in the area at the mall, I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed. “If I were opening a restaurant, it would be just like this. Menu was diverse with a bit of a twist here and there - in a good way. Also the menu was well labeled for GF and vegan choices. Service was great. Food was tasty-very fresh, no just-out-of the-jar flavor. Beverage choices are yummy too. I had the Thai chicken curry soup, avocado toast, watermelon sangria, on tap kombucha and the lemon olive oil cake for dessert. My family had yakisoba, salad and GF chicken enchiladas. All delicious. Staff is happy and helpful. Overall great vibe.“

“Group of 4 ladies came in for a light dinner and our waitress was anything but focused. She was just having a day from hell and couldn’t do anything right. We finally did get to eat - the actual plates we ordered and the manager was very kind in waiving all the fees and invited us back for a better experience- of which we have enjoyed. Our room on the fourth floor had brand new carpeting and some new furniture. Fair price. They only charged $50 for our dog (most hotels are $75-$100). Location a couple of miles from downtown and the airport. Cons: If you don't pre-purchase the breakfast (was $10 on top of the base room fee for 2 people) it is $16.95 per person. Great deal at $5 but not at $16.95. The toilet in the room "screamed" every time you flushed it. Overall. We would certainly stay at this location again if in the ares; especially if we have the dog along with us.“

“The place is clean and orderly. The management seems to really care for his employees and it shows when the handle the customer. The food is not regular fast food, rather it is cooked to order so it comes to the table hot and tasty. I highly recommend their burgers and their fish platters.“
