“This was our first time eating here in Grapevine Texas location. My husband and I had a Caesar salad and a meat lovers pizza. The Caesar salad was huge and we took home half of it. The pizza is crispy and fresh out of the oven. It was a great meal. We had a friendly and knowledgeable, waitress named Kelsey. On the way out, we met the owner Luis. He was very friendly and took the time to talk about their restaurants and all the other locations they had. We will definitely be back.”

“We landed early afternoon & headed straight to Café Bastille-Fort Lauderdale in Fort Lauderdale for brunch. I'd heard rave reviews about this spot & it exceeded expectations. We kicked off with a passionfruit margarita & a bacon bloody mary, both bursting with flavor. For our meal, we opted to share the truffle croque madame with a side salad & breakfast potatoes. The toast was wonderfully light & fluffy, & the potatoes had the perfect crunch. We couldn't leave without getting a NY pistachio croissant. The entire experience was enchanting. “I did not take nearly enough photos, but everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and I would happily order it all again. The Chicken Parmesan was enormous, honestly the biggest portion I have ever seen, and easily the best I have had. I also appreciated that it did not come with pasta.

The appetizers were just as impressive, and we especially loved the mozzarella sticks, which was not even served as traditional sticks and made it even better. The grilled octopus, carbonara, and bolognese were all excellent as well.

The steak was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and every bite on the plate was bursting with flavor. The ambiance was elegant yet relaxed, with soft lighting and a serene private dining space. Our server, Nina, was wonderful—warm, attentive, and professional. Even the managers stopped by to check on us and make sure everything was perfect. We had a 7 o'clock reservation, once we got seated our server Angie started with our drink orders. Let me tell you the service was impeccable; she was great dealing with 20 of us. From appetizers to the main course our food came to the table hot and delicious. Some of my friends were there for the first time and could not believe how well the place ran for a busy holiday. The appetizers were the star of the show! We got the crab cake, beef tartar, and we each got the lobster bisque. These were our favorite items of our entire vacation!! Very fresh and delightful. We also got the sea bass and scallops which were also quite delicious- although I will say the sweet potato puree was a touch too sweet for my liking with rich scallops. Nonetheless, very tasty. Great cocktails as well and fantastic service!”

We were in a hotel down the street because of hurricane Milton evacuation so we thought we would try this place. Every meal we had there was very good, and the service was great. Thanks to all our servers Carolyn, Shawna, Alicia, Sarah, JT to Jessica all were suburb. I don't give out many 5 stars, but this place deserves it. I wish there was a Lester’s over where we live on the southwest side of the state as we most likely would be in there every day. Tuesday morning 10-8-24 at 9:50am This place looked good, so we wanted to try it for breakfast. This was our very first time here. They were busy and most of the front was filled. This place was clean and neat and had a 50's vibe to the interior. Our waitress Shawna came over fast, introduced herself and gave us our coffee. We ordered the 2+2+2 which is 2 Eggs, 2 Sausages or Bacon and 2 French Toast or Pancakes. My wife ordered the same thing but with Bacon. Our friend ordered a 1/2 order of Biscuits and Sausage Gravy. Even though they were busy, our order came out fast. My Eggs were done perfectly, and the Sausage tasted good. The French Toast was hot and very good. My wife’s Eggs were done perfectly, and her Bacon was browned just like she wanted. Her French Toast was very tasty. Our friend's Biscuits and Sausage gravy was very good. Everything was hot and tasted great. I can't wait to get back there for dinner so I can make a more involved review. We went back for dinner around 5pm the same day and got seated immediately. I ordered Chopped Steak with Mashed Potatoes, Coleslaw and Salad. I liked the fact our waitress asked how I wanted my Chopped Steak done. The wife ordered the Salmon with Baked Potato, Coleslaw and Salad, our friend ordered the foot long Hot Dog with Fries. They served our Salads quickly. Everything tasted fresh, one thing I loved was that our Salads were chilled. Our main order came out shortly after our Salads. They looked great and filled up our plates. My Chopped Steak was done perfectly, Mashed Potatoes were good, and of course the Coleslaw was very delicious. My wife’s Salmon was done and tasted great. She did say her Baked Potato tasted a little old. She loved her Coleslaw as well as her Salad. Our friend's foot long Hot Dog was done perfectly, and he loved the Fries, they did have some extra fried onions on the plate along with his dog. All our food was hot and very tasty. Wednesday 10-9-24 we stopped for breakfast. We got seated fast and coffee cups were filled at that time. I got the House Special which consisted of 3 Eggs, 1 Smoked Sausage, Home Fries and Rye Bread. My wife ordered the Belgium Waffle with fresh Strawberries. Our ordered came out fast and it was hot and so good. One of the best breakfasts out that I ever had for sure. We stopped back for dinner same day at 6:30pm. I ordered the Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Filling, Carrots and Peas. I also got a house Salad on the side. My wife ordered the same thing, and our friend ordered the 6 BBQ Wings. When JT brought our food out it was hot, large portions and so tasty. It was the best Turkey platter I ever had at a restaurant. Our friend loved his BBQ wings as they were meaty and very tasty. Thursday 10-10-24 we stopped for our last meal as we were leaving to go back home next morning. I got the Chopped Steak, Mashed Potatoes, and side Salad again. My wife got the Roast Beef sandwich. Our friend got a side Caesar Salad. Service was fast food was hot and all was very good. I do recommend this place and believe you all need to try it. Prices are reasonable, the servings are large, a great value for your money. I gave this place 5 stars, for the great tasting food, large portions, and service all above and beyond. However, upon leaving I realized the floor was EXTREMELY SLIPPERY I believe from grease. Now this is a 24 hour location but something needs to be done so no one suffers a severe injury from falling. The location is in Fort Lauderdale at 5000 N. Federal Highway. Please take care of this issue. I almost slipped and so did my spouse. One of the wait staff mentioned something about skating.”

“I knew I wanted to go to Archibald's since they opened. Their social media makes it look like such a fun and delicious place to stop in for a coffee or a sweet treat! And lemme tell you--all my expectations were exceeded handily from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted warmly by the owner, Chris, and couldn't wait to order my oat milk latte. They served it in a 16oz size, which was PERFECT for my perhaps worrisome reliance on caffeine. It was strong and delicious, just the way I LOVE it. The music and the setting were outstanding. I couldn't help singing along with the playlists piping through their cozy outdoor seating area and several little birds and neighborhood pups made the experience that much more enjoyable. Chris would deliver orders to the seating area and his warmth and hospitality made this THE place to be, especially on an overcast Sunday morning. I loved the pumpkin spice scone and the quiche was BEAUTIFUL, especially with that gluten-free crust. I try to limit that consumption as much as I can though I have to admit--baked goods are my kryptonite. All in all, an incredible experience. I look forward to returning when I'm back in Ft. Lauderdale. And when I come, I'll be sure to bring my souvenir mug--they'll fill it with drip coffee for only a DOLLA'! “This is a great hotel with a beautiful pool that overlooks Ft Lauderdale beach and has a wonderful bar and kitchen. The burgers are great, so are the drinks and cocktails. Good gluten free (“gf”) options as well. We had burgers, fries and a Caesar salad - all good. Also good was the margarita and frozen rum drinks. The poolside chairs fill up fast - get there early! It can get windy, so they have to take down the umbrellas. Otherwise, plenty of shade - they’ve even got a ‘sunscreen bar’ with lots of options. Pool is on the 7th floor and requires keycard access. Attendants are very helpful, as are the wait staff.”

Anyway, here we go: We went in today on a Tuesday evening and there was one woman working the entire place. One person lol. Well it must have been her and a cook, that was it. I guess they were short-staffed today, but I'm assuming this wouldn't happen like on a Friday or Saturday. The table we sat at had office chairs for seating. It felt like being at a meeting at a conference room table 😂 Since one person was doing everything, it took a while (completely understandable) to get a high chair for our baby and even longer to get our food. While we were waiting, I thought to myself, "man, I really hope this food slaps" if we're gonna be waiting that long. Fortunately, it DID. My burger was fantastic, well worth the wait. My wife didn't like her food, but maybe she should have ordered something else. The woman that served us literally served every single table. This includes the people who saw she was working all by herself and had the audacity of sitting outside in the heat, making the woman go all the way outside to serve those tables out there. Anyway, she was amazing! She didn't let the short-staffing circumstances ruin her mood or turn her into a crabby crab. She was even kind enough to look for a band-aid when one of our people needed one, despite being super busy. She did everything she could to hold down the fort, and she did it well. If you have an appetite and a little extra time, come here to eat. Good food, fun ambiance, comfy inside, and it'll get the job done.”

In a moment of panic, I contacted the owner, Jackson, and explained the situation, hoping for a backup plan within 30 minutes (sounds impossible 🥵). Not only did he agree to accommodate us, he immediately began preparing for us. Once we arrived, he and his team welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality. Our table was beautifully set, complete with a customized and printed menu just for us. He chose 3 dinner options for our party and actually had custom printed menus! Wow!! Drinks, salad, and bread were flowing within minutes, and the food? Absolutely divine—without a doubt the best Italian cuisine we’ve ever had. To top it off, there was a live performer who was fantastic! Totally unexpected, we had no clue there was entertainment but such another great treat. She engaged with everyone, took song requests, and even invited guests to join her to sing. The entire experience, from the atmosphere to the impeccable service, was beyond anything we could have hoped for. Jackson even served our table personally and jumped in to assist his team, going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and special. “Beautiful restaurant, very special location at the ocean. Decor is beautiful. Firepits outside in the sand for those seeking a more casual get together for drinks. Elegant clientele. Food was excellent. We had hummus for appetizer at the bar, later we shared Caesar salad ( dressing was good, slightly excessive parmeggiano on top), warm seafood tower, was really excellent in terms of sauce and quality of seafood and great for sharing, we added rosemary potatoes later. The olive cake was to die for. Cocktails were good quality and quantity, well balanced. Service was very good. I would say personnel needs more training and somehow needs a bit more polish of a high end establishment. But everyone was friendly and our waiter was knowledgeable, which is a must for me. Outdoor patio is spectacular, may be lacking smaller tables for two? We among other couples occupied larger tables for 4. It left a very good impression on us. So yes, we will be back with guests and without. An excellent spot for a special occasion. Able to accommodate large groups from what I noticed.”

“We had a reservation on Saturday at 8:30pm and didn’t end up getting seated until around 9:15. The bar was packed, but we were able to order drinks while we waited. Once we got to our table, it took about 45 minutes for our appetizers to arrive, and then another server came by with the same appetizers, clearly confused about the table. About 10 minutes later, yet another server brought oysters we hadn’t ordered. Our main dishes arrived an hour later, the steaks weren’t cooked to temperature, and we were missing side dishes. By the end of the meal, we mentioned everything to the floor manager and our server when they asked how our evening was going.

The food itself was good, and they did comp the steaks since things had gone so poorly.

The next day (Sunday), Jason—who I assume is the head manager—called to ask about our experience. I shared the issues we had, but also emphasized that the food was still great. I mentioned that I was visiting from out of town, and he generously offered to treat us to a new dinner so we could experience the restaurant at its best.

And wow—what a difference. Everything from the bread service and cocktails to the appetizers (French onion soup and sushi), main dishes (salmon, sea bass, and wagyu filet), sides (mashed potatoes, miso broccoli, and asparagus), and dessert (butter cake) was absolute perfection. Our waitress and the entire staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Jason took the time to come meet us at the table. Introduced himself and even apologized in person. It was truly a great gesture.
It was clear that Saturday was just an off night, because the following day completely changed our impression. I would definitely go back—the second experience truly didn’t disappoint.”

Our server, Maxwell, for our first visit was incredibly knowledgeable about the different cuts of steak and provided excellent wine recommendations as well. He anticipated our every need and was very personable & polite. The Australian Waygu filet was the absolute best steak I have ever tasted and is now my first choice when available. Pair this with the Darioush Cabernet for an unforgettable experience. The chef prepares the steak perfectly to temperature which is not as common as it should be. Rich, layered chocolate balanced by bright strawberry, loaded with texture and indulgence. This is not a casual scoop — it’s a full dessert experience meant to be savored slowly and respectfully.

To balance the galaxy, I also ordered a single scoop of Cookies and Cream. At $7.50 it’s more reasonably priced (by Quore standards), though still premium. Creamy, smooth, and generously packed with cookie pieces — simple, classic, and executed really well. A great option if you want quality without fully emptying your spice pouch.

Outdoor seating, clean modern vibe, and thoughtfully crafted flavors make this a great stop for a treat break. Expect premium prices, but also premium execution. Spend wisely, enjoy fully, and leave with no regrets.”
