We have been to Vitolo's a few times and as always everything was delicious. My husband and I enjoyed our cocktails and ordered. Alejandro suggested the Caesar salad and it was delicious. We opted to share since the portions are more than enough and had the chicken parmigiana which is pounded thin and absolutely perfect. we decided on the in house Tiramisu to finish out the night. it was superb as was my espresso martini.”

“I just celebrated my birthday with 3 of my friends at Epazote. The food was incredible we left so full! The staff were all friendly, kind and patient! The restaurant is small but it gave such a cozy warm vibe that I loved it! We had the Taquiza (assorted taco platter) as an appetizer and it was so much food! We also had guacamole and the Queso Fundido (OMG gooey delicious cheese!) Even though we barely had room for anything else, we also ordered main dishes that we knew we’d have take home. The Pescado Frito (grilled whole snapper) was phenomenal. The fajitas came out sizzling and steaming. The Quesabirrias were so flavorful and the consume is to die for. You can tell they use fresh homemade ingredients and infuse everything with love and passion. I can’t wait to come back for Taco Tuesday snd Margarita Monday!”

The food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch—Diana in particular was amazing! The staff is consistently attentive and friendly every time we visit. Tonight, we started with the Calamari, Caesar, and house salads. For our mains, we had the Mussels in red sauce, Eggplant Parmigiana (do yourself a favor and ask for it with the Bolognese sauce—absolutely worth it! Thank me later!), and the Mussels & Clams in champagne sauce. We wrapped up with a perfectly done Crème Brûlée for dessert. The drinks are strong, tasty, and always hit the spot. Every dish was delicious, and not a single complaint from anyone in our group—which is rare! We’re already looking forward to returning soon.”

I cringe because I'm very reluctant to give master chef level recommendations with such a plethora of ever changing restaurants, price points and service levels. We were in a hotel down the street because of hurricane Milton evacuation so we thought we would try this place. Every meal we had there was very good, and the service was great. Thanks to all our servers Carolyn, Shawna, Alicia, Sarah, JT to Jessica all were suburb. I don't give out many 5 stars, but this place deserves it. I wish there was a Lester’s over where we live on the southwest side of the state as we most likely would be in there every day. Tuesday morning 10-8-24 at 9:50am This place looked good, so we wanted to try it for breakfast. This was our very first time here. They were busy and most of the front was filled. This place was clean and neat and had a 50's vibe to the interior. Our waitress Shawna came over fast, introduced herself and gave us our coffee. We ordered the 2+2+2 which is 2 Eggs, 2 Sausages or Bacon and 2 French Toast or Pancakes. My wife ordered the same thing but with Bacon. Our friend ordered a 1/2 order of Biscuits and Sausage Gravy. Even though they were busy, our order came out fast. My Eggs were done perfectly, and the Sausage tasted good. The French Toast was hot and very good. My wife’s Eggs were done perfectly, and her Bacon was browned just like she wanted. Her French Toast was very tasty. Our friend's Biscuits and Sausage gravy was very good. Everything was hot and tasted great. I can't wait to get back there for dinner so I can make a more involved review. We went back for dinner around 5pm the same day and got seated immediately. I ordered Chopped Steak with Mashed Potatoes, Coleslaw and Salad. I liked the fact our waitress asked how I wanted my Chopped Steak done. The wife ordered the Salmon with Baked Potato, Coleslaw and Salad, our friend ordered the foot long Hot Dog with Fries. They served our Salads quickly. Everything tasted fresh, one thing I loved was that our Salads were chilled. Our main order came out shortly after our Salads. They looked great and filled up our plates. My Chopped Steak was done perfectly, Mashed Potatoes were good, and of course the Coleslaw was very delicious. My wife’s Salmon was done and tasted great. She did say her Baked Potato tasted a little old. She loved her Coleslaw as well as her Salad. Our friend's foot long Hot Dog was done perfectly, and he loved the Fries, they did have some extra fried onions on the plate along with his dog. All our food was hot and very tasty. Wednesday 10-9-24 we stopped for breakfast. We got seated fast and coffee cups were filled at that time. I got the House Special which consisted of 3 Eggs, 1 Smoked Sausage, Home Fries and Rye Bread. My wife ordered the Belgium Waffle with fresh Strawberries. Our ordered came out fast and it was hot and so good. One of the best breakfasts out that I ever had for sure. We stopped back for dinner same day at 6:30pm. I ordered the Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Filling, Carrots and Peas. I also got a house Salad on the side. My wife ordered the same thing, and our friend ordered the 6 BBQ Wings. When JT brought our food out it was hot, large portions and so tasty. It was the best Turkey platter I ever had at a restaurant. Our friend loved his BBQ wings as they were meaty and very tasty. Thursday 10-10-24 we stopped for our last meal as we were leaving to go back home next morning. I got the Chopped Steak, Mashed Potatoes, and side Salad again. My wife got the Roast Beef sandwich. Our friend got a side Caesar Salad. Service was fast food was hot and all was very good. I do recommend this place and believe you all need to try it. Prices are reasonable, the servings are large, a great value for your money. I gave this place 5 stars, for the great tasting food, large portions, and service all above and beyond. However, upon leaving I realized the floor was EXTREMELY SLIPPERY I believe from grease. Now this is a 24 hour location but something needs to be done so no one suffers a severe injury from falling. The location is in Fort Lauderdale at 5000 N. Federal Highway. Please take care of this issue. I almost slipped and so did my spouse. One of the wait staff mentioned something about skating.”

“I knew I wanted to go to Archibald's since they opened. Their social media makes it look like such a fun and delicious place to stop in for a coffee or a sweet treat! And lemme tell you--all my expectations were exceeded handily from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted warmly by the owner, Chris, and couldn't wait to order my oat milk latte. They served it in a 16oz size, which was PERFECT for my perhaps worrisome reliance on caffeine. It was strong and delicious, just the way I LOVE it. The music and the setting were outstanding. I couldn't help singing along with the playlists piping through their cozy outdoor seating area and several little birds and neighborhood pups made the experience that much more enjoyable. Chris would deliver orders to the seating area and his warmth and hospitality made this THE place to be, especially on an overcast Sunday morning. I loved the pumpkin spice scone and the quiche was BEAUTIFUL, especially with that gluten-free crust. I try to limit that consumption as much as I can though I have to admit--baked goods are my kryptonite. All in all, an incredible experience. I look forward to returning when I'm back in Ft. Lauderdale. And when I come, I'll be sure to bring my souvenir mug--they'll fill it with drip coffee for only a DOLLA'! “This is a great hotel with a beautiful pool that overlooks Ft Lauderdale beach and has a wonderful bar and kitchen. The burgers are great, so are the drinks and cocktails. Good gluten free (“gf”) options as well. We had burgers, fries and a Caesar salad - all good. Also good was the margarita and frozen rum drinks. The poolside chairs fill up fast - get there early! It can get windy, so they have to take down the umbrellas. Otherwise, plenty of shade - they’ve even got a ‘sunscreen bar’ with lots of options. Pool is on the 7th floor and requires keycard access. Attendants are very helpful, as are the wait staff.”

Anyway, here we go: We went in today on a Tuesday evening and there was one woman working the entire place. One person lol. Well it must have been her and a cook, that was it. I guess they were short-staffed today, but I'm assuming this wouldn't happen like on a Friday or Saturday. The table we sat at had office chairs for seating. It felt like being at a meeting at a conference room table 😂 Since one person was doing everything, it took a while (completely understandable) to get a high chair for our baby and even longer to get our food. While we were waiting, I thought to myself, "man, I really hope this food slaps" if we're gonna be waiting that long. Fortunately, it DID. My burger was fantastic, well worth the wait. My wife didn't like her food, but maybe she should have ordered something else. The woman that served us literally served every single table. This includes the people who saw she was working all by herself and had the audacity of sitting outside in the heat, making the woman go all the way outside to serve those tables out there. Anyway, she was amazing! She didn't let the short-staffing circumstances ruin her mood or turn her into a crabby crab. She was even kind enough to look for a band-aid when one of our people needed one, despite being super busy. She did everything she could to hold down the fort, and she did it well. “I can't fully express how exceptional this restaurant is. I organized a sunset cruise for a group of 24 guests, but unfortunately, they didn’t have the provisions (food) we were expecting. In a moment of panic, I contacted the owner, Jackson, and explained the situation, hoping for a backup plan within 30 minutes (sounds impossible 🥵). Not only did he agree to accommodate us, he immediately began preparing for us. Once we arrived, he and his team welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality. Our table was beautifully set, complete with a customized and printed menu just for us. He chose 3 dinner options for our party and actually had custom printed menus! Wow!! Drinks, salad, and bread were flowing within minutes, and the food? Absolutely divine—without a doubt the best Italian cuisine we’ve ever had. To top it off, there was a live performer who was fantastic! Totally unexpected, we had no clue there was entertainment but such another great treat. She engaged with everyone, took song requests, and even invited guests to join her to sing. The entire experience, from the atmosphere to the impeccable service, was beyond anything we could have hoped for. Jackson even served our table personally and jumped in to assist his team, going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and special. Stop ordering Tito’s Sodas and Espresso Martinis. These are not Fort Lauderdale Airport bartenders. They are on another level. Explore new drinks and discover a world previously unbeknownst to you.

For the Cocktail-Savvy Crowd
Expect well-executed classics and a menu full of smash hits and acquired tastes — crafted by a legend and brought to life by up-and-coming cocktail superstars. Their Bounty Daiquiri and Probitas Daiquiri are both delicious. While the fast-paced environment does limit the level of detail and technique I personally enjoy, it’s understandable — they’ve got quotas to hit. It’s the standard big-city bar rhythm: efficient, energetic, and volume-driven.

For the Cocktail-Autistic (Like Me)
Their classics are phenomenal.
If I had feedback, it would be temperature control. Some drinks felt slightly too warm, likely due to missed chilling steps. I recommend chilling everything before building: spirits, mixers, glassware — even carbonated ingredients. There might be some technique improvements that could be made.

Also, consider investing in spear ice. Yes, it’s pricey, but it meaningfully improves the experience by reducing surface area and slowing dilution.

Another detail: avoid garnishing sour drinks with lime wheels directly on the surface of the cocktail. As they sit, they leach bitterness into the drink. Skip the lime wheel and save a bit on your happy hour daiquiris — lime prices are only going up. You’re welcome; I just improved your margins.

Lastly (and this may sound counterintuitive): your drink volumes might be too high. Many feel like they’re built with 3 oz of base spirit. The Negroni in particular feels like 5 oz total. I’d suggest slightly lowering the overall volume. It would:

“This restaurant is exceptional! we went with our family after our civil ceremony and their service was beyond expectations. they made every effort to accommodate us as we found them very last minute and the weather turned rainy and windy suddenly. we wanted to sit outside, and they reserved the table without hesitation and then afterwards accommodated us inside when the rain started. They were so attentive, courteous, and made sure we were all taken care of. they had live music with an excellent singer who was talented and played with our kids and sang with them. the hostess Sally, was kind and sweet and very attentive!. I wish there was a Lester’s over where we live on the southwest side of the state as we most likely would be in there every day. Tuesday morning 10-8-24 at 9:50am This place looked good, so we wanted to try it for breakfast. This was our very first time here. They were busy and most of the front was filled. This place was clean and neat and had a 50's vibe to the interior. Our waitress Shawna came over fast, introduced herself and gave us our coffee. We ordered the 2+2+2 which is 2 Eggs, 2 Sausages or Bacon and 2 French Toast or Pancakes. My wife ordered the same thing but with Bacon. Our friend ordered a 1/2 order of Biscuits and Sausage Gravy. Even though they were busy, our order came out fast. My Eggs were done perfectly, and the Sausage tasted good. The French Toast was hot and very good. My wife’s Eggs were done perfectly, and her Bacon was browned just like she wanted. Her French Toast was very tasty. Our friend's Biscuits and Sausage gravy was very good. Everything was hot and tasted great. I can't wait to get back there for dinner so I can make a more involved review. We went back for dinner around 5pm the same day and got seated immediately. I ordered Chopped Steak with Mashed Potatoes, Coleslaw and Salad. I liked the fact our waitress asked how I wanted my Chopped Steak done. The wife ordered the Salmon with Baked Potato, Coleslaw and Salad, our friend ordered the foot long Hot Dog with Fries. They served our Salads quickly. Everything tasted fresh, one thing I loved was that our Salads were chilled. Our main order came out shortly after our Salads. They looked great and filled up our plates. My Chopped Steak was done perfectly, Mashed Potatoes were good, and of course the Coleslaw was very delicious. My wife’s Salmon was done and tasted great. She did say her Baked Potato tasted a little old. She loved her Coleslaw as well as her Salad. Our friend's foot long Hot Dog was done perfectly, and he loved the Fries, they did have some extra fried onions on the plate along with his dog. All our food was hot and very tasty. Wednesday 10-9-24 we stopped for breakfast. We got seated fast and coffee cups were filled at that time. I got the House Special which consisted of 3 Eggs, 1 Smoked Sausage, Home Fries and Rye Bread. My wife ordered the Belgium Waffle with fresh Strawberries. Our ordered came out fast and it was hot and so good. One of the best breakfasts out that I ever had for sure. We stopped back for dinner same day at 6:30pm. I ordered the Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Filling, Carrots and Peas. I also got a house Salad on the side. My wife ordered the same thing, and our friend ordered the 6 BBQ Wings. When JT brought our food out it was hot, large portions and so tasty. It was the best Turkey platter I ever had at a restaurant. Our friend loved his BBQ wings as they were meaty and very tasty. Thursday 10-10-24 we stopped for our last meal as we were leaving to go back home next morning. I got the Chopped Steak, Mashed Potatoes, and side Salad again. My wife got the Roast Beef sandwich. Our friend got a side Caesar Salad. Service was fast food was hot and all was very good. I do recommend this place and believe you all need to try it. Prices are reasonable, the servings are large, a great value for your money. I gave this place 5 stars, for the great tasting food, large portions, and service all above and beyond. “Olive and Sea was a beautiful venue, the ambience was really nice, I believe the staff knows how to serve food, but does not know how to provide service. Our waiter was unintelligible and we had a lot of difficulty understanding him. Our appetizers were served, and we had never gotten Silverware or napkins and had to ask for them. Our main course was brought before clearing the table of the appetizers and dishes, and there was no room on the table. They just pushed everything aside we had to ask for them to clear the table and provide us larger plates for dinner. We ordered the village table, which was definitely a value, however, when we ask for more bread for our dips, the response was well that will be an additional charge for each additional pita. The waiter came after the meal and asked if there was anything else we needed rather than asking us if we wanted dessert or coffee so we just asked for the bill. The food was outstanding, they really need to work on their service and it has the potential to be an outstanding restaurant”
