“Motor City Coney Island Ft Myers 3-25-25 We had to stop by here on a Tuesday for their special priced Coney Island Hot Dog at $2.99. We arrived there at 11:37 with just a couple tables with customers at them, but the place was not packed. This place was neat and very clean with everything in order. I loved the interior, the little bar area and Patio out front. Let me start by saying my expectations were not set high as I figured I’m going to review a place that just serves hot dogs. Boy was I wrong! This place exceeded all my expectations by a mile and then some. They serve so much more than Hot Dogs; they serve Breakfast all day, they have all kinds of Salads, Wraps, Melts, Pittas, Clubs, Gyros, Burgers, Fish and serve Beer and limited Alcohol. They will even Cater events for you. I ordered the Original Coney which had Chillie, Onion & Mustard. My wife Ordered the Tuna Wrap. Our friend ordered the Chili Cheese Dog which came with Chili and Cheese Sauce. We all ordered a side of Fries with our main orders. Our food came out a short time later and it looked amazing. I could not believe how good our food was. Our Dogs were piled high with toppings. This was by far the best Hot dog I had in this area. My wife’s Tuna wrap was very good and so big she could not eat the entire wrap. Our friend loved his Chili Cheese dog. All our food was hot and plenty of it even the Fries were good. Our waiter Freddy was spot on with checking on us. We even met one of the owners Armando which took the time out to introduce himself. You must put this place on your Must Stop By List you will not be sorry and certainly stop back just like we are going to do. From the moment I pulled up, she greeted me with a friendly, upbeat tone that made my whole day better. She was super fast, clear, and professional with the order—no mistakes, no confusion, just smooth and efficient service.
When I got to the window, she was just as friendly in person, smiling, polite, and making sure everything was right before I drove off. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and honestly, it showed. The kind of customer service Sophia delivered is rare these days, and McDonald’s is lucky to have her!

“Through the week the staff is great! They know me when I come through the drive thru in the morning. Today was another story. Sitting in the line for a very long time. The car in front of me had one small bag of food. I'm sitting in my car complaining to myself in disbelief that it took so long for a small bag. Get to second window and the female employee automatically gave me a serious attitude. I told her that it was a really long wait and she told me that I should go someplace next time. she assumed that I was yelling at her when I was complaining about the really long wait. Last I knew, you parked people if their food is going to take a while. Not back up the drive thru. And you certainly don't tell your loyal customers to go someplace else or treat them like we are an inconvenience. So thank you to the female in the drive thru who was so nasty to a loyal customer.”

Was told they were accepting walk-ins, call on our way and they'd put us on the list. Was able to get seated right away, party of 2! I had the turkey dinner and my beau had ham dinner... delicious, just like home. Our server (Cody?) was lovely and the owner took the time to check on us. It's no wonder Mel's has great reviews. “I have tried many Ft. Myers Pizza Shops and have not found one that makes a pizza close to New York Style Pizza. Today I was in the McGeegor Pizza & Deli area and thought I would try it. Surprisingly the pizza was amazing, the crust was well done, the sauce was tasty and the mozzarella was enough to make the pizza tasty and delicious. “Daddy Dees Ice cream 6-8-24 We went to Daddy Dees for some ice cream. It’s a small place with tables inside and out. Even though the place is small it’s clean and neat with trains running overhead of you. The walls are lines with hats from businesses all over this area. They have such a large selection and it’s all in the case right in front of you so you can see what you’re going to order. You stand in front of the ice cream cases to order. Lots of times there are lines, but they move fast. They have just about anything you want from 1, 2 or 3 scoops cones to banana splits. They have regular, waffle, to sprinkle cones and bowls. You name it when it comes to ice cream, they have it. I have always liked Daddy Dees ice cream. It’s not soft, it’s a hard ice cream with lots of flavor. “Motor City Coney Island Ft Myers 3-25-25 We had to stop by here on a Tuesday for their special priced Coney Island Hot Dog at $2.99. We arrived there at 11:37 with just a couple tables with customers at them, but the place was not packed. This place was neat and very clean with everything in order. I loved the interior, the little bar area and Patio out front. Let me start by saying my expectations were not set high as I figured I’m going to review a place that just serves hot dogs. Boy was I wrong! This place exceeded all my expectations by a mile and then some. They serve so much more than Hot Dogs; they serve Breakfast all day, they have all kinds of Salads, Wraps, Melts, Pittas, Clubs, Gyros, Burgers, Fish and serve Beer and limited Alcohol. They will even Cater events for you. I ordered the Original Coney which had Chillie, Onion & Mustard. My wife Ordered the Tuna Wrap. Our friend ordered the Chili Cheese Dog which came with Chili and Cheese Sauce. We all ordered a side of Fries with our main orders. Our food came out a short time later and it looked amazing. I could not believe how good our food was. Our Dogs were piled high with toppings. This was by far the best Hot dog I had in this area. My wife’s Tuna wrap was very good and so big she could not eat the entire wrap. Our friend loved his Chili Cheese dog. All our food was hot and plenty of it even the Fries were good. Our waiter Freddy was spot on with checking on us. We even met one of the owners Armando which took the time out to introduce himself. You must put this place on your Must Stop By List you will not be sorry and certainly stop back just like we are going to do. “On April 6, 2023 our family came in to celebrate three birthdays - 88, 61, and 27, plus there was all ages younger, older and in-between. Our waitress, Karissa P, was better than awesome. Handling things for a 3 year old to the 88 year old. She made the evening better and fun. Just wanted to say thank you and appreciate her great job!!!!!!”

“Four of us ate at 41 Bistro in Estero this evening. We all got something different, they were willing to make changes to our liking and all four meals were very good. Julia was our server and she along with Bella the robot gave us great service. Ally the owner came to our table and said he can adjust menu items for allergies just let him know. They also serve gluten free pasta and sauces. We will be back. Thank you for an enjoyable Tuesday evening.”

Of doing an online curbside to the wrong location and they were so understanding and nice and didn’t make me pay twice . Again my mistake but the professionalism and kindness was very much appreciated!”

“Love this place! Feels like it’s a hidden gem. It’s a part of the Luminary hotel and one of few sports bars downtown. They have great deals and if you are into golf/soccer/hockey/football they have a simulator. There is something for everyone here! Alyssa is my absolute favorite employee not just at Chips but the Luminary as a whole. She always remembers me and provides consistent top notch service. Brittany is awesome too. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed!!”

“Awesome atmosphere, drinks and vibes. Its a perfect little third space for alot of different kinds of people. They toe thay perfect line between charming sports bar and quaint little kava bar, sporting many different activities. You'll find magic the gathering, golden tee, smash bros and a football game, sometimes happening side by side with one another. Quickly become my biggest hang out spot as of recent!”

“My girlfriend and I are frequent eaters at Romeo’s, we love the food there. We tried switching to their BBQ sauce for a BBQ chicken pizza, and I’m not sure if it was the sauce or the cheese, but it smelled horrible and tasted rotten.

Besides that and some frequent order Mess ups, the food is actually pretty good”
