“THIS IS THE BEST MCDONALDS IVE EVER BEEN TO!
My $6 meal deal is always PIPING HOOTTT, whether that be at 12 in the afternoon or 11 at night, I know THIS McDonald’s got me!!! My McDouble bun always smooth, NO WRINKLES, thats how you KNOW they know how to make a McDouble. Never have to worry about missing items, my Sprite has the perfect amount of bubbles, my fries are always fresh and adequately salted— and a cherry on top, the young black man in the drive-thru is very handsome.
100% recommend coming here“
“I ordered breakfast, steak egg bagel and mccafe frappe for a friend. Very busy up front but the young lady at counter was very efficient and friendly. Only complaint rather suggestion, kiosks for ordering faster were not working properly. This caused the front counter to be packed with waiting customers. But overall good service here.“
“What a totally different experience then the McDonald's on Pine Island..wouldve been 5 stars but unfortunately the guy that took my money seemed like he didn't want to be there. But got to the next window was greeted by a young lady with a smile on her face and a How are you doing tonight. Handed me my milkshake then ask me to pull forward to next window and my 5 sundaes would be ready.Next window once again was greeted by a lady that might have been the manager (different uniform) with a how you doing made sure I had everything I needed and a have a good night sir. Its a little further from the house dont go to McDonald's alot but would come here over the one across the street from the house.“
“Super efficient especially when using a customized mobile order literally made on my phone from the parking lot. Everybody is super friendly and act like they are grateful for your business instead of most locations that act like you are bothering them.“
“I like the management here. Very friendly and always trying to keep the outside clean. Very sad people not always using garbage bins but littering instead. 😒
Parking: Outside parking is always super clean. We enjoy our coffee there.

“I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food, but I had to give a shoutout to Sophia Ventos at the McDonald’s drive-thru. She was seriously on point! From the moment I pulled up, she greeted me with a friendly, upbeat tone that made my whole day better. She was super fast, clear, and professional with the order—no mistakes, no confusion, just smooth and efficient service.
When I got to the window, she was just as friendly in person, smiling, polite, and making sure everything was right before I drove off. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and honestly, it showed. The kind of customer service Sophia delivered is rare these days, and McDonald’s is lucky to have her!
If every drive-thru had a Sophia, the world would be a better place. Thanks again!“
“This place is always clean, the service at the counter and drive through fast and efficient, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the food and coffee hot. This morning the gentleman who took my order at the counter was very nice and attentive. When he brought my small breakfast order out to my table he was exceptionally courteous and genuinely cared that I was well taken care of. I'll definitely continue patronizing this McDonald's location and recommend it highly.“
“Got an order through the Drive-thru. Wanted to adjust order at the first window and the guy there was "bothered" by it. He was friendly enough and polite, but showed that he was unwilling to make the adjustment because he was waiting to get relieved. So, we bypassed our adding of food.The speaker was a little noisy. It had a "vibration" in it. Upon confirmation at first window, our order was correct.The fish sandwich was dry and the half slice of cheese that was on it was half off the sandwich. The tarter sauce was "weak" and a small portion.Second window staff were polite and professional. However, pulling away, we found that our order was not complete. Seems to be an ongoing issue with all fast food places.“
“I go here many times every week, I left a bad review for this location due to orders being messed up several times over a 2 week period. They have corrected the issue great job from management and this is back to one of my favorite locations.“
“They have this manager named Michelle. Without her, the wheels would definitely fall off, but she keeps that place running like it's on a military base! Great personality and clearly dedicated to her job, I won't go to a McDonald's if she's not running it! Give that lady a raise!“
“Im editing my previous review since they lost a few stars. This used to be my morning breakfast stop a few times a week. I stopped going here because, eventhough they are supposed to open at 5am, they never are. If I choose to wait, its nearly 10 minutes every time before someone comes on the speaker. It's just poor customer service and I don't have that kind of time, especially on my way to work.“
“Sherline truly turned my day around with her outstanding service! I made a mistake when placing my order and forgot to ask for no onions, but she immediately stepped in to help. Instead of making me feel bad for the oversight, Sherline kindly corrected the order with a smile and made sure everything was perfect.“
“This has got to be one of my favorite McDonald's! I come in almost daily because of the consistently outstanding food and service. Everyone is always so kind and accommodating to me. “As a running curiosity, I always go inside to order just to see how bad the service is and how dirty the dining area is. I'm extremely happy to say that this is one of the cleanest McDonalds I have been in! Usually staff will make me wait forever because their priority is the drive thru (even though I took the time to get out of my car and come inside) but I was pleasantly surprised that the staff came to take my order as soon as I came in. Although it didn't take them very long to get my order the cashier still apologized for my wait and she was very pleasant. I would definitely say this location does NOT conform to the low standards I've observed at many other locations. This location should serve as an example and a template for other locations to follow for cleanliness and superior customer service. The entire staff deserves a raise and Mc Donald's should be grateful for the employees at this location! They have made my day and given me hope there are people in this industry that still have pride in their work. Thank you!“
“I can tell you it was a well-paced good place iron unfortunately ran into a couple employees that weren't very hospitable but I don't want that to take away from my complete experience it was pretty good
Parking: They have a great fresh breakfast every time I have been there“
“The overnight girl should be recognized for her attitude, efficiency, and her smile. Unfortunately McDonalds doesn't have a finger on their pulse. They need to be more aware of potential leaders and not burn them out with corporate greed.“
