“Normally my sandwich is correct but not today 😞 the Cubano is supposed to have Dijon mustard and instead I received no mustard but copious amounts of mayo! 🤮 I literally had to wipe down the bread and cheese and pickles. Next time I’ll make my sandwich at home 😉🤨“

“We were here on vacation. Gentlemen making our subs was very nice. Lady taking our order seemed put out and was very rude. My daughter and grandchildren were with me. She mentioned that she was a Firefighter Captain to which the lady just rolled her eyes. With all this, the man who made our subs did a wonderful job! They were really awesome. Even better than our Firehouse Subs back home.“

“Apparently new management has taken over and what a difference it made! Lenny's has always had great subs but the customer service was lacking - mostly by not having enough help. I didn't catch the manager's name at the Racetrack Road location but she was very helpful and nice to talk to. Keep up the great work!“

“So. Been there twice. Both times the sandwiches were made correctly HOWEVER... both times the bread was old..... so, the sandwiches were only meh. .... And, let's face it, Subway ain't cheap, so address the bread issue please.
This is a hang out for high school kids. So, it's what you'd expect for the atmosphere.“
